21/03/2026: We appreciated the very warm welcome we received upon our arrival on a Saturday afternoon. We also greatly enjoyed the upgrade to an executive room on the 6th floor, which was very bright. However, some aspects disappointed us. The bedding had a plastic mattress protector that made a rustling noise with the slightest movement. As a result, we slept poorly, which is a shame because a comfortable night's sleep is essential during a hotel stay. Furthermore, the refrigerator in the room was empty, and the Nespresso machine had clearly not been checked: there was still water and capsules left over from the previous guests.

15/03/2026: I came for a choir rehearsal. The room was pleasant, the restaurant decent, but above all, the service exceeded a 4-star standard thanks to Marion, the lunchtime waitress (approachable, attentive, and efficient), and Jordan, the receptionist for the day (welcoming, smiling, and very helpful), who also acted as bartender in his colleague's absence – a truly excellent team! Thank you, Novotel Le Havre; we will gladly return.

01/04/2026: We ordered one pizza — it was delicious — but at first, they didn’t allow us to eat inside because the order was “too small.” Even though they had asked if we were dining in or taking away and we said we’d like to eat inside, they still said no. While we were waiting for the pizza, we wrote a review mentioning that we weren’t allowed to sit inside. Shortly after, they invited us in, were very kind, and even brought us plates. So the situation was resolved nicely, but it was disappointing at first.

01/03/2026: A fantastic evening to end Adelaide's bachelorette party. A wonderful atmosphere, with an owner who set the mood as soon as we arrived. A simple and delicious meal. Kudos for this service where you're the only one providing music and karaoke at the same time. I recommend it 100%!

Incredible terrace, fantastic staff, all services in one place, whether you want to enjoy an aperitif in the sun or savor a delicious daily special. 09/02/2026: Frankly, their professionalism is nonexistent. Giving permission over the phone to hold a package, then surreptitiously sending it back without warning, is either utter incompetence or a complete joke. I should mention that I was on vacation abroad. As soon as I received the package, I called the pickup point to inform them of the situation. I asked if they could hold the package for three more days, or if it was possible to send someone to pick it up for me. The answer was a resounding yes: “Yes, no problem.” Despite this, the package was returned. No information, no responsibility taken, just apologies after the fact. And to top it all off, the man had the nerve to speak to me in an inappropriate and insolent manner. After initially acknowledging that the error was theirs, the tone suddenly changed: I'm now being criticized for not sending someone to pick up the package, in a contemptuous and completely unacceptable manner. Shifting responsibility for one's own mistake by speaking rudely to the customer. A minimum of professionalism and respect should not be optional.
