01/04/2026: The atmosphere was rather cold as there was no heating, and the dishes we chose certainly didn't warm us up. The food was bland, the pepper sauce tasteless, and the chocolate fondant looked like it came straight from a supermarket. Overall, a disappointment.

01/03/2026: A fantastic evening to end Adelaide's bachelorette party. A wonderful atmosphere, with an owner who set the mood as soon as we arrived. A simple and delicious meal. Kudos for this service where you're the only one providing music and karaoke at the same time. I recommend it 100%!

The staff, the always very pleasant welcome, and the consistently excellent rooms always make us want to return. We have built a relationship of trust with this hotel, which I first knew when I lived in Bolbec, and which has now become a place of rest and comfort whenever I return to the area. If you are looking for a place for your holidays, a weekend, a single night, or even a seminar, look no further; this place is truly incredible and very reasonably priced considering its quality. A big thank you to all the staff, from reception and housekeeping to the kitchen. Thank you all for the warm welcome and the service you provided throughout our stay. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

01/04/2026: We ordered one pizza — it was delicious — but at first, they didn’t allow us to eat inside because the order was “too small.” Even though they had asked if we were dining in or taking away and we said we’d like to eat inside, they still said no. While we were waiting for the pizza, we wrote a review mentioning that we weren’t allowed to sit inside. Shortly after, they invited us in, were very kind, and even brought us plates. So the situation was resolved nicely, but it was disappointing at first.

Incredible terrace, fantastic staff, all services in one place, whether you want to enjoy an aperitif in the sun or savor a delicious daily special. A nice bonus: live music on Thursdays 😉😉😉 Highly recommended

29/03/2026: This was our first time visiting this well-known restaurant in Rouen. The royal couscous was excellent. We received a very warm welcome and efficient service. We had a lovely family evening and will definitely return. Thank you for turning down the music at our request.

18/03/2026: A unique place with beautiful decor, delicious couscous, perfect meats, a warm welcome, and reasonable prices. The small bottle of wine was a bit pricey, though.

16/03/2026: A disaster... I came Saturday evening to pick up a click and collect order. The app told me to go to the counter, I waited 10 minutes only to be told at the counter to validate the order at the kiosk. I went to the kiosk and waited... and waited, and waited... 40 minutes later, I went to see the manager who told me the order hadn't been processed. He offered me an extra box of nuggets, but that's not the real issue... there's a problem with staff management and processes that needs fixing. I'll drive further next time, but that's it for Mesnil.

13/03/2026: Over an hour for an order!! Slow service! I won't be going back to Mesnil-Esnard! They're much more efficient in Tourville-la-Rivière.
