10/11/2025: A small, friendly neighborhood bar. Background music makes it easy to dance later in the evening. They have good cocktails and you can order tapas from "La Fée Gourmande" across the street.

22/12/2025: The name says it all: you feel right at home! A soothing and welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and an exquisite latte with oat milk ☕! You can even bring your dog 🐕 😊 And it's much more than just a café; you can find all sorts of little things there: jewelry, home decor, souvenirs, clothing, candles 🕯️... We'll definitely be back! 🥰

27/11/2025: The atmosphere in the shop is great. It's cute, and the music isn't too loud. However, the matcha isn't very good. It has no flavor, and I agree with the other reviews. The drinks are already too sweet, even without syrups! Furthermore, your responses to other comments warning you are childish. I find that a shame. All it would take is changing the recipe and/or suppliers. It's a bit expensive, then, for the quality of the drinks served (in cardboard cups even on-site). They could provide some nicer cups and tableware that would perfectly match the shop's ambiance.

21/03/2026: We appreciated the very warm welcome we received upon our arrival on a Saturday afternoon. We also greatly enjoyed the upgrade to an executive room on the 6th floor, which was very bright. However, some aspects disappointed us. The bedding had a plastic mattress protector that made a rustling noise with the slightest movement. As a result, we slept poorly, which is a shame because a comfortable night's sleep is essential during a hotel stay. Furthermore, the refrigerator in the room was empty, and the Nespresso machine had clearly not been checked: there was still water and capsules left over from the previous guests.

15/03/2026: I came for a choir rehearsal. The room was pleasant, the restaurant decent, but above all, the service exceeded a 4-star standard thanks to Marion, the lunchtime waitress (approachable, attentive, and efficient), and Jordan, the receptionist for the day (welcoming, smiling, and very helpful), who also acted as bartender in his colleague's absence – a truly excellent team! Thank you, Novotel Le Havre; we will gladly return.

20/12/2025: We went to buy a photinia on December 19th for €59.95 because we had a €10 voucher. Unfortunately, we presented the voucher after the cashier had already taken our payment, and she couldn't do anything for us, but she still had the nerve to give us another €10 voucher! 😂 Madam, you're not very customer-oriented at "Jardins d'Avremesnil"; they're much nicer there, and I'm not even mentioning the quality/price ratio.

18/03/2026: I'm Corentin. Just a visitor in Rouen After my business meeting. A friendly welcome, they didn't refuse the drinks I ordered that afternoon at this bar. The younger waiter was very nice. Where I naturally wanted to tip them near the Game Boy, paying by card. Looking for a hotel nearby. They were able to guide me and give me some information. Perfect. I found the hotel. Except that when I came back to their bar, I was a little hungry, and they were kind enough to let me in again. But... but... after paying for my cover charge plus the beer, unfortunately, they refused to serve me again. I found that unacceptable. Besides, I wasn't drunk at all. In fact, almost everyone was drunk that summer, I'd say about 50 or 60% of the clientele. They tell me, "Oh, but it's for your safety." Blah blah blah. Seriously, I can tell you there's a bar called "The Bar of Yesteryear." They're the complete opposite of you. My colleagues and I. Or me, as a loner. I can buy several pints right up until closing time. They still agree to serve me. And that's that. Whereas you. I'm from another city. You judge the person you meet negatively. Well done. And frankly, their ridiculous safety measures are a joke. Everyone was drinking alcohol. By Friday, everyone was drunk. And of course, they didn't give a damn about their safety. It's not because I'm from another city. They absolutely had to judge me and, above all, refuse me entry. Besides, I'd been walking a lot, and I was sobering up. Generally speaking, they don't have the right to let someone in, especially if they're not walking straight or if they've had a lot of alcohol. But this time they frustrated me. I could speak normally, I wasn't stuttering, I was walking, I was standing still. Their judgment was regrettable and unacceptable. Life is so imperfect sometimes that it's truly baffling. I simply wanted to have an unforgettable Friday in Rouen. And unfortunately, they must have spread the word around Place Jeanne d'Arc to get me refused entry to all the bars, even though I wasn't drunk at all. 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤 I find this really very unfortunate. I thought the people of Rouen were very welcoming. Well, not at all. On top of that, I'm going to have to leave another review on TripAdvisor about one of the bars that refused me service even though I was a cheerful, smiling early riser. It's truly unacceptable. And all I wanted was a coffee. Well, where I live, I can assure you that even in the morning, bars will serve you beer. Serves you right. No matter what you order, they'll serve you. No matter who you are. They'll serve you. Anyway, I'll still come back to Rouen. But it will be for something else. They have absolutely no idea who they're dealing with.

01/03/2026: A fantastic evening to end Adelaide's bachelorette party. A wonderful atmosphere, with an owner who set the mood as soon as we arrived. A simple and delicious meal. Kudos for this service where you're the only one providing music and karaoke at the same time. I recommend it 100%!

The staff, the always very pleasant welcome, and the consistently excellent rooms always make us want to return. We have built a relationship of trust with this hotel, which I first knew when I lived in Bolbec, and which has now become a place of rest and comfort whenever I return to the area. If you are looking for a place for your holidays, a weekend, a single night, or even a seminar, look no further; this place is truly incredible and very reasonably priced considering its quality. A big thank you to all the staff, from reception and housekeeping to the kitchen. Thank you all for the warm welcome and the service you provided throughout our stay.
