26/05/2026: Not having found how to post a review for the restaurant, I'm posting it on the hotel's page. A beautiful house, tastefully and charmingly decorated, we dined in the veranda enjoying a superb sea view—an unforgettable moment. The menu is extensive but not overwhelming; the ingredients are seasonal, locally sourced, and fresh. There are a few original touches and flavors, traditional dishes, a vegetarian option, and a children's menu. There's something for everyone. The service is attentive, the dishes are tasty, well-presented, and well-portioned, except perhaps for the set menu/dish of the day, which, despite the €4 supplement, doesn't quite reach the quality of the other dishes on the menu, which are only slightly more expensive and better presented. Aside from this minor point, our dinner was delightful, and the evening was a great success. Reservations are highly recommended.

04/04/2026: Since the change of ownership, there are no more concerts, the bar is empty, and the atmosphere is gloomy. Around 7:30 pm on Friday evening, we realized it was time to leave because cleaning was starting and the chairs were being put back on the tables! What a shame after so many good times! It's a pity.

10/06/2026: Ordered skate wings: tasteless, undercooked, lukewarm. Served rice had probably been reheated several times, vegetables cold.... The location is nice though and the service was friendly.

08/06/2026: We came on Sunday evening, June 7th, a family of three plus a baby. We received a warm welcome and chose our seats inside the restaurant. My husband and daughter ordered the skate wing with capers, while I chose the mussels marinière. Everything was delicious and generous. My mussels were piping hot throughout the casserole dish, though I found the bay leaf a bit too strong for my taste. The children's meal with nuggets (likely homemade) and fries delighted my 18-month-old daughter. Perhaps a simpler dessert like yogurt or applesauce would be a good idea for very young children, as babies should avoid desserts with uncooked eggs. The wine was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

07/02/2026: Top-notch pizzeria! We had a fantastic meal! High-quality ingredients made in a unique setting! I highly recommend it and will definitely be back soon – there are so many delicious pizzas left to try! P.S. The burrata on a sharing platter is amazing!

22/04/2026: Without a doubt!!!! The best kebab in the Rouen area. The meat, the bread...always top-notch. And always greeted with a smile. Great team. For kebab lovers, "Le Vert-Galant" is a place you absolutely must try. I highly recommend it.

02/04/2026: The place was clean, but that's about it. The waitress was unfriendly, and the food was mediocre: overcooked mussels served in a pot with a smell of molten metal, and fries with a strong greasy taste. €60 for three people, without drinks, coffee, or dessert. Avoid at all costs; very disappointing.

18/02/2026: Discovered for Valentine's Day, disappointed by the complimentary appetizers, but the food was quite good ☺️ Moreover, we were greeted with a smile, even though we were all served at the same time...

31/05/2026: Evening of May 30, 2026. Appalling service. I ordered a cocktail. I was served a completely different drink. The waitress, who was not at all customer-oriented, brought me the cocktail, slightly altered but nothing more, and then asked me to pay. Avoid at all costs! When we complained again to the waitress, Polomé, she told us she was busy. This is the last time I will ever set foot in this bar, which I strongly advise against.

30/05/2026: A nice bar with a lovely terrace overlooking the uniquely shaped Church of St. Joan of Arc, a rare find where you can get ice cream at 10 pm. The waitress was very pleasant, unlike the other young waiter who was completely overexcited and shouting the lyrics to the current hit song, which was very unpleasant. A shame! I certainly won't be going back if he's still working.
