It's always been great, with plenty of toppings, but this is the second time the pizzas have been smaller and less full. If we buy them from the machine, they're better. To our great disappointment, it was served cold: the hamburgers and fries were lukewarm, despite a total bill of €62.95. When I pointed this out to the cashier, her response was, to say the least, surprising, stating that "it's the same everywhere." The manager, whom we then contacted, simply replied that they were "as they went along," without offering any apology or proposing a solution. This lack of consideration for the customer is unacceptable. It is important to note that this situation has already occurred at this same establishment, which makes the experience even more frustrating. This type of service severely damages your brand's image and prevents us from enjoying a pleasant family meal. I therefore request that you take this complaint into account, improve the quality of service at this restaurant, and inform me of the measures you intend to implement. I look forward to your reply. 13/07/2026: A very well-located restaurant, but what a shame! You booked and ordered, but after 45 minutes, nothing arrived, and there was no response from the service you requested. So you lost your money, and the restaurant lost customers. This is a way of doing business that I don't agree with.
