17/04/2026: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you regarding a very disappointing experience at your restaurant in Fécamp. During our visit, we waited an exceptionally long time for our order. To our great disappointment, it was served cold: the hamburgers and fries were lukewarm, despite a total bill of €62.95. When I pointed this out to the cashier, her response was, to say the least, surprising, stating that "it's the same everywhere." The manager, whom we then contacted, simply replied that they were "as they went along," without offering any apology or proposing a solution. This lack of consideration for the customer is unacceptable. It is important to note that this situation has already occurred at this same establishment, which makes the experience even more frustrating. This type of service severely damages your brand's image and prevents us from enjoying a pleasant family meal. I therefore request that you take this complaint into account, improve the quality of service at this restaurant, and inform me of the measures you intend to implement. I look forward to your reply. 21/06/2026: During our day in Veules-les-Roses, we were simply looking for a place to take a short break and have a drink. We discovered Comme à la maison - Coffee Shop, and what a lovely surprise! I really loved this place. It's a refreshing change from the usual cafes and bars. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming; you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in, and the setting is full of charm. It's a cozy and inviting spot, perfect for relaxing after a stroll through the village. We had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Veules-les-Roses. A truly great find that I'll gladly return to! 😊☕

09/05/2026: The managers are all super friendly and very welcoming. There's a wide selection at the buffet, from starters to main courses, and a little less for desserts. However, the big advantage is that there's a wok station where you can create your own dish, then choose your sauce, and then just enjoy! ✨

13/07/2026: This is the second time I've been to this Quick, and unfortunately, it's the second time I've been very disappointed. The waitresses are really unpleasant. We ordered at our table, but we were called to the counter to pick up our order. When we arrived, there were several trays, and the waitress had gone to serve fries. I waited for her to return, then simply asked, "Excuse me, which one is my tray?" Her response was, "That one... You don't want me to bring it to you too?" I found this remark very inappropriate, especially since the whole point of ordering at the table is to be served. In addition to that, the restaurant was very dirty: uncleaned tables and chairs, sticky floor, and a general lack of cleanliness. It's a real shame, because this is the second time I've come and experienced such unpleasant service and poor hygiene. I sincerely hope that improvements will be made. This review remains factual, polite, and clearly highlights the problems encountered.

12/07/2026: We were refused entry to eat in because we only had 10 minutes left, which I understood, so I politely asked her about it. Then other customers arrived after us and were allowed to eat in. I asked her why they could eat and we couldn't! She gave me some flimsy excuses. Luckily, her colleague reminded her that she couldn't refuse a customer entry to eat in!

11/05/2026: I had a wonderful time at the Saint Thomas restaurant. The food is excellent, with high-quality, well-prepared, and delicious dishes. You can tell the ingredients are carefully selected. The service is pleasant and professional; the staff is attentive without being intrusive. The calm and welcoming atmosphere allows you to fully enjoy your meal. A truly excellent restaurant that I highly recommend.

12/06/2026: Very nice old-school roadside diner, large parking lot included. Do note: it is vacant land with quite a few potholes, but it is manageable if you drive carefully. The food was excellent: a good cold buffet beforehand, the main course exceptionally tasty, a cheese platter afterwards, and dessert and coffee. It was my first time here and I hope to come back again. Top-notch place!

23/09/2025: We booked for 11 people to celebrate our mother's surprise birthday. Everything went perfectly, from the reservation to the end of the meal, including the quality of the food and service. We received a very warm welcome. The dishes were delicious, the staff was attentive and checked on us regularly to see if everything was alright. We were even treated to a birthday cake with a special touch on our mother's plate! Absolutely fantastic! We are very grateful to Sophie's restaurant for this wonderful family experience we were able to share.

25/05/2026: The service was appalling... You practically have to ask for a greeting. We waited to find out if there were any tables available, to which we were told "I don't know," only to be told two minutes later that it wasn't possible, without even checking with the staff on the terrace. I used to love eating at this restaurant, but it seems to have changed, which is a real shame.
