20/04/2026: We had an extraordinary time with a team who managed to bring heart and meaning to a situation that could have turned out better despite their efforts. Salia family and Mustafa are exceptionally generous and wonderfully kind. More than just a cooking class, it was a magnificent experience. The tasting was incredibly delicious and excellent! Thank you to this exceptional team, and we recommend La Cantine 2000%!

28/03/2026: How awful: cold, greasy black pudding, a plate of Thai-style pasta!! What Thai?? Spaghetti with tomato sauce thrown on top... It's a mess!

09/05/2026: I bought a bathroom set from IKEA and I'm very disappointed with the sales conditions. The 80cm vanity unit was advertised as being on sale with a discount of around €60, but it was only available for delivery… which cost €60. In the end, there were no real savings. The mirror was on sale in the 100cm size but not in the 80cm, which is inconsistent. Finally, I was told I would receive an €82 voucher, but when I got to the checkout, I was informed that it was only valid for purchases of €200 or more, which hadn't been clearly explained beforehand. I find these practices opaque. In the end, I paid practically full price despite the advertised discounts.

11/04/2026: Absolutely fantastic! I go there every time with my family and my kids can't wait to get it when we go to the beach!! The only kebab shop around that doesn't have cardboard-tasting meat.

07/06/2026: I was served today by Kamylia (I noted her name on her badge so management could identify her). The experience was very disappointing. The welcome was unpleasant, the tone condescending, and there was a clear lack of professionalism. When I asked a simple question about a cold coffee, her response was curt and inappropriate. I understand that the job can be difficult, but respect for the customer remains essential. The service was truly disappointing and gives a bad impression of the establishment.

The waitress was unfriendly, and the food was mediocre: overcooked mussels served in a pot with a smell of molten metal, and fries with a strong greasy taste. €60 for three people, without drinks, coffee, or dessert. Avoid at all costs; very disappointing.

18/02/2026: Discovered for Valentine's Day, disappointed by the complimentary appetizers, but the food was quite good ☺️ Moreover, we were greeted with a smile, even though we were all served at the same time...

20/05/2026: Hello, I'm very disappointed. It's not my first time here, but today wasn't great. The food was tasteless, the portions were small, and to top it off, they sent us an email offering a 25% discount on a dish, which ended up costing me more than if I had ordered a set menu. However, a big thank you to our server Kilian, who was very kind and pleasant compared to other servers. I know how to speak up when things aren't right, but sincerely, a big thank you to Kilian.

28/06/2025: The food was presented lovely and tasted delicious. It was the best meal we had both eaten for a long time.

25/04/2026: Warning: poor service at the bar… There were three servers behind the bar chatting amongst themselves and scrolling on their phones while we waited for them to take our order… We really felt like we were bothering them. I should mention that it was 5:30 pm and the bar was far from full, quite the opposite. Louise Café is right across the street.

21/04/2026: I arrived and wondered where the cats were. The cashier wasn't very friendly, but honorable mention to the waiter who was quite nice! Disappointed, I don't recommend it!

20/04/2026: We stumbled upon this place during our visit to Rouen and were drawn in by the cats sleeping peacefully in the window, which immediately catch the eye of passersby and tourists. The menu also tempted us to go in for lunch. We ordered a galette (savory buckwheat crepe) with a beer, and it was delicious. The service was very friendly, and the decor is truly original: there are so many references everywhere, you hardly know where to look! It's so vibrant and different from what you usually see! We had a wonderful time; it was a delightful surprise that we highly recommend!
