19/08/2024: This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It is located in a very quiet and friendly location, the parking lot is large, easy to park. The staff is very kind, discreet and helpful. The rooms are clean, the linen is very well washed and ironed (crystal white!). In the room you have a kettle, coffee or tea with madeleines offered every day. It’s very touching to have this additional service. Not every hotel serves you 4 coffees, 2 teas and 2 madeleines every day. We also offer you toothbrushes. Truly an excellent welcome! The restaurant is at your disposal which offers you delicious dishes! Me and my children loved our stay in this hotel which I highly recommend.
15/08/2024: Welcomed very warmly, boss and employees at the top of all our hotel experiences, evening meal at the top of the top also 3 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts, very ample for a hotel which has good à la carte meals, very competitive price and very spacious and luxurious hotel even though it has no stars and there are quite a few,
Very professional boss and employees, attentive to customers who do what is necessary to ensure that customers are served, I even recommend him for a family or a first time, or even if it is unexpected he always finds a solution when possible, in short I have already warned that I will come back so everything is said thank you to all of you (Employees and Boss) 🥰🥰🥰

27/12/2023: Très déçu du service, nous étions une table de 6 qui avaient envie de profiter du moment, au final nous avons du écourter (ni dessert ou café) à cause de la serveuse qui s'est montré mal aimable, peu souriante, oubliant les sauces pour les burgers, nous laissant attendre très (trop) longtemps après avoir fini nos plats qui étaient d'ailleurs froid à peine arrivé.
La serveuse a même eu le temps de prendre d'autres commandes autour de nous, et de débarrasser les tables vides, sans s'occuper de nous.
Vous avez sans doute perdu 6 clients qui pourtant auraient pu continuer à commander.

26/01/2025: Excellent cuisine, but it's a shame that the room service is a little disappointing (cold, dishes are sent really too quickly).. Downside also for the absence of appetizers when you have an aperitif... nevertheless, it remains a very good address in Etretat.
13/01/2025: Very good establishment for a birthday lunch.
Prefer a table on the 1st floor for the view. Very well heated room, menu that mixes land and sea, staff who take great care of you.
To recommend without hesitation.

06/12/2024: 2 inscrutable and completely lost young women and their leader, a slightly balding blond guy who is completely odious! Great atmosphere!
We preferred to stop there and turn around even though we had reserved.
At this rate, another door that we will soon see closed! You don't have to wonder why!

Et personnel qui pensait qu'à se déguiser pour halloween au désavantage des clients
Jamais nous ne remettrons les pieds un samedi midi
