19/11/2025: We ate there on Saturday during the herring and scallop fair, and what we were served was shameful. It wasn't scallops, but rather overcooked and recooked clams on skewers! And the service! A menu clearly designed to make money during the fair! It's not something to be proud of! We won't be going back, even outside of fair season. A bad move on their part!
16/11/2025: Restaurant not recommended 😡 The waiter was unpleasant and didn't provide proper service. There were no snacks offered. While the other tables behind him were served by another waiter, there was no bread and no mustard. 😡 The food consisted of two dried-out, overcooked herrings that appeared to be reheated, and a single undercooked potato. A small, tasteless piece of apple pie, probably frozen, was served for €16.50. It's a disgrace! 😡 My wife ordered mussels, which were no better, with no juice and a measly handful of fries. For €16.50, we spent two hours being served, and on top of that, we didn't even get a thank you when we paid. It was almost as if we were bothering him! 😡😡😡👎👎

13/01/2026: I arrived in the afternoon at 1:45 PM, knowing that the opening time was 1:30 PM. There was a long line outside, stretching all the way to the exit. The security guard was only letting people in one at a time because there were already too many people waiting inside. I left at 4:00 PM, but at 3:15 PM we were told that there was no point in waiting beyond the cordon and that we should come back the next day, with the same uncertainty about getting an appointment. We were given a form to fill out for those who wanted to be contacted by phone. I had been warned that you had to arrive very early to have any hope of getting an appointment, but experiencing it is quite another story. The pointless wait in the cold, the uncertainty, and the wasted time. Everyone's nerves are being tested. Several people have reported arriving at 9 a.m. that same day who were unable to enter the building and had to return in the afternoon to wait indefinitely. It's inhumane to make so many people wait unnecessarily in the cold. Are there any solutions to manage this infernal wait? A ticket system, an estimated wait time? Allowing more people inside the building, even if it means sitting on the floor where it's warm and dry to make the wait less unpleasant. It's a nightmare. It's better to complete as much as possible online and call an advisor from home, even if it means waiting 20 minutes on the phone, than to travel there for nothing and waste your day. Or arrive more than an hour before opening time to have any hope of being seen.
31/12/2025: Staff shortages result in excessively long waits, both inside and outside. Not to mention the lack of parking, making travel difficult even though the bus stops nearby. Some people prefer to use their own vehicles.

28/07/2025: We went to this restaurant despite the negative reviews because we'd already been there a while ago. I don't know if it's changed hands, but it was disgusting. Hygiene: dirty plates, sticky floors and tables, the wall above the buffet was all dusty, and especially the restrooms++ The buffet was almost empty, with a few sushi, spring rolls, and donuts, etc., served drop by drop. No beef with onions, no spicy chicken, rice and pasta, etc. Wock, a brown steak, a rib-eye steak, and a few skewers that duel, and seafood, but that doesn't inspire confidence. We had to ask several times, and they brought back small quantities, not enough for the number of people in the restaurant. The worst part is that the little we ate was bland, the fried food greasy. One positive point, and the only one, the well-stocked frozen desserts😁 When it came time to pay, I made a point and asked for something to be done because we had almost nothing to eat for 47.50 euros for 2 people. They spoke to each other in Chinese: the owner, the waiter, and a lady actually burst out laughing at each other!!! A disgrace!!! A total lack of respect😡😡 But I'm not going to leave it at that; it's unacceptable to behave like this😡 Conclusion: AVOID!!! NOT RECOMMENDED There are some very good Chinese restaurants like Le Bon Accueil, Le Pavillon du Bonheur, etc., and at least they respect their customers. They are rated 4.1 😄 either the ratings are old or people have never really tasted good Chinese food. I would have preferred to eat at a McDonald's tonight, even if I never go there.
