10/07/2026: Very disappointed with McDonald's. The service was very slow, over 25 minutes wait for a disappointing result: the burgers were cold, the drinks tasted like water and had too much ice, and the sundaes arrived half-melted. I won't be back.

07/07/2026: Over 25 minutes wait for 3 hamburgers and 1 ice cream! They only have 2 employees to manage. Over 40 people in the dining area are getting impatient to be served. This is a blatant lie about being served quickly.

13/07/2026: A very well-located restaurant, but what a shame! You booked and ordered, but after 45 minutes, nothing arrived, and there was no response from the service you requested. So you lost your money, and the restaurant lost customers. This is a way of doing business that I don't agree with.

17/04/2026: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you regarding a very disappointing experience at your restaurant in Fécamp. During our visit, we waited an exceptionally long time for our order. To our great disappointment, it was served cold: the hamburgers and fries were lukewarm, despite a total bill of €62.95. When I pointed this out to the cashier, her response was, to say the least, surprising, stating that "it's the same everywhere." The manager, whom we then contacted, simply replied that they were "as they went along," without offering any apology or proposing a solution. This lack of consideration for the customer is unacceptable. It is important to note that this situation has already occurred at this same establishment, which makes the experience even more frustrating. This type of service severely damages your brand's image and prevents us from enjoying a pleasant family meal. I therefore request that you take this complaint into account, improve the quality of service at this restaurant, and inform me of the measures you intend to implement. I look forward to your reply. 25/05/2026: The service was appalling... You practically have to ask for a greeting. We waited to find out if there were any tables available, to which we were told "I don't know," only to be told two minutes later that it wasn't possible, without even checking with the staff on the terrace. I used to love eating at this restaurant, but it seems to have changed, which is a real shame.
