15/12/2024: Huge disappointment! On Friday, December 13th (evening), as soon as we arrived, we understood that a table of two people without a reservation wasn't very attractive to the restaurant. Shortly after we were seated, a server came to take our orders without even offering an appetizer. Our dishes arrived cold, and we had to wait several minutes for our glass of wine (not a very logical approach). We then asked for our dishes to be reheated. They came back barely warmer... what's more, the ravioli had dried out from the microwave and the sauce was almost nonexistent. When it came time to take my dessert order, the server told me I'd have a chocolate financier or a chocolate moelleux in the "sweet coffee." Finally, a completely different dessert arrived and was immediately returned to the kitchen to be replaced (at my request). €65 for two people for a poor-quality dish, with very amateurish service and quickly delivered. The bill was steep (much steeper than the food itself!). We will hesitate to set foot there again!

12/12/2024: Having been to this Del Arte location several times, unlike others, the service is appalling and unpleasant. We even get the impression that the quality of the products isn't the same. Avoid it.

01/11/2025: Ordering and being served half an hour later is honestly shameful for a fast-food restaurant because they actually place small orders before ours, which is not normal. It's the first time we've waited so long for a McDonald's, especially since there was almost no one there.

18/10/2025: Employee found today (the heavyset gentleman or lady) condescending!!! The young woman with him was more friendly. Told me in a curt tone that the upstairs was closed and that the staff didn't come up, as if I knew. Also told me in a condescending tone to go get ketchup at the register when I asked. I think there's a more polite way to say things instead of acting like a diva who has a tough go at customers. Disgusting. Rude. Contemptuous. Tables not clean. Very bad experience!!!

13/12/2024: Excellent Kebab for years. This one from tonight, still just as good. The meat is not fatty, like in other restaurants of this specialty. I really recommend. Welcoming service and very clean restaurant.

18/10/2025: Passing through for the day, I enjoyed the restaurant. Fast service and friendly staff. The mussels and fries were enough to fill me up. I recommend this place.

02/01/2026: Having recently arrived in Harfleur, we wanted to try the service and frankly, we weren't disappointed. Even the delivery driver, dressed in his OM uniform, was very kind and smiling. The telephone reception was excellent; the lady was always polite and smiling, you could feel it through the phone.

01/01/2026: A warm welcome and attentive waitress. The food is good. A nice, typical little bistro. We had our New Year's Eve dinner there and have no regrets. We started with oysters, which were very good, then I had salmon with sorrel and my friend had seafood sauerkraut. Simple and tasty dishes.

31/12/2025: An opening was announced for 11:00 AM today. My first call was at 11:05 AM with no answer, and several subsequent calls went unanswered. I had to go there in person, only to be flatly refused service for a cold pizza, apparently because they had too many orders, even though the phone in the shop wasn't ringing at all. Someone will have to explain to me how they can be overwhelmed when the phone doesn't ring while you're there, and especially when an employee doesn't answer. I don't know how people are supposed to place orders! Terrible service.

28/09/2025: Very good thin and crispy pizza! I asked for a vegan one and it was well stocked with various vegetables and not dry even without cheese 😊Ordered by phone and ready on time. Thank you!

11/12/2025: Impeccable service and very friendly staff, nothing to complain about! However, I must warn you that some customers were disrespectful to a waiter, while he himself remained courteous, and I commend him for that! 🙏

08/12/2025: When ordering a children's takeaway meal, it would be nice to receive the entire menu... Because charging 40 cents for sauces is fine, but ordering and paying for the whole meal is another matter... And it's not the first time.

18/01/2026: Inside, the atmosphere is pleasant, the lady who served us was very busy but remained calm and smiling. The pizzas were good. I find the other reviews very harsh!

09/01/2026: Disappointment! Only two employees on a Sunday when tourism is at its peak! What's more, they were completely indifferent even though we'd been waiting for a table for over 20 minutes, despite there being plenty available. Not even a hello... The food was affordable but nothing special. As for hygiene, the restrooms at the rest area are 100% cleaner than their restaurant—shameful. This restaurant is an eyesore in Étretat, despite their continuous service!

10/10/2025: Very good, very tasty, very welcoming, and with excellent products. A truly pleasant surprise in this family-run establishment. I'll happily return to sit and enjoy a meal on the terrace.
