The owner explains to us that following the fire in the neighboring restaurant she did not expect so many people... Despite the children's menus and the coffees offered, I'm sorry, I won't go back there again. You knew this since the accident next door the day before, so it's up to you to review your organization to receive more cutlery than the abnormal one, or if there was not the possibility of blocking up to a certain number of cutlery. You preferred to receive the whole world, provide mediocre service and a bad image of your restaurant. It’s a shame because the dishes are good.

18/01/2026: Honestly, I'm done with this McDonald's. There are always preparation mistakes, etc. I'm not even going to bother calling them to complain anymore. Even though their customer service is understanding, it's ridiculous to have to check every time, and then the one time you forget to check, you go home with two fewer burgers and a caramel ice cream that isn't caramel at all!

17/12/2024: Quite mixed... disappointed... the children's menus are really sad, the pizza is very unappetizing and the fish nuggets are very sad, my horse steak, the egg was overcooked and broken, no mash, few sauces, and melted cold bowls of semolina, on the other hand beautiful play structures for children...

16/12/2024: Bad organization, we don't know how to proceed and when you ask the cashier they don't know how to tell you about the lunch menus.

02/12/2024: Always a human welcome, good herbal teas and cakes. We came on December 1st. The professionalism of the young girls impressed me so much, the hard work with a smile and the attention to everyone. The playlist is chosen with taste by a saleswoman who works here and that's good. Because music accompanies the presence of visitors, gives an atmosphere. Well done to you.

17/11/2024: Première fois pour ma part que je mangeais dans ce restaurant, très sincèrement on a été très déçu du service, les plats étaient certes très bon mais ça ne fait pas tout. Le service était déjà d'une très long, nous sommes arrivés à 12h30 et nous sommes ressortis du restaurant à presque 15h30... À partir du moment où l'on a demandé une carafe d'eau en guise de boisson, le service qui a suivi était juste du foutage de gueule, nous avons demandés de nous envoyés un des plats en même temps que les entrées, la serveuse a tiré une tronche franchement faut qu'elle change de métier si elle ne supporte pas certaine demande surtout qu'on l'a demandé d'une façon agréable, au final elle a servis tous les plats en même temps et quand elle a déposé les plats, j'ai cru qu'elle allait casser le verre tellement qu'elle a posé l'assiette avec délicatesse... Et quand nous avons demandés les cafés, malheureusement pour vous nous avons le sens de l'observation et nous avions remarqués que toute les personnes qui demandaient leur cafés avaient le droit à une petite meringue, et bien nous nous étions punis apperement car les meringues étaient inexistantes quand le serveur a déposé les cafés, nous avons dû demander à les avoir, en bref le service est à revoir en long en large et en travers. Bien évidemment nous ne viendrons plus vous déranger pour une carafe d'eau et des meringues, car nous n'irons plus dans votre restaurant. Cordialement

08/10/2024: Cuisine raffinée pour un prix raisonnable. Bien servi. Le décor est agréable avec la plage juste en face. Nous avons apprécié venir dîner ici.

20/02/2025: Nice bistro for a drink, the welcome is friendly, very “like at home”. A plus, the toilets are very well maintained.

07/12/2025: A warm welcome in a pleasant setting, excellent mussels and fries at a very good price, I highly recommend it.

09/11/2025: Extremely disappointed with this restaurant, avoid it at all costs. We were a table of eight and came for mussels and fries. We were only informed after our aperitifs that they were out of mussels and shrimp. This can happen, but it should be indicated on the menu at the entrance or at least told us directly. The same thing happened with dessert. We were told there was only one crème brûlée and one tiramisu left… It's a bit much. I ate salami with burnt ratatouille. At the end, when the bill arrived, I asked for a discount or some kind of compensation… The waitress wouldn't hear of it and stood her ground. In short, avoid this place.

22/09/2024: We came for lunch, the staff were welcoming and the meals were very good. Excellent fried mussels for me and a very nice steak for my husband. We loved it and we are keeping this address to come back.

21/08/2024: Nous étions adeptes des cookies quand nous passions dans Rouen. Mais le prix ne cesse d’augmenter, 3€ LE cookie ?! Sérieusement ?!

30/10/2025: The service was disappointing. It took too long, and the dessert arrived cold. The waiter was unpleasant.

18/10/2025: We were already very disappointed during a group meal in November 2024. We went back this afternoon to stay, and we won't be going again. It's such a shame to have a restaurant that still practices this way. The rather shocking message about the meat cooking method used for hygiene reasons. Nothing reassuring. The wall/pillar next to our table was really very dirty; I hope it was just chocolate, you might say. The burger was of little interest. The ice cream tasted bland, chocolate and praline, if not rather disgusting. I didn't eat my dessert. Although local, but won't be back. It's time to take control of this restaurant. PS: The service was much nicer than last time.... So, the kitchen still needs to be sorted out. Good luck to everyone.

08/09/2024: If you are in a hurry, go through the drive-thru, the take-out service inside is a little long but it guarantees you hot products. We have never been disappointed, if there happens to be an order error (this is very rare) it is corrected immediately.

20/09/2024: the drive has been redone and the parking is more efficient. fast service...and food consistent with a McDonald's

15/09/2024: Mac Do remains Mac Do if we refer to the specifications... what will make the difference is the staff, the cleanliness of the store. In that of Boisguillaume it held up well
