05/09/2026: We came at 5:30 PM for a snack. I ordered an egg muffin, but the bread wasn't cooked. Also, the Croque McDo definitely didn't have the right burger on top and bottom, because I also work at another McDonald's and it wasn't as dry and large as the one I had there. I was very disappointed with your McDonald's. Furthermore, the McDonald's was dirty and the floor was sticky.

19/07/2026: Ordered 8 pizzas, 3 people got sick. Beyond the fact that the pizzas were very mediocre in quality, skimpy, and lacking salt, the ingredients didn't seem fresh... hygiene needs improvement. Simply unacceptable. A first time there that we'll never repeat. Avoid this place if you don't want food poisoning.

11/09/2026: We received a warm welcome, and the waitress was very friendly. The €26 set menu was excellent value. The starter, main course, and dessert were all very generous portions. We had a very pleasant evening.

28/09/2026: The service was mediocre; we waited between 5 and 10 minutes for a waitress even though there were only 5 tables. The waitresses seemed to prefer chatting by the bar. We ordered drinks, but not even a few peanuts or anything to nibble on with them. So, I ordered a charcuterie board, and all they served was the charcuterie and a knife 😂 and left us to fend for ourselves. There wasn't even a napkin to wipe our slightly greasy fingers from cutting the charcuterie. The atmosphere was a bit cold.

21/09/2026: We had lunch here today, served by friendly young ladies. The portions were generous. They welcome our four-legged friends – thank you for that! The sunny outdoor terrace was a peaceful spot. Everything was perfect for a lovely time in the sun: not too crowded, quiet, and no seagulls. We weren't disappointed by this lunch break. Best of luck to the whole team for the end of the season!

31/08/2026: Passing through Rouen, we found this brasserie for lunch. A delicious flank steak, homemade fries, and a superb gourmet coffee, all enjoyed on the terrace. Quick, simple, and efficient. I highly recommend it. Very welcoming.

29/08/2026: A sad farewell to our holidays in Normandy. Tables too close to each other. Neighbouring table occupied by two couples of about 50 years old, a state close to drunkenness, from which one of the ladies, convinced that we were English, was dedicated to insulting us, when we asked her if they could lower their tone a little. The males, making threatening comments. Unfriendly waiters who did not know how to manage an uncomfortable situation for everyone. We may return to Normandy, but certainly not to this place. Not everything, however, is bad. The last waiter who served us, a guy of oriental origin, had a correct treatment and behavior.

24/08/2026: I discovered the brunch at the Forges-les-Eaux hotel a few weeks ago and was absolutely delighted. Everything was excellent, so much so that I highly recommended it to my friends and family. This time, there were six of us who wanted to come on Sunday. When I called to make a reservation, I unfortunately learned that the restaurant was reserved exclusively for the hotel that day. I completely understand that private events can happen, but I was really disappointed, as the brunch is advertised every Sunday and is open to everyone. It would be helpful if the dates for private events were announced in advance. It's all the more unfortunate because I enjoyed the brunch so much that I inspired five other people to try it. I hope these private events remain exceptional and that we can enjoy this wonderful brunch again soon. 😊

20/08/2026: Hello, we came to celebrate our second wedding anniversary, an anniversary we won't forget, not because we had a good time, but because we were very disappointed by this restaurant. We booked for 9 pm (no earlier reservations available). For the starter, there was nothing left! Oh, except for one sausage that looked like it was fighting for its life. A pot of sauce with a fly that seemed to appreciate the taste. As for the main course, let's not even go there. For 35 euros, we got nuggets, pasta, and couscous—nothing special. The lamb in curry sauce was nothing but crumbs... And what's more, I didn't even get a whole ribeye steak. Moving on to the cheese course, I had a choice between two goat cheeses. As for the cakes, one wonders how long they'd been there. Avoid at all costs.

24/05/2026: I didn't want it to come to this, but I called to say what was wrong. The woman apologized, and I told her I wanted to speak to the manager. She said he wasn't there, that she'd pass on the message, and that he'd never call me back. He did call me back, so I'm leaving a negative review. I ordered from them, and first of all, they don't respect orders. I ordered one meat kebab, one chicken kebab, and one meat kebab tortilla. She only gave me chicken. On top of that, the kebabs only had bread and meat, no sauce, no vegetables, and everything was dry. In the kids' menu, both burgers were burnt, the meat was inedible, the fries were cold, and there were no candies. I've always ordered from them, but since they changed owners, I'm extremely disappointed. The woman didn't even offer any compensation; she preferred to lose customers rather than react. In short, I'm disappointed and still waiting for a call from the manager.

12/05/2026: Inedible pizza with a sandy crust. They're thin, with little topping, and you're not satisfied. They messed up the order and even dared to pass off the junior size as a senior! But we got a senior size, and for €17, no less! First and last time I'll order from them. Aside from apologizing on the phone, they should at least offer us a refund. As a result, we threw everything in the bin (no joke). I'm writing this review a few hours later; I'm sick, I swear! If this is what happened to me... I strongly advise against going to this pizzeria, if you can even call it that!

27/08/2026: It's a real shame the prices are going up while the quality and quantity aren't there. I ordered the Savoyard pizza with Boursin cheese, and there was absolutely no taste of either Reblechon or Boursin—you wonder if there was any in it at all! The bacon bits were matchstick-cut bacon, not lardons, and the ground beef was frozen and of poor quality.

09/08/2026: Tasty pizza. The senior size is still a bit small, so my advice is to choose a larger size. Not very cheap, but good ingredients, quick preparation, and friendly service. Good pizzeria!

14/09/2026: Disappointing, not to say unacceptable. We were refused delivery of two pizzas on a Saturday at 8:30 pm, under the pretext that service ends at 10 pm and they wouldn't have time. This is a clear change in policy since the change of ownership. Previously, under the old management, everything always went perfectly smoothly, with a smile and a focus on customer service. Unfortunately, the quality of service and consideration for customers have significantly declined. Really disappointed.

04/09/2026: I agree with the other reviews, the kebab was practically empty, you'll leave hungry. The fries were dry, you can tell they just reheated old fries.

08/07/2026: Absolutely terrible kebab shop. The owner is violent and drunk; he tried to hit him because he criticized his disgusting food. In short, avoid this place at all costs. Run away and enjoy a triangle kebab instead.
