A huge thank you to the owner, Cosima, who masterfully organized our wedding and provided us with highly professional vendors. A big thank you also to Bertrand, who, along with his colleagues, ensured excellent service and organization throughout the evening. And how could we forget the chef who prepared such delicious dishes, and Lorelei, the florist, whose floral arrangements were magnificent? In short, a truly high-quality wedding; I highly recommend it.

We got married there this summer and couldn't have dreamed of a better place to celebrate such an important day. The estate is absolutely magnificent, full of charm, and impeccably maintained. From our very first visit, we fell in love with it, and the wedding day far exceeded all our expectations. A huge thank you to Cosima for her professionalism, availability, kindness, and incredible organizational skills, which made the entire preparation process serene and enjoyable. She manages every detail masterfully and ensures that everything is perfectly orchestrated. Thanks to her (and her team – a special mention to the head waiter, François), we were able to fully enjoy our wedding without any stress. A big thank you also to Lorelei, who took care of the floral arrangements. The compositions were simply sumptuous and enhanced every space on the estate!

05/10/2026: As regulars at this restaurant, we always enjoy Chef Damien's menus. The menus change with the seasons, and the culinary surprises are always delightful. The staff is excellent: friendly, discreet, and efficient. The sea view from the terrace is very pleasant.

On the plate, the dishes are certainly very classic, but they are very good. Just be careful not to overcook the duck 😉 Fresh and generous portions! 🍛🍜🥟 The prices are reasonable for the quantity and quality! 💰 Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely be back! 🚗💨

We enjoyed a duck à l'orange with sweet potato mash: a pure delight! 😋 The food was flavorful, generous, and beautifully prepared. We had a very pleasant time in a lovely setting with a truly enjoyable atmosphere. An excellent experience, both in terms of the food and the ambiance. We will definitely be back! 01/10/2026: Every holiday in Hyères, we happily return to eat at La Caravelle. The welcome is always so warm, and the food is as beautiful as it is delicious. For us, it's the best restaurant in the port, without a doubt. We will gladly return next year.

The dessert was excellent, with its incredibly delicious flavor combinations, and the cream puff was absolutely decadent.
