30/09/2024: Went for a dinner on site for two people (not 30) on a Friday evening at the end of September at 7.20pm. Having said that they were full, in reality the place was empty. Service with terrible customer management.

29/09/2024: We came last night with friends. The setting and decor are magnificent. We had a very good hummus to share with a good wine and what followed...my friends took the lamb shank which tasted more like mutton than lamb...with rubbery chanterelles, a lot fat... frankly they left it all... I had a truffle risotto... in a small bowl with spring onions... I'm still looking for the taste of truffle 🤔 I've already eaten some risottos with truffles or others, frankly this one doesn't look like a risotto at all...and for €26 it's expensive for a bowl of rice... The waitress arrives and of course asks us if everything went well? We tell her our dissatisfaction, she comes back to tell us that she informed the boss but without follow-up...so disappointed that we stop there to have dessert elsewhere. We would have liked the boss to come for explanations and perhaps a small commercial gesture 🧐 nothing... We leave and pay our bill and I assure you that we will not come back and would not recommend your restaurant. We are not tourists but locals. Best wishes

16/09/2024: Cuisine inventive et réussie. Cuisson parfaite des poissons. Un menu tout végétarien également. Belle carte des vins. Accueil souriant. Le bib Michelin est amplement mérité.

11/09/2024: Comme à chaque séjour à Flayosc, nous ne manquons pas de, vite, réserver une table car c'est devenu notre endroit fétiche, notre petit Nid à nous aussi le temps d'une soirée... Toujours un grand merci à vous deux pour ce charmant sourire et les quelques mots pour nous accueillir si gentiment, à chaque fois mais aussi un grand merci au chef pour nous émerveiller avec ces plats divins. C'était encore un pur moment de bonheur cet été. Une semaine de vacances seulement pour moi, cette année, mais je n'aurais manqué pour rien au monde, ce dîner. 10/12/2024: I ate there twice during my vacation. Once the veal tomahawk and once the duck breast. Both excellently grilled with delicious side dishes. The service ladies were also very accommodating and recognized me straight away the second time. Dessert and wine were all great too. If you like grilled food, this is the place for you!

14/12/2024: We were table 19 this evening for a meal starting at 8:30 p.m. and it was an unforgettable culinary experience. We thank very much the waitresses/waiters who made this moment even more wonderful, and with whom we got along very well. We thoroughly enjoyed this meal without leaving a crumb, which our waitress particularly appreciated. A big thank you and congratulations to the chef and the entire Chez Bruno team.

11/09/2024: Jolie terrasse au milieu du village à côté de la fontaine. Très bel accueil. Plats généreux, très bon foie gras, burratta à la truffe un régal , la daube de sanglier fondante, tiramisu aux marrons également.

27/09/2024: Très bon restaurant ,cadre bucolique sur une propriété viticole. Nous avons déjeuné en terrasse . Très agréable service parfait ,repas délicieux pour un prix plus que correct. Je recommande vivement mais pensez à réserver.

08/09/2024: Nice restaurant in a great location on the Rhone with a view of the bridge. Very well attended. The service staff is very friendly. The food was good, nicely prepared but unfortunately some of it was cold or only lukewarm.

06/09/2024: I always enjoy coming here. The decor is modern/comfortable. The terrace overlooking the sea with amazing sunsets is lovely. But above all, the food is gorgeous. We tried the blind menu. 5 courses of surprises. every dish was incredible paired with the best wine suggested by the sommelier. one of the best meal I ever had.Truly delicious.

30/08/2024: Le rock vous accueille dans une ambiance rock'n'roll avec des plats qui le sont tout autant mais entièrement fait-Maison. les burgers sont délicieux avec un pain maison surprenant tout comme les salades et les cocktails avec ou sans alcool. les prix sont très raisonnables au vu de la qualité de ce qui est fourni sans parler de l'accueil qui vous est réservé par le patron. Bref un incontournable sur Hyères. Nous y allons souvent, sommes toujours bien reçu et passont une excellente soirée. Je recommande vivement cet établissement qui possède peu de place. Il est bien de réserver.

28/08/2024: A pure pleasure to go to Gaëlle and Ludovic. We have often had dinner or lunch in their establishment, as a couple, with family, with friends, it is always a pleasure. Everything is perfect: decor, atmosphere (inside and outside), service (what a smile!), food, presentation, pairings, real discoveries, a beautiful wine list... It’s a staple in our repertoire when we’re looking for a table. Last year we asked them to organize the "refreshment break" between the civil ceremony and the religious ceremony for our wedding: a challenge met with flying colors! Everything was perfect again (choice of drinks, variety, service, decor). Thanks for everything! :)
