29/08/2026: Me and my partner visited A Casa Serena after our family had delicious takeaway pizzas from there the night before. We had such a lovely evening, the service was outstanding and also quick. Their spritzes were lovely and their food was absolutely delicious! All fresh and home made and so reasonably priced. We both had steak and chips and the steak sauce was incredible. I had the nutella tiramisu and it was delicious. We sat outside and the atmosphere was so lovely, with locals visiting and sharing pizzas and laughs. It is definitely worth a visit, I cannot recommend it enough.

20/08/2026: Really cozy restaurant! The food is prepared with local fresh vegetables and it is fantastic. The menu is not too big but every dish is so tasty. Also the staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is friendly and cozy. I highly recommend this place.

14/09/2026: I ordered two pizzas for delivery. I ordered another one right after. Absolutely delicious, with quality ingredients. Fast delivery and the pizza arrived piping hot and sliced. The staff seemed very friendly. I recommend it to anyone wanting a real Italian pizza.

23/08/2026: By chance discovered this lovely” gem “of a hotel with frescos painted walls many years ago by an Italian.. unique small gem in heart of this little intersting town Marina and her staff are warm ,welcoming and hospitable .. you will get good exercise climbing the stairs to your room Breakfast taken in outdoor restaurant patio

18/08/2026: We've been ordering our pizzas from this chain since they opened in Hyères. It's truly the place to go for guaranteed satisfaction. The dough is homemade and, above all, delicious, as are all the toppings they offer—everything is fresh. That's what we expect, because we've tried other pizza places like Yolo, and that wasn't always the case. The service is just as good as the location. The young woman who takes your order, whether you call or arrive in person, knows you, knows your name, and is always smiling, even when it's busy, so it's best to call ahead. They're all dedicated, from the owner to the staff.

03/09/2026: Starter - Croquette d’agneau, the combination with mango sauce, it was 6/10. Main - bœuf kottu, very salty, beef was too salty but I cannot taste the beef. Kottu was too much veg, noooo Staff - soso.

22/08/2026: Super yummy, great ambiance, and good nat wine selections! The roti is super delicious, fresh, very garlicky perfect. Really enjoyed the lamp croquettes and the crudo! The lentil curry was a bit toooo salty though and for the pastèque, cucumber salad, wish it was colder. Overall delicious! Oh yes! And the pandan sorbet! Pandan anything is fantastic this one was light not too sweet perfect! Can’t wait to come back and have more!

03/08/2026: We came for a drink and to share a cheese board and some sausage. Before ordering, I asked the waiter which cheeses were on the board. He replied: Camembert, Saint-Nectaire, and Cantal. I wasn't asking out of curiosity: not everyone likes every cheese, and some people may even have allergies. When the plates arrived, the first surprise: our portion of sausage was noticeably smaller than the one at the next table, even though we had ordered exactly the same thing. Then the cheese board arrived, and I noticed that the Saint-Nectaire had been replaced with Gruyère, without anyone informing us. I pointed this out to the waiter. His response: "Oh, I didn't even notice, they must have run out." No apologies, no explanation, no offer of a replacement or any kind of compensation. He simply left, leaving us with a different board than the one we had been promised. The most disappointing aspect was the waiter's attitude: after this remark, which was made very politely, we felt completely ignored for the rest of the evening. Out-of-stock situations can happen, that's not the issue. However, informing the customer before serving a different product, apologizing, and offering a solution seems to me to be the foundation of good service. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively, because with more attentive service, the experience would have been much better.

07/09/2026: Very (very) disappointing. Passing through the village for the Fig Festival, we accepted the set menu, why not? However, the price was particularly high considering the quality of the service. We waited nearly an hour, and our order was ultimately forgotten: drinks and our main course still hadn't arrived. The organization left much to be desired, coupled with a far from warm welcome. The octopus, overcooked and excessively grilled, was barely edible, with a portion that was, to say the least, generous in its... sobriety, considering the price. Despite the wait and the forgotten order, there was no gesture of goodwill. It's a shame, because a little consideration would at least have made up for the situation. We had relied on previous reviews. One experience is enough: we won't make that mistake again.
