28/06/2026: I've been a regular at La Campana for years, and whenever I go back to Paris, I dream of this small, almost intimate restaurant with Nico, the Chef-Owner, who makes truly delicious and varied cuisine cooked over a wood fire. He loves his work and gives his all to delight his customers. This year, he's added a delicious, fresh, and subtle gazpacho to his starters—perfect for this summer heat. Oh, and you absolutely must try his caramelized onions—they're divine! The atmosphere is very friendly, and the service and waitress were excellent. I love it!

27/07/2026: Had dinner on the terrace several years after our last visit, but it was a disappointing experience. The food was well below expectations. The beef in our Thai salad was significantly overcooked and the dish was excessively salty. The service lacked warmth, despite there being only a handful of occupied tables for 2 waitresses. It didn’t live up to our previous experience.

More broadly, the entire seafood menu demonstrates evident culinary expertise; each dish exudes freshness and respect for the ingredients. A Menu Full of Surprises The menu itself is a true visual delight even before ordering: it resembles a collage of overlapping labels, each revealing a new delicacy. This original format gives the impression of leafing through a secret recipe book, where each layer hides an additional gourmet discovery. In short, Auberge Fleurie combines impeccable seafood cuisine and a menu presentation full of character, for a culinary experience that is as tasty as it is fun.

04/08/2026: The pizzas were excellent, absolutely no complaints: generously topped, delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed them! 🍕 However, the service… well… they must still be trying to get our attention. 😅 We were served half our pizza and told the other half would stay warm and be brought to us later. Unfortunately, it must have felt so comfortable being warm that it decided to stay there for quite a while… We waited over an hour before they finally asked if we were finished. Then, another half-hour wait for the bill, to the point that we ended up getting up and paying directly at the register. It's a real shame, because the quality of the food deserves much better than this service. With a little more attention to the customers, the experience would have been perfect.

04/08/2026: I'm a bit stunned by the other customers' reviews. I wonder if the restaurant has been bought out in the meantime? We had a terrible evening. We tried calling to ask if there were any tables available, but no one answered. Living just a few minutes away, we went there hoping to get a pizza. A very friendly young man set a table for two. Then the good times ended. We waited about ten minutes for someone to come and at least get our drinks. Then WE WAITED an hour and a half for our two pizzas (yes, just that long). We thought they must be really good to wait that long, but absolutely not. Both pizzas were tasteless; I've truly never eaten such a bad pizza. It tasted like frozen dough or pie crust, anything but pizza. We were extremely disappointed by the wait and by the taste of the pizza. We didn't want dessert, and the young waitress, seeing that I'd only eaten two slices (even though I was starving given the wait), kindly offered to wrap it up for me. We went to the register, and they didn't accept credit cards. In 2026, are there still places that don't take cards?! And they told me, "But if you had booked by phone, we would have told you." We called, but no one answered, no one warned us, and it wasn't even displayed. I only had my phone with me, so I had to make an instant bank transfer, which meant waiting several more long minutes. In short, a ruined evening, awful food. The only positive point was the friendliness of the two servers we had. Thank you to them.

27/07/2026: Excellent bar and excellent food. We've been coming here for several years now to eat in the evenings and we've never been disappointed. The waiters/waitresses are very welcoming and the atmosphere is fantastic and friendly. Never disappointed and we'll be back!

22/06/2026: The food is very good, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable.

16/07/2026: On day 1, we spontaneously wanted to eat here, but it wasn't possible without a reservation. Understandable. The next day we made a reservation, but we were half an hour late. We called politely about this and that wasn't a problem at all. Upon arrival, we were met by a super grumpy blonde woman who barely spoke to us, walked away arrogantly, and didn't help us any further.

12/06/2026: Fine older, family operated hotel in a unique location. Restaurant is fantastic, but be sure to reserve in advance and take the time to consider the menu in advance!

02/06/2026: If there was a hotel star for hospitality, this hotel would have 5! We arrived at 9am, with 2 motorbikes and luggage, tired and hungry from an overnight ferry journey. Reception could not have been warmer: have some breakfast, private parking for the bikes and your room is ready. Now that is special. Hotel is charming and you will already know there is no lift: our room was as advertised and the best view of any hotel over Sanary Harbour. Rooms are excellent value for money. The restaurant (closed Tuesday) is easily the best place to eat in Sanary. This hotel is a real gem, run by a genuinely warm hotel family team. We cannot wait to return - and check in at a more normal time !

29/05/2026: This restaurant is located in the old town of Toulon, near the market. The food is excellent and plentiful, especially the tuna brick and the couscous. The prices are very reasonable. The owner is very friendly. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.
