15/07/2026: I came to pick up a surprise basket and frankly, I wasn't disappointed. For €4, I left with two large savory croissants, a sandwich, a hot chocolate, and the very kind lady gave me two strawberry and pistachio tarts. Really very kind and a very warm welcome. Thank you again.

28/06/2026: Tasteless salad, with very poor quality ingredients, even the rice was bad. Go there only for a coffee at worst.

28/07/2026: We had a lovely time as a family; breakfast was excellent. A special mention to the chef: his pesto was excellent, even though I don't usually like it – thank you for the recipe.

We had booked the day before, specifying that we wanted a table outside, but upon arrival, there were no tables available, nor inside. They offered to set one up for us in front of a garage off to the side. We declined and went to Sister's instead, where we received a very warm welcome without a reservation. …I've changed my review because Rose Garden's response is worded to suit their own purposes, but it's not the truth. It's a real shame not to take responsibility; you could have simply apologized.

24/05/2026: Based on the reviews, I was expecting a great pizza. Maybe I chose the wrong one, but it was very bland. I ordered the Normandy with Camembert, and I was happy they even offered it, as not all places do. But of all the Normandy pizzas I've tried, this is by far the worst. Disappointed.

01/07/2026: I highly recommend this hotel, ideally located opposite the port and a 5-minute walk from the train station. The room was pleasant and clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I was able to leave my suitcase after checking out and pick it up at the time I wanted.

11/08/2026: No strollers or children allowed. On August 11, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., my wife and I arrived at the restaurant entrance for lunch. There were two of us, with our 9-month-old child in a stroller. The gentleman at the reception told us that strollers were not allowed in the establishment. We explained that we could fold and store the stroller and put the child on our laps or in a high chair. The waiter said he would make an exception, asked us to go around to the back entrance of the restaurant, and seated us in a corner at the back of the dining room. I should mention that it was 1:30 p.m., the terrace was only about a quarter full, and the dining room inside was empty. After a few minutes, we noticed that there was no breeze; it was 35 degrees Celsius (95 degrees Fahrenheit). We asked if it would be possible to move to either the three-quarters empty terrace or the (empty) indoor dining room near a fan, which was indeed present and working above the empty tables. The waiter indicated that it wasn't possible and offered to do us a favor by seating us with a child. We reminded him that we could fold the stroller. The waiter categorically refused, stating that the child wasn't eating and that it wasn't in his interest to give us a table on his (empty) terrace. So we left. Please change your practices, comply with regulations, or change professions if this is too difficult. Dear parents, dear customers, 300 meters further on is the restaurant Les Sablettes, where we received a perfect welcome with our child. We had the exceptional privilege of being seated at a table for four with a sea view, and we were even able to keep the stroller and high chair.

06/08/2026: Ordered 5 pizzas for our last night of vacation. The pizzas were really bad, with hardly any toppings. Just Emmental cheese, even though the pizzeria is called Mozzarella! One Indian pizza had no peppers, and only 3 pieces of chicken dipped in curry powder. 😱 Salad on the pizza with dressing, of course! And the price? 90€ for 5 pizzas! 😱 Really disappointed. As a result, 3 people got sick—great for our last night.

04/08/2026: As always, this restaurant offers good value for money, especially for its pizzas. The service is pleasant and friendly. I recommend it for a casual dinner and a nice, relaxed time.

21/07/2026: New review in mid-July 2026 Change of ownership Dropped from 5 stars to zero! Undercooked crust! Low-quality ingredients! The result is a tasteless "pizza"! A far cry from the previous owner! Good luck to the new owner, but we won't be back! Extraordinary pizza! What can I say? The crust is perfectly crispy, and all the ingredients are top-notch! You can tell this is a maestro who honed his skills in competitions, not just a tourist trap during the summer! He puts all his best recipes and techniques into each of his pizzas and has been in business for years! Without a doubt, MY best pizza to date! Try the Elite pizza in-store, and you won't forget it! Be warned, it's so popular, you have to earn it, so make a reservation whether you're dining in or taking away!

It is also close to the village, the port, and restaurants, all easily accessible on foot, which is particularly convenient for fully enjoying your stay without needing a car. Some rooms are accessed via small private paths, surrounded by greenery, adding to the charm of the location and creating a pleasant sense of privacy. Most rooms offer a sea view, a true feast for the eyes. They are comfortable, well-equipped, and feature good bedding. A particularly thoughtful touch is the kettle stocked with tea, herbal tea, or coffee, to be enjoyed at your leisure on the private terrace. In the morning, weather permitting, breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the sea and the boats – a truly magnificent experience. The breakfast offers a sweet and savory selection of high-quality products, the perfect way to start the day. One slight drawback, however, concerns parking: it's not a proper parking lot, but rather spaces located along a small road, which can sometimes make parking tricky. Furthermore, the daily parking rate may seem a bit high. On the other hand, the room rates remain generally affordable, making this establishment a lovely place to enjoy Bandol in an enchanting setting.

13/05/2026: Very hospitable couple; the lady is an artist with food. The dishes are surprising every time, but always an original explosion of flavor that looks beautiful. Cozy atmosphere inside as well, personal service. More than value for money!
