13/01/2026: This is a mobile home park, not a campsite like in the days of Clau Marjo.

11/12/2025: Overall, the stay was okay, but the end was a very bad experience. The campsite kept my entire deposit after my early departure, without providing a quote or invoice. I had to wait several weeks and take steps to finally receive a belated invoice and a partial refund. Since the inventory was carried out without me, communication was complicated and lacked transparency. Furthermore, when I came to the campsite to get an explanation, I received a very poor welcome and was subjected to unacceptable behavior from an employee, which led me to file a complaint. It's a shame, because the stay itself had gone well, but the handling of the deposit and the staff's behavior completely ruined the experience. I'm sharing my opinion to warn future customers to be vigilant.

10/10/2025: After several searches and visits to estates to celebrate our wedding, we fell in love with this venue, the manor. It's a splendid, quiet, and clean place, surrounded by vineyards, with a beautiful exterior and interior. They also offer accommodations for guests. A special mention for the wine, which was a hit. A BIG thank you to Amandine and her colleagues for your welcome, your availability, your advice, and your responsiveness in planning our wedding. 🤩😍😘 Thank you again; you were among the people who made this day unique and unforgettable.⭐️🫶

01/01/2026: We arrived at 1:30 pm without a reservation and had a very good meal. The setting was very pleasant, the food was excellent, made with fresh ingredients, and the waitresses were very friendly.

01/01/2026: A place with quality, homemade food and a very warm welcome. We stumbled upon it and spent New Year's Eve there. The menu was perfect. Thank you, we highly recommend it.

11/08/2025: 1) The waitress was unfortunately nonexistent; the gray-haired man tried to compensate, but only partially succeeded. Our glasses were empty (meaning we had nothing left to drink). The water jugs were NOT clean; the surface was dirty. What I also can't stand is when people wipe their heads with paper after sweating and then don't wash their hands. 2) My brother ordered a Capirinha but received a Campari. Then we were told there was no such thing as a Capirinha. 3) Our daughter wanted fries with her schnitzel but received chunks of potato. 4) The two resident dogs (we have a dog ourselves) were running around the restaurant, which is fine, but one of them defecated next to the stairs, and this wasn't cleaned up immediately. This is absolutely unacceptable in a restaurant. 5) Some of the schnitzels (Milanese) were very tough because they hadn't been pounded. 6) Someone smoked an e-cigarette in front of me while I was paying the bill. This has no place in a restaurant. Bottle of white wine after Receiving criticism, however, does not change the facts.

22/01/2026: After a good hike in Bandol, I was looking for a place to eat that opened around 2 pm, and to my surprise, I stumbled upon L'Amiral. A warm welcome; you really get the feeling you're not intruding at that hour, which, in my experience, isn't always the case. Anyway, I settled in, feeling completely exhausted after a 13 km hike, and ordered a ribeye steak and fries to revive me, you know 😅, and a nice Mourvèdre de Bandol (red wine). The price-quality ratio was excellent... but after this wonderful experience, both personally and gastronomically, I encourage you to enjoy a pleasant moment there too 😍.

25/09/2025: In fact, it's one of the best fast-food options in Cavalaire, and it's unpretentious: healthy products, great flavor, and fast. Except for the grouchy O'Tacos regulars. Order at the counter and serve at the table. You want bread or oil, and they'll bring it to you. Very reasonable prices. And their coffee is more than decent. The antithesis of McDonald's and junk food. AND: a stunning sea view.

14/10/2025: I discovered this store while strolling through the mall. What a lovely discovery! The coffee varieties are impressive, as are the teas, and the sweet treats are incredibly tempting. The staff is welcoming, informative, and helpful; it's very pleasant. As a result, I'm going to invest in a new coffee machine and I'll be going back to treat myself to a coffee treat 😄☕️

08/11/2025: At 1 p.m., the daily special was gone... so I had to choose a steak or duck breast, which was much more expensive... the fries were greasy, the rump steak too fatty, and there was no salad or it was an extra charge... The dining room was noisy, and I didn't want to sit under the air conditioning, it was either too hot or too cold! It's really not worth the price unless you manage to get the daily special!

24/09/2025: Business meal. Despite relatively quick service, the quality of the food was not up to scratch: the daily special of chicken thighs and fries: small portion and overcooked fried chicken. Excessively priced for the quantity served and the quality of the food. Unbearable muffled noise from the air conditioning in the dining room and very average cleanliness.

08/03/2026: Hello, I went there yesterday for lunch and ate mussels (called "tamaris mussels"). I felt nauseous all afternoon. I went there to try the lamb shank, but they didn't have any. It wasn't mentioned beforehand. This isn't the first time this has happened; we were at the beginning of the meal. It's a shame, we won't go back. Sorry.

08/03/2026: Fantastic restaurant, we had a wonderful meal! The service was quick and the food was delicious. It's a kid-friendly restaurant, which we loved. And thank you to Anne, who was absolutely wonderful. We'll be back!

25/02/2026: Lunch today, a bit busy. Delicious mussels marinière, plump, flavorful, and served with homemade fries. French toast for dessert 🍨 was the perfect ending to a very good meal. The best value for money in the port.

06/01/2026: It was simply fantastic. Very friendly and attentive service. Wonderful, delicious mussels. We (a family with two children) sat outside and enjoyed the glorious December sunshine. To finish, a cappuccino gourmande – sensational! Because we enjoyed it so much, we visited the restaurant again on New Year's Day and, despite it being fully booked, managed to get a table.
