20/09/2024: EXECRABLE!!! RUN AWAY!!! The servers are not at all friendly to customers and even to each other. The pancakes are reheated and filthy and the hygiene of the service is pitiful!! I saw a waiter put his finger in a plate AND TASTE the dish to find out who it was! Unthinkable that such a restaurant could still exist in France!!!

20/09/2024: Thursday 19 5:45 p.m. I place a click and read order because I am joining my daughter who is already eating it, telling me that it will be ready when I arrive…. No when I arrive I wait 35 minutes before finally getting my order On duty: a trainer, a bearded manager in a burgundy shirt, a kitchen team member. And 2 little ones with the green t-shirt in formation… Abandoned in the corner of the counter Not a hello from anyone, Not a sorry for the wait No goodbye or bon appetit from the trainer who just calls my order number and hands me the bag without a word. I open my order…. No ice cubes in the drinks I ask him, the manager tells me that the machine is broken…. Strange, my daughter who ate there had ice cubes…. We decide to stay and eat there (because in any case the reusable dishes are not there and the SAT is also deactivated.... Just like 95% of the terminals only 2 are active) Not a clean table, I clean the clean table with my wipes I find a hair of beard in my fries….it’s too much, my order goes in the trash Isn't the beard cover obligatory???? Because at home it is not carried by anyone: neither the manager nor the kitchen team for that matter. Lack of luck for them…., I am in the profession so I know the difficulties of recruitment etc., but with the image they reflect how do you want to make people want to apply to us???? It's a shame, if you don't want to work, leave the place but stop showing such a poor image of our profession!!!

18/09/2024: Good royal deluxe menu that I took to take away and the person I had was friendly. I give it three because even if I didn't eat there, a fast food restaurant is dirty and I saw it while waiting for my order.

28/11/2024: The gentleman who runs this establishment should think about questioning himself and consider a career change! When we name each other's coffee shop, we at least try to be a little warm... when you have this kind of friends, you don't need enemies. I showed up at 4:52 p.m. to collect a package (within the time slot indicated on the site that took my order), this gentleman "received" me very coldly because he decided that the packages are from 5 p.m. and that if I read the emails sent I would have known… I read the email, indeed it is marked, I apologize flatly and offer to wait the remaining 8 minutes outside… well no that is not suitable either! What follows is a moral lesson worthy of a parent who yells at his 5 year old child because he did not read the statement of the problem... dear sir, when a person apologizes and admits his wrongs he It's usually appropriate to relent and accept his apology. Know that I am not a 5 year old child and even less a dog to talk to me like that... 03/09/2024: The employees are welcoming and responsive, the plates are cleared efficiently. But for the rest, the worst all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant I've ever been to. The cleanliness is really not there: dirt is encrusted at the feet of the table dividers and around the buffet, all the windows have cobwebs, probably in preparation for Halloween lol No surprise that everything is frozen, that's the principle of this type of catering; On the other hand, we expect a nice assortment of food but it is quite disappointing compared to others. I really don't understand the previous reviews, it doesn't deserve the rating given to it.
