A deplorable welcome and staff who are visibly poorly qualified for this profession.
Staff who lack respect, perhaps it would be better to change jobs.
We paid a significant amount of money for a dirty, pest-infested room.
Very disappointing! Never again!
05/10/2024: Nous connaissions les lieux, avions déjà aimé l'ambiance, le calme, la literie,la vue, l'accueil, le buffet petit déjeuner, et nous y sommes revenus.
Cette fois-ci, c'est pareil.
Nous recommandons très fort, bien que la partie restaurant ne soit plus active... de toutes façons, la région en est pleine.

09/07/2025: Having encountered numerous problems with my order placed at the kiosks, I had to make two trips to the restaurant to try to retrieve it correctly. That's when a young employee named Maxime greeted me professionally at the counter.
Attentive, cheerful, and very responsive, he took the time to understand the situation and was extremely efficient. Thanks to him, I was finally able to receive my entire order, along with a gesture of goodwill that he himself negotiated with the manager to compensate for the wait and the inconvenience.
It's truly a pleasure to meet people as dedicated, compassionate, and committed to customer service as Maxime. A big thank you to him for his professionalism.

10/12/2024: Customer for a long time, on several occasions significant delays, but tonight will be the last!
Order at 6:05 p.m., announced deadline 40 minutes, we call back at 7:15 p.m. and the response is: (it is in the oven and I will call you when the delivery man leaves)
At 7:40 p.m. I closed my house gate and the delivery man was there.....
No explanation and above all no apology from the person on the phone!!!
Pizza requested cut received uncut.
Total lack of respect and politeness from this pizzeria.
You have just lost a client due to your incompetence!!!

15/12/2024: Malheureusement l'accueil n'est pas au rendez vous avec une serveuse peu aimable avec un look laissant à désirer.
La cuisine reste correcte et le reste du personnel agréable.
23/11/2024: Il n'y a pas de doute, depuis juin 24 tout a changé en mieux...!!
Les nouveaux propriétaires sont attentifs au bien être de leurs clients, tant au niveau acceuil, que ce qu'ils offrent dans l'assiette.
Les prix sont normaux...
Des soirées super sympas sont organisées, karaoké etc...
Une adresse à retenir, dans un cadre superbe, face à la mer, la plage, terrasse ombragée, en toute simplicité !!
Je recommande vivement.

26/08/2024: Very nice place! To go to the beach on foot, it's a bit far but the swimming pool is very well equipped for adults and children! The activities are varied and those who are interested can take advantage of them. The cuisine is excellent and the choice of dishes is numerous. The teams (young and old) who work on site are very accessible and do their best to meet vacationers' requests!

19/01/2025: Saturday January 18 at 1:40 p.m., the Café de Paris was one of the rare restaurants open in Saint Tropez
Obviously we weren't the only ones to have had this idea: quite a few people
We request a table for 2 inside
A waiter told us that it would be possible but outside
We accept and he tells us and calls the manager
10 minutes later, no manager and obviously we don't interest many people
A few minutes later, not being able to catch a single glance from anyone, I point out that we have been waiting for more than 10 minutes to be seated.
It will be 11 minutes, a waiter answers us!
Obviously, given so much attention to the customer, we went home for lunch....
