13/06/2026: We went there by chance and it was a very pleasant surprise! The service was impeccable and efficient, the food was very good, and the portions were generous. The fish was cooked perfectly, and the side dishes were equally delicious. It was flawless, and we will gladly return.

12/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at Le Cannier. The welcome was particularly friendly and warm, even for our children, which is always much appreciated. The entire team is smiling, attentive, and contributes to creating a convivial atmosphere. The starters and main courses were delicious, featuring seafood perfectly suited to the setting. We also appreciated the reasonably priced set menu, which allows you to enjoy a good meal in a pleasant setting without breaking the bank! The location is a real plus: the restaurant is situated right on the beach, with a lovely view that makes the meal even more enjoyable. A truly wonderful place that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will gladly return this summer! ☀️🌊

21/09/2026: I eat here quite regularly, sometimes once or twice a week because I study nearby. Each time, I notice the same problems, some frequent, some different: - Lack of hygiene (servers touching the trash cans and then returning to serve without washing their hands). You can see the people in the kitchen through the counter; I've seen three or four people touch the meat or fried food with their hands and then wipe themselves on it. People blowing their noses, sneezing, or coughing without washing their hands afterward. Overflowing trash cans, dirty tables, and slippery floors. The restrooms are often dirty, and the mirrors are even worse. - The rudeness of some of the employees: No "Hello," no "Have a good day," no "Enjoy your meal." “When you speak to a staff member, they immediately roll their eyes and claim they're busy. - Service: Several times, they've spilled food on my tray or on my items, and two or three times they've refused to reorder, claiming that “It's fine, only some of the items are wet, the rest are dry.” The endless wait to be paid is unacceptable, especially since most of the time I wait to be paid for my order, which is already ready, so they give it to me even though I've been waiting for ages to pay. There are often mistakes with orders, whether it's in-store, at the drive-thru, or in-store. Forgotten items, wrong items ordered, etc.”

20/09/2026: I came in tonight and received a Chicago burger with one meat patty instead of two, and without bacon. Instead of my usual BAP (Bread and Apple Pasta), I received 20 veggie nuggets. Please double-check your orders! 😡

28/09/2026: I wish to inform you of a particularly serious incident that occurred today, September 25th. When I placed my order at the self-service kiosk, the machine did not print a receipt. I immediately reported this malfunction to your staff, and my tray was then served without any problem. It was at the end of my meal that the situation became unacceptable. Wanting to use the restroom, I noticed that an access code was required—a code normally printed on the receipt. I therefore spoke to an employee, who redirected me to the manager. Despite my repeated explanations about the lack of a receipt (due to a lack of paper in the kiosk, a problem I had previously reported), the manager categorically refused to give me the access code. She demanded that I provide her with the exact kiosk number in order to change the paper roll. It is unacceptable to make a customer bear the consequences of a technical malfunction at your establishment, just as it is abnormal to impose such a burden on them. This haughty attitude and lack of empathy from your manager are all the more shocking. Providing access to restrooms for a customer who has consumed food or drinks on the premises is a basic rule of hospitality and service. I ask you to firmly remind this manager of the fundamentals of customer service, respect, and management!

06/07/2026: The food wasn't good. The Peking duck was okay. The Vietnamese nougat was fine. The fried rice was average. The chicken skewers were disgusting. But the cherros were great!

23/09/2026: The cuisine of Île du Levant differs from that of the other two islands. Here, gastronomy is intertwined with the island's unique Héliopolis culture. One of the standout places for seafood is Le Gambaro. Located in the island's harbor, overlooking Port-Cros, it boasts a culinary philosophy based directly on the daily catch brought in by local fishermen. The menu includes dishes prepared with the fish of the day, grilled fish, lobster and langoustine, and bouillabaisse.

11/09/2026: The place is beautiful, but the value for money is appalling! The fish is priced per 100 grams. In our case, €14 per 100 grams. Our fish weighed 1100 kg! The small amount of fish that ends up on your plate costs €154?! The potatoes and vegetables that came with it were truly ordinary. The bill was worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. I've eaten similar fresh fish in Greece and Croatia for much less. What a shame!

22/08/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience. There were five of us, and we waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for our meals, with overcooked meat and sometimes very small portions. Despite this, no compensation was offered. Then, when we went to the bar, we were asked for €10 plus one drink per person to enter, even though we had just spent €270 at the establishment. When we explained that we had just come from the restaurant, the bouncer curtly replied, "Okay, yeah, have a good holiday." It's a shame, because the location is beautiful, but the experience and especially the service were really lacking. We won't be returning.

27/07/2026: When you arrive on vacation, it's tradition: takeaway pizza! So we ordered three different pizzas. The wait wasn't long, and the oven-baked pizza was great. It's convenient, it's cheap... and it tastes absolutely nothing! No flavor whatsoever. €30 wasted. They haven't seen me for two weeks...

11/09/2026: We came with friends for lunch. We were greeted by a friendly and professional waitress and given a table with a view of the harbor. I highly recommend it for the warm welcome, the food (the portions are generous), and the good value for money. We will definitely be back.

25/08/2026: We've been coming here several times over the past three years, and each time it's the same story. The food is excellent, reasonably priced, with a view of the harbor and five-star service. It's truly the place I look forward to returning to every year.

07/05/2026: Warm welcome, pleasant staff (everyone says hello). We were served at 1:30 pm on a weekday. Thank you! The meal was hearty, delicious, and very reasonably priced. The salads were generously filled, which is rare these days. The Roquefort sauce was excellent, as was the ribeye steak, which was cooked to perfection.

31/03/2026: The burger was delicious and homemade, served with great fries and salad. My daughter had the ribeye steak, and it was excellent and very tender. No complaints whatsoever. We'll be back.

22/08/2026: I find it very unfortunate to leave a review focusing more on the service than the products, but given the mediocrity of the latter, it outweighs the negative. It's a real shame. The staff are truly unpleasant, adopting an impossible tone towards customers; they are consistently negative. Unacceptable attitude. I will never set foot in this store again. Deeply disappointed by the contemptuous attitude of one of the saleswomen. If customer service is a problem, then they shouldn't have any customer service at all.

11/09/2026: We ordered mussels and fries (the mussels weren't properly cleaned). There was a long wait even though it wasn't very busy (Saturday, September 11th). The restaurant was just okay; we ate better elsewhere.
