28/08/2024: I booked a room directly with the hotel, specifically requesting a room with a sea view, but I was disappointed to receive a room with a view of palm trees. I'll post a photo for you! When I informed the receptionist of this error, he informed me that the hotel was full and that there was nothing more he could do. This frustrated me because when I booked over the phone my specific request was confirmed which turned out to be a disappointment. I blame myself because I paid for two additional nights as well as a deposit for the first night without even checking the room first. The next day, the daytime receptionist offered to change my room for my last night and even offered breakfast as a gesture of goodwill. However, other aspects of the hotel were also disappointing: the shower cubicle was very small, with a tray of only 70cm, and the twin beds were also very narrow, just 80cm wide. The rooms are outdated! They need a total renovation. Also, the air conditioning was broken the first night, but the receptionist was able to get it fixed for the next night. The hotel is well located but is extremely noisy. The first night without air conditioning, I had to sleep with the window open and the noise from the street was unbearable. Overall, I couldn't wait to leave this hotel and don't plan on returning, despite the friendliness of the lady at the front desk which was the only positive point of my stay. Update dated 08/28: I am outraged by the bad faith of the response I have just received. Everything is true including the photo which is taken without zoom. Go and see for yourself, it's room 209. For the air conditioning failure, in this case, agree with your colleague because she told me she intervened! I'm hallucinated. For the Booking reservation I canceled it on your advice to avoid the retrocession of the boloking portion. In short, run away

25/08/2024: Room a little bit smaller than expected but other than that it was extremely nice, clean, a crosswalk from the beach, lively neighbourhood, restaurants nearby, marché de fréjus at night, and hotel staff very helpful. Would recommend!

23/09/2024: Une belle découverte, nous nous y sommes rendus un dimanche soir , l’équipe était à l’écoute de ses clients, la qualité et les associations produits étaient excellentes. Bravo à l’équipe

19/09/2024: quelle belle découverte que ce restaurant. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour ses clients. Les plats sont absolument délicieux nous avons pris le menu explosion de saveurs de l'entrée au dessert. Pas d'attente entre les plats malgré la salle pleine de clients. Nous ne manquerons pas de diffuser l'adresse et de revenir lors d'un prochain passage dans la région

19/09/2024: reservation made with a colleague. Room at 140 euros per night. No real bathroom, a simple curtain to separate the shower area from the bedroom.

09/08/2024: Clearly a place to order pizzas which are excellent but not stay there for dinner. 7 pizzas ordered last night, 1 hour 30 minutes of waiting and not a word of apology (just one that arrives after an hour) from the boss. When I told the boss that we would have liked to be warned of the wait (we had a child and a baby with us) the latter replied that it was "the season" and that after all we had been fine received.... A good cook does not prevent empathy and politeness, too bad. David
