To start I ordered a sparkling water I thought they were small drinks, but this was not made clear to us we ended up with a one liter bottle not the Choice. my colleague misread the dish of the day, we realized that it was octopus and not chicken. My colleague returned the plate because it is not possible for her to eat octopus, the waiter explains to us that to get the chicken skewers it will take more time. It didn't matter, we could have waited. THE waitress comes to see us and explains that this is the recipe, that it's very good, and that it's going to take time to refill the plate with chicken.... that it's our fault because we have misread and must be read correctly, after having said several times that it was not possible to eat octopus we gave up because the waitress did not want to let go of us and we asked for the plate again. In the end it was my dog ​​who ate the octopus... A restaurant to avoid.... Really a big lack of professionalism... When you don't know the job you learn it before launching into the management of a restaurant...

21/09/2024: Fortunately the flan is good, because the reception is horrible and deplorable. Today at 12 p.m., there are certainly lots of people (but so much the better for the brand) On the other hand, the young person at the checkout was not only incredibly rude and has absolutely nothing to do with the business. We are not dogs to be barked at but kind customers (concerning me) who pay and ask for a minimum of respect. I would go elsewhere.

26/01/2025: Sunday January 26, 2025, it's the village party in the restaurant, everyone is laughing, playing with boxes in the kitchen, a place where normally everyone must be careful in terms of hygiene! The employees who take your order outside at the drive-thru, who are supposed to save time for the restaurant and the customers, do anything, don't even say good evening, and take orders poorly. So when we arrive at the checkout they can't find my order and tell me that it's me who didn't order, it lasts 10 minutes until there is a manager who, after several calls, finally deigns come to take your order, you pay and when you go through the last counter, they tell you that my order has been waiting for 10 minutes. So everything arrived cold at my house and it's not even the right order. Order 35, Sunday 01/26/2025 9:06 p.m. Honestly, it’s stupid! You should think about reviewing your hiring, this restaurant is nonsense where the employees are kids who don't care about the customers! I don't recommend it and I won't go again. Ps: microwave fries are disgusting!

Le prétexte était qu’ils allaient fermer ce soir.. C’était la 1 ère et la dernière fois…

I have rosé as a result but it is hot and very bad. Tasteless panini, barely cooked, junk food from start to finish. Deplorable, I do not advise.

03/09/2024: Beware of danger! I came for a savory breakfast for €9, and I was deeply shocked by what I found. The omelette served had a suspicious color, there was no bacon as expected, and the coffee was cold. Additionally, I had to wait 30 minutes even though there were only two customers in the room. No apology was offered to me for this unacceptable service. It is shameful to see such a lack of professionalism, and it is not surprising that establishments like yours are closing. Honestly, for everyone's sake, consider changing careers. I am on the verge of alerting the authorities regarding your practices and your more than questionable hygiene.

21/09/2024: Il y quelques annees cette boulangerie etait superbe. Avec de vrai patisserie des choses local « pavé de montauroux…. » Mais depuis quelques mois il y a du changement. Le personnel a changé, les personnes font la tete. Le comptoir est sale. Les presentoirs sont vides meme pour un samedi. Le peu qu il y a comme patisserie c est des minis eclairs au chocolat plus cher que ceux d avant, les specialites ont disparus, plus de cochons rose a la pate d amande. Encore un gros groupe qui a racheté un petit …. On va aller ailleurs.

Regular customer for months for their frangipane chocolate bread, here is my observation: the size has decreased, we are looking for frangipane and chocolate. The price increased from €1.90 to €2.30. Also bought at 7:00 a.m., given the dry state, I'm not sure they were of the day. Better to move on!

13/09/2024: Don't stop in front of this restaurant. Bad food, only frozen food that the chef doesn't even work a little, no salt, pepper, nothing. On the other hand, a very nice and professional waitress who gets yelled at by the chef because she doesn't take orders quickly enough (40 seats alone) with little waiting time which seems good to me, it's certain that the cook has no waiting time to heat from frozen.
07/09/2024: We can't put 0, too bad. In a few words: - pitcher of rosé 50cl at 16€ (not vintage, I specify ^^) - extra fries on a salmon tartare for €19 (with almost no salmon, I should add): €6 I knew that life was expensive in Sanary, inflation because of the war in Ukraine, covid, but hey, Mr. Restaurateur, have a minimum of respect for the customer. Because at that price, we want something good, and your interest is not even to make good food, but to make your brand a real TOURIST TRAP!!! So to those who read this message and pass by the Grillon in Sanary, some advice find another restaurant, there are lots of other better ones

29/07/2024: Avoid Renting with Foncia Cavalaire sur Mer We rented an apartment through Foncia Cavalaire sur Mer in June 2024, and our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. This rental office was utterly unhelpful in addressing the issues we encountered before, during, and after our stay. To start, we struggled to reach anyone at the office to gain access to our apartment upon arrival. Once we finally entered, we found the apartment dirty, with bedding stained by body fluids—completely unacceptable. Our mornings were consistently ruined by construction works right next to our terrace, starting at 7:30 AM with loud drilling and grinding noises. When we raised this issue with the office, they flatly told us it wasn't their responsibility. After our holiday, the office claimed we hadn't paid a deposit. It took them a considerable amount of time to locate the payment, causing us undue stress and frustration. In summary, I strongly advise against renting through Foncia Cavalaire sur Mer. Their lack of professionalism and responsibility significantly marred our holiday experience. 23/07/2024 We want to inform you that we already submitted a complaint at the Foncia office in Cavalaire-sur-Mer during and after our vacation. Unfortunately, all our arguments were dismissed, and no action was taken regarding our complaint. Our reference is REF FR-1-226B-85. Given our previous experiences, we assume that this complaint will also not be followed up on. 29/07/2024 still waiting....
