31/03/2024: Extrêmement déçu par la qualité des « pâtisseries » salées et sucrées. De plus, la facture finale est prohibitive, le cadre est à l’image de l’accueil: austère et triste. Établissement à éviter.

16/09/2023: Unacceptable to see an establishment so dirty, dirty toilets, smelly and not cleaned, bar, scullery, veranda, everything is dirty, unacceptable that it is still open, it would be really urgent for the hygiene services to come... J I ordered an Orangina, the can was rusty at the collar! Waffles are frozen, forget them! Mr. Mayor of Aups, how much do you collect to protect this lousy business?! Shameful, a real task in your village!

09/09/2023: We wanted to drink coffee this morning with a friend, we ordered 2 coffees and 2 glasses of water, we waited almost 1/4 hour..... we reminded the waiter of our order, he muttered, said he might have forgotten (style: it's market day, there are lots of people, I'm overwhelmed)... he leaves and we hear him say "ah these tourists!!!". He finally comes back with the order and I explain to him that we are not tourists, but local people... so he takes it very badly, allows himself to say certain things... and ends by explaining that 'he went to bed at 1 o'clock the night before, he doesn't want to be polite with such people... us!!!! He's the tall young man, his head almost shaved on both sides and a sort of crest on top. NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE WILL I GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT, I add that it will snowball!!!

20/09/2024: Thursday 19 5:45 p.m. I place a click and read order because I am joining my daughter who is already eating it, telling me that it will be ready when I arrive…. No when I arrive I wait 35 minutes before finally getting my order On duty: a trainer, a bearded manager in a burgundy shirt, a kitchen team member. And 2 little ones with the green t-shirt in formation… Abandoned in the corner of the counter Not a hello from anyone, Not a sorry for the wait No goodbye or bon appetit from the trainer who just calls my order number and hands me the bag without a word. I open my order…. No ice cubes in the drinks I ask him, the manager tells me that the machine is broken…. Strange, my daughter who ate there had ice cubes…. We decide to stay and eat there (because in any case the reusable dishes are not there and the SAT is also deactivated.... Just like 95% of the terminals only 2 are active) Not a clean table, I clean the clean table with my wipes I find a hair of beard in my fries….it’s too much, my order goes in the trash Isn't the beard cover obligatory???? Because at home it is not carried by anyone: neither the manager nor the kitchen team for that matter. Lack of luck for them…., I am in the profession so I know the difficulties of recruitment etc., but with the image they reflect how do you want to make people want to apply to us???? It's a shame, if you don't want to work, leave the place but stop showing such a poor image of our profession!!!

18/09/2024: Good royal deluxe menu that I took to take away and the person I had was friendly. I give it three because even if I didn't eat there, a fast food restaurant is dirty and I saw it while waiting for my order.

31/08/2024: Mc Donald's really very dirty, the tables, chairs and floor are sticky, food drying out. Don't want to eat there... What is the manager for? Hygiene is the basis of even fast food.

16/09/2024: We got there at 10:59 am. There are signs everywhere on the tables with breakfast for €12.50. When we want to order this, they say that this has already been done. 10 minutes later, 2 people sit at the table next to us and order something and they get it?!?!? The breakfast!!! We feel like we've been cheated! Now have to pay €15 for 2 drinks. Outrageously expensive.

31/08/2024: Hello, I wanted to form my own opinion on the carrousel snack given the comments. My experience from what I have read is not real, the waiters and the boss are very pleasant and smiling. The sandwiches are very good and well stocked. I recommend the carousel snack, I am not disappointed to move it.
