14/06/2026: My little discovery of the day! 😋 If you love frogs' legs, go for it! On Fridays at lunchtime, it's all-you-can-eat frogs' legs, and they're absolutely amazing 🤩. Honestly, they're excellent and perfectly cooked. And even outside of that, the food is always great. A place I highly recommend!

07/06/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant while passing through. A pleasant surprise, from the warm welcome and excellent service to the delicious food, each dish more delightful than the last. The homemade fries were a real treat. We finished with ice cream, which was absolutely divine, topped with homemade whipped cream, of course.

16/05/2026: Closing at 32:00, we're being turned away. Either you correct your hours or you respect your advertising.

10/05/2026: Another visit to the Dombes restaurant, with fond memories of its pleasant terrace during the summer months. For our dinner yesterday, the aperitif accompaniments lacked originality and flair... the frogs' legs were very good, and a nice touch was that they were served on a warming plate, keeping them pleasant throughout the meal. The other dishes were decent and generous, but the desserts were very traditional and seemed stuck in the past; it would be good to adapt some of the offerings to the season. A positive point was the nice variety of wines by the glass, which, however, deserved to be presented with the bottle itself, rather than simply having the glasses already filled. Much work remains to be done to better align the cuisine with the restaurant's beautiful dining room.

16/05/2026: The snail pizza barely had 6 on it… the shrimp pizza had 4! In short, I've never eaten pizzas with such meager toppings!!!! I'm shocked, especially considering the price! 16 to 17 euros! Small and really quite tasteless, sorry, I won't be back… I should have taken pictures, but unfortunately I didn't have the name of the pizzeria.

03/05/2026: This pizzeria has been around since 1986, and I totally understand why! Real Italian pizzas! Making a reservation is a good idea because it is often busy. I had the Vegetariana. Delicious! Angelica is a wonderful hostess. You can get by perfectly well with English there, because a guy from Ireland is now also one of the team 🙌

31/05/2026: An enchanting setting, with a natural terrace offering a peaceful view of Mont Blanc. The house itself is also very charming. The atmosphere is calming and restorative. As for the cuisine, everything is subtle, fragrant, and light: an airy risotto delicately enhanced with lemon. For dessert, a chocolate cloud that is both intense and delicate. Warm and attentive hosts. I highly recommend this little corner of gourmet paradise.

24/05/2026: This restaurant isn't just a good meal… it's a true experience. The food is incredible; each dish is a little culinary journey. You can immediately tell it's made with love and talent 👨‍🍳✨ The staff are absolutely top-notch: smiling, cool, attentive—you feel like a VIP without even asking 😄 And the owner… a masterclass. Present, kind, and clearly he has a fantastic team 🏆 In short, if you're still hesitating: stop everything and go for it. But don't tell too many people, I'd still like to have some space myself 😏🍽️

13/04/2026: The food is excellent, tasty, and plentiful. It's worth noting that the staff is limited, presumably to keep prices attractive, so the wait can seem long! The quality and presentation of the dishes are paramount here, at least in my opinion.

12/04/2026: A must-visit! From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, your taste buds will be delighted. The welcome and service are top-notch. The terrace is magical in summer. A magnificent setting, dishes as beautiful as they are delicious. A restaurant well worth the detour and the return visit!

27/03/2026: Good and fresh food. The cook could adapt to my non lactose diet. We took the menu du jour, we were served very quickly. We couldn't book our table therefore we ended up in a small black corner.
