31/08/2025: A perfect stay at the Cascade Lodge! This very comfortable and well-equipped lodge is nestled in the heart of nature. We received a warm welcome from the hosts. In addition to the magnificent hikes accessible from the village, the lodge boasts a superb landscaped park and several activities (ping pong, swimming pool, pétanque). Perfect for stays with family or friends!

24/05/2026: An excellent spot in Le Rouret for food lovers. Here, everything is homemade with care, and the menu changes weekly, featuring variations on meat dishes, burgers, waffles, and fish. They also have a great pizza menu with a pizza of the week and a pizza of the month. For tiramisu lovers: it also changes weekly, and it's a real treat. Thank you, we happily return to Les Gourmands every time.

10/03/2026: A small restaurant that deserves to be better known, where you can eat fresh and, above all, delicious food. The menu changes regularly to reflect the seasons. The pizzas, in addition to being original, are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The icing on the cake is that the dough isn't pre-cooked like some places and puffs up around the edges like the best Neapolitan pizzas. The owners are friendly, which is a nice bonus. Whether you eat in or take away, go without hesitation.

08/10/2024: Menú degustación encantador, varios especiales y algunos reinicios aparecieron en la mesa. Gran carta de vinos también. No tomé tantas notas como de costumbre, ni fotografié extensamente esta. Pero por supuesto, un entorno estupendo, comida encantadora, gran personal y una de las vistas más cautivadoras de la riviera desde un lugar muy en medio de los Alpes - región marítima. Todo ello en un hotel bastante subestimado y firmemente arraigado en un entorno bucólico y tranquilo.

01/09/2024: Qué velada y cena más agradable en el restaurante Saint Martin en un entorno precioso, realmente único. Mi marido y yo estamos tan cansados de restaurantes de alta gama mediocres junto al mar y recientemente hemos descubierto el hermoso hotel y restaurantes de Chateau calle Martin en las colinas de Vence. Qué placer estar aquí, cenar en la terraza con una vista impresionante. El servicio es impecable, lo mejor que he experimentado en el sur de Francia, todo el mundo es tan atento, educado, agradable, profesional, trabajando en equipo. La comida era preciosa y muy bien presentada. Fue perfecto. 10 / 10 !

12/08/2024: Assolutamente incapaci di gestire le prenotazioni. Purtroppo dopo aver prenotato un tavolo per le 21.00, dopo una lunga attesa e dopo aver preso posto in un angolo angusto e decisamente poco accogliente, i gestori del locale con una semplice je suis desolee, ci hanno comunicato che la coppia entrata dopo di noi "francese"aveva prenotato il giorno prima. Perbacco che capacità gestionale.

14/07/2025: Magali B Wrote a review 4 contributions Nice, France Yesterday Disgusting We used to go there occasionally; it was simple and good. Saturday lunchtime, the service was rather light. We ordered seared tuna, fries, salad, and a carpaccio. The fries were half burnt, the oil smelled awful... The tuna was in four small pieces, and I wasn't sure it was fresh... The carpaccio was slightly dark, which was a bit surprising, as it didn't smell at all. But what a surprise—it wasn't completely thawed, yes, it was still very frozen! I called the waitress over, and she replied, "Oh yes, the carpaccio is frozen." Sorry, would you like something else? A bit shocked, our appetite was ruined. Instead of choosing something else, we should have left. Not a single gesture of goodwill, not even a free coffee. Of course, we didn't even try dessert and went to get ice cream at Arlequin's instead. So disappointed! It was disgusting, there's no other word for it, for around 50 euros. They need to change the staff or find a new line of work; it's a disgrace. I don't usually write such negative reviews, but this is just unthinkable... That's my anger, so don't go there! 😱

15/09/2024: Un bel endroit, au calme, à l'entrée du village de Courmes. J ai peut-être été un peu déçue car je m t'attendais à une carte plus diversifiée et à des plats plus originaux... Nous avons mangé correctement, sans plus, et les prix sont très raisonnables. Ce bel endroit mériterait un petit coup de rafraîchissement et une nouvelle carte.

12/08/2024: Auberge très accueillante sous une tonnelle de raisins framboisés, tenue par un couple charmant et courageux. Les plats copieux et délicieux. À recommander.

28/08/2024: Visiting from NYC and we stumbled upon this lovely place for Lunch, Breakfast or Brunch depending on your internal clock. The food was great! We had the dish of the day: Crevette (shrimp) in a yellow curry accompanied by rice with raisins. The Cappuccino was great, service was impeccable, everyone was very hospitable and it was quite affordable given how expensive everything in town is. Love this place and I will be back when I return! Thank you!
