26/08/2024: the pizza coming out of this vending machine is surprisingly good, I wanted to try it and I was pleasantly surprised

13/08/2024: so there you have it, the most mediocre pizza ever eaten, even the frozen ones are slightly superior! already out of 7 or 8 pizzas offered on a Thursday evening I only had 3 choices available, 3 queen cheese and I don't know the 3rd. ok it's going badly, well we take a queen, cold to heat at home, 10th and a few sides, once at home I discover a pizza the size of a normal plate and special diet I think....I have counted the pieces of ham, 3 in total and if there were 10 slices of mushrooms it was the end of the world, in terms of cheese then we must have been in the 30g range to break everything, in fact these were pizza bases purchased with tomatoes which they garnish in a very minimalist way! a shame, a former restaurateur I know this type of product well that representatives often try to push back on me! the dough was disgusting and the cheese had a sour taste, as a result the pizza ended up in the trash. At the same time with a vending machine in full sun all day I should have thought twice, I sometimes take pizzas from the one on the baronne and I have never had this problem, their pasta is homemade and they are better filled. so this distributor of d'acqui pizza you would no longer have me but if a child had eaten this pizza that day I guarantee you that he would have had gastric problems... too bad there are not more controls sanitary in this type of self-service, after the positive is that the tomato sauce will not cause heartburn because the paste is colored red but no fresh trace of sauce!

02/09/2024: This restaurant only survives thanks to the fact that ALL the others are closed on Sunday evenings on Gourdon, even in August! So we had no choice and ordered two pizzas to take away. Bottom line: exorbitant prices (€15 for a basic pizza) for a pizza barely larger than a wide-open hand. I had never seen this! Although... in the end, so much the better, because she was disgusting...

01/12/2024: Good experience. The value for money is correct, we were served quickly, and the waiter was friendly. It’s a shame, however, that they don’t accept restaurant vouchers, only the restaurant voucher card.

22/10/2024: The coffee wasn't great. I ordered a coffee with some cold milk on the side and after some time I received a frappé... and I even paid €7 for it. An experience I would not like to repeat.

21/08/2024: Pleasant atmosphere and decoration. Fairly good food. The hamburgers are good, nothing more. The beef tenderloin was excellent. Just the accompaniments are a slight. Some in the group were still hungry after the meal. Bowling games are cheaper if you dine at the restaurant so the evening was a success. .

19/08/2024: Le serveur et la serveuse sont très gentils mais pour le reste il faudra repasser. Les hamburgers n'étaient pas fournis et pourtant il y avait plusieurs sortes de fromages et les oignons caramélisés je les cherche encore. Ambiance froide et malgré tout en cuisine cela rigole beaucoup et tant mieux pour eux. Il n'y avait plus de desserts hormis 2 tartes aux citrons qui se battaient en duel. Nous sommes donc partis en laissant tout de même un pourboire.

03/11/2024: Bad experience, lack of advice and bad communication. I had to eat what I didn’t want to. Not crowdy so plenty of time to roll back and start the order again. Very bad advice from the waiter, I had to eat what I didn't want, even though the sandwich was not finished. He could have started the composition again. No people so plenty of time to do it again (Sunday) I would have liked more advice on ordering. Very average experience with subway. I won't come back.

10/09/2024: A FUIR !! 😵 si vous aimez être pris de haut, ignorer, voir envoyer bouler par des rakaï qui vous regardent mal et ça à tout les postes bar et service , 20 minutes pour re commander un verre Beaucoup trop occupé à bavarder avec les copains du coins… toilette innommables 🤢 et se trompent même dans les commandes bien fait pour vous vous m’avez facturé un cocktail moins cher que celui commandé de base … ca remboursera, le rhum, pratiquement inexistant dans mon cocktail

04/09/2024: To avoid... even in my cellar, I don't have a canteen glass. When you pay €5.50 for a glass of rosé, you expect something other than wine in a box. Unfriendly and unsmiling waiter. I will come back to Nice but certainly not here. I don't usually post a review but here...

21/09/2024: Non sapendo dove andare a mangiare tra gli innumerevoli ristoranti a mentone, io e il mio compagno ci siamo addentrati in questa piazzetta e un signore ci ha addescati ad andare a mangiare nel locale per cui lavora con un offerta imperdibile, ovvero un orata con due verdure (contate di numero) di contorno, dolce, CARAFFA D'ACQUA e coperto al modico prezzo di 20€ ciascuno. Essendo che mentone è comunque abbastanza cara, il prezzo ci ha fatto gola e ci siamo seduti. Al momento dell'ordinazione, scegliamo di bere acqua gasata, pensando fosse comprensivo nel prezzo come il cameriere ci aveva detto ed addescato proprio per questa "promozione ". Si presenta dunque con una misera bottiglietta da mezzo litro, versandocela nel bicchiere come se fosse del vino pregiato. Ovviamente per una cena in due, mezzo litro e scontato non basti, quindi ne abbiamo ordinata un'altra, giusto per finire almeno la cena senza essere arsi come nel deserto. Al momento del conto, si presenta nello scontrino la voce acqua al prezzo non tanto vantaggioso di €5,50 a bottiglietta, e vorrei precisare che io al momento dell'ordine, non ho visto alcun tipo di menu e di prezzo dell'acqua, togliendo il fatto che ci hanno palesemente preso in giro con la storia della promozione. Chiedendo spiegazioni, ci hanno risposto dicendo "eh ma tu l'hai chiesta gasata, io lavoro solo qui e i prezzi non li faccio io" quando si poteva benissimo usare la professionalità e la cordialità chiedendo scusa ed evitando di farci pagare l'acqua come da promesse fatte inizialmente per farci sedere. Detto ciò, solito locale di italiani che cercano di fregare il prossimo addescando le loro "prede" con offerte inesistenti. Non ci tornerò mai più.

05/09/2024: The restaurant has a nice setting, that's why we stopped. We were captured by a voluble man. He immediately offered us beer and a few arancini. Then he was gone. The arancini were mini and the beer was extremely expensive. Then we had unfriendly service and because the prices were too high we chose burgers with fries. Cheapest quality, not a spark of love in the dish. Paid €65 with a bleeding heart. I'm sorry. Absolute tourist trap!

29/08/2024: I took the "good mood" dish, so the signature dish of the restaurant of the same name I suppose... simple salad with 4 shrimps, basic smoked salmon and a "crab" tartar, rather surimi/industrial crab. The plate remained pretty with toast and tomatoes to accompany Very good salmon tartar on the other hand. Unpleasant service. Very beautiful view.

24/08/2024: Do not recommend.. The food seemed to be made very basic, raw materials/peoduce of low quality. We got Chèvre chaud for starter, cheese and bread was OK, but the salad seemed to be directly from a bag and then the typical cheap fried onion from the nearest Carrefour express. Mains, entrecôte with fries, both again seem to be low quality and made with little effort. Even at home, one would make a bigger effort to make a better presentation. We ended with tarte aux pommes, which may or may not be homemade.... But we were definitely heated in a microwave and served with cream from a can.... Worst food experience in Nice so far. Good note of the service, even though he seemed stressed due to being by himself, with too many tables, he was still attentive.
