14/08/2024: Il menù degustazione da 6 portate “Les Pecheurs” permette di valutare ampiamente le capacità dello Chef. Impiattamento adeguato alla categoria, ottimo il bilanciamento su tutte le portate segno di equilibrio, due le eccellenze degustate su 6 portate, non male per un ristorante con una “sola” Stella Michelin. Carta dei vini non profondissima ma decisamente all’altezza della categoria, qualche annata più “datata” per gli appassionati non guasterebbe.
Tappa consigliatissima.

10/08/2024: I don't think there's any food, but it's perfect for relaxing and drinking a glass of wine or cocktail. Rustic, harmonious atmosphere and a very attentive and friendly boss.
05/06/2024: Just took a short break there to have something to drink. Friendly host and prices were ok too.
Nice, nice pub....sit outside...have a drink and watch the crowds go by.....nicely located in the old town.

10/09/2024: Meget hyggeligt lille sted med en lokal atmosfære. Der var ikke meget på menukortet, men det smagte rigtig godt. Servicen var også fin.
12/08/2024: Les plats sont excellents, originaux , la tonnelle est très jolie et les serveurs sont très sympathiques et aux petits soins. Nous avons vraiment apprécié.

01/04/2024: Delicious and freshly baked croissants. We would buy these every morning for breakfast! Top quality! The pain au chocolate were great too.
(The flavoured mini croissants with sweet fillings were actually too sweet and artificial in taste… we never bought these again.) But we would come back for the plain croissants and pain au chocolate any time!
16/03/2024: Pissaladière recuite. Brûlée et boire au dessous. sucrée ? Pas très niçois. Attrape touriste dommage pour les vrais niçois

23/07/2024: Un accueil toujours aussi parfait . Délai respecté . Pizzas Bio délicieuses avec de bons ingrédients traditionnels . Très bonne pâte . les 4 pizzas ont été intégralement partagées et dévorées , toutes excellentes : Thon , Grecque , Chef , Campagnarde .
27/06/2024: We were on vacation near Colle sur Loup, we were looking for a good pizzeria and we came across the nature break and seeing the reviews we let ourselves be tempted and clearly Norbert did not steal all his positive reviews. Excellent pizza, everything is fresh, well seasoned, and everything is organic.
Sufficient pizza size for a good eater. Just go for it!

Smiling and efficient service from the 2 young waiters
Downsides: = dry bread reheated in the oven (this is the first time this has happened, I prefer no bread other than that)
-The relative friendliness of the manager, not unpleasant but not pleasant either according to our feelings....
07/10/2024: Perfect experience, nothing to complain about.
The dishes are excellent, plentiful and the value for money is excellent.
The chef and the apprentice who accompanies him are very friendly.
I highly recommend this restaurant.
