29/09/2024: I should have read the reviews first. Magicians, a burnt pizza underneath and an uncooked top. I won't talk about the waiters who are more busy with the TV program than serving. I should have gone opposite... to the McDonald's. To flee.
16/09/2024: We did not check reviews before coming into this restaurant…big mistake. We paid €28 for a fixed menu and got a mediocre salad and a sirloin steak that I could’ve bought from a grocery store for €5 and it would’ve tasted better. Service was awful, waited an hour for our steak. Waiters were standing around doing nothing. Overall vibe was dead and very cold. This place sucks. Please do not come here!!!!!!

27/08/2024: And there you have it. You get undercooked pizza all over the inside. Cold on the sides and on the phone we tell you sorry, it was an apprentice who made the pizza and we offer you a credit. A credit that when you want to recommend is 20%. Thieves who don't even make a pizza properly. The message will go out to everyone not to go there. Mister pizza in Grasse a shame compared to other cities
23/08/2024: Impossible de ne pas voir que le client n allait pas être comptant, sur 4 pizza aucune pareille dans l aspect ,une sèche, une brûlé,etc.. par contre dans toute la pâte est complètement cru immangeable, une sacrée bande de rigolo, je fait remonter l info au siege c est honteux, la marque dois revoir a qui elle laisse ses franchises.

20/08/2024: Since the manager changed it's better before we enter the shop it smokes it smokes outside and said wait I'm coming the smile was an option I think there is a lack of staff too but overall not disappointed

08/06/2024: Worst place I've seen on my life. I ordered two pizzas and they didn't deliver them. I called them more than ten times and they didn't answer but they still got my money, worst experience ever. They are real thiefs, I would never buy them anything as they will not deliver/try to steal everything they can.

22/04/2024: Salle de restauration très sale, les tables ne sont pas nettoyés régulièrement.
Les produits sont de plus en plus petits et de piètres qualité.
Panini servi presque froid.
De pire en pire.
A éviter absolument
01/04/2024: Came back to see if there was any change, well no, sellers still as rude and unpleasant. Those who knew BONA must be wondering what happened. Questionable hygiene of the premises and poor quality!

03/08/2024: I was looking for a magnet with the image of Èze, so naturally I went to this store. First time, the lady is sitting behind the counter doing I don't know what, I tell myself that maybe she didn't see me. I go to the magnet panel NEXT TO THE COUNTER, I say hello, no response!!! Empty-handed, I leave again. I went back there at the end of the day because I hadn't found a nice magnet elsewhere. And there, she chats quietly with her husband, still no greeting!! The gentleman comes to collect my money and clearly we have the impression of being a nuisance. Don't do this job if you're so irritated by human company. In any case, you don't even deserve 1 cent as your appearance is so painful to see when in contact with customers!!! Shame!
