14/04/2026: Very down-to-earth, friendly, and welcoming service. I had beef tartare, and we had Friture d'Esperlon (small fried fish with a special aioli) as a starter to share; both were fantastic.

12/04/2026: The location, service, food, and prices are all excellent! No frills, just great! Right on the seafront with a view of Mandelieu. It's best to plan ahead and book in advance.

22/04/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! Horrible smell of fried food in the brasserie!! They refuse to serve coffee even when you order drinks with it. When some restaurant owners complain about not having customers, you have to wonder whose fault it is. Furthermore, Carole, I ordered two coffees, a Coke, and a lemonade, which you can't refuse to serve in a cocktail bar as you describe it. You explicitly said: "It's happy hour, I'm not serving that." And finally, if I want to eat Metro desserts, I go to Metro; it's simpler. As a restaurant owner myself, here's my advice: you can offer whatever you want on your menu, but you don't refuse a customer who, at 6:30 pm, asks for a lemonade and a Coke. It's on these orders that you make your money. Have a good season.

09/04/2026: The 4 Saisons pizza was delicious, it had artichoke, ham, mushrooms, I give it a Michelin star, and the Osso Bucco dish of the day was excellent.

15/05/2026: If you’re planning for a quick meal and big portions, this is the place to be! Food is acceptable, but don’t expect anything great. Update May 2025: The linguine with calamari was pretty horrible. It had absolutely no flavor, no seasoning, and no emulsification, so there was a puddle of oil at the bottom.

13/12/2025: I rarely write restaurant reviews, but today I came to have lunch at your place. Besides the price, I think my 12-year-old daughter makes better pasta than you do… The dish was bland. The pasta was cooked al dente (okay!), but the mushroom sauce was nothing like a sauce… a milky liquid with button mushrooms still full of water. No seasoning whatsoever. In short, I wanted a good pasta dish, and Gino is only Italian in the color of its storefront!

27/11/2025: Mandatory set menu! Not listed on the menus...main course + dessert + drinks (too late to leave). The main course was pizza-panini?? At first, we didn't know what it was. In the end, it was just bread with a lot of empty space inside.... which was fine, I wasn't very hungry! For drinks, you're entitled to everything except..... water! But it's good for your health! They're taking us for a ride.... The owner or employee wasn't very friendly because you asked questions. In short, it's the last time, not even for a coffee. And as the saying goes, it was better before!

04/04/2026: When you feel like they are not waiting for you. Come at the time of opening, tables are not ready with some Stuff on them, and waiter says - 10 more minutes. Now I think that we should go away that time, because the food was average also.

21/04/2026: Excellent restaurant and a great find! Very reasonable prices at €10 per dish. I especially enjoyed the pesto pasta and the marinara pizza. I highly recommend this restaurant; it should be packed all the time given the quality.
