Les meilleurs restaurants en Alpes-Maritimes

27/07/2026: We came to Di Piu as it was recommended by our host and it was immaculate. We stayed in Nice for 5 nights and came back here twice as we were amazed by how incredible the food was. We ordered the Margarita pizza and it was incredible. We also ordered the Rigatoni and it was the best we have ever had. The flavours of it was something we’ve never had before and we have been craving it ever since. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re in Nice, I highly recommend you try this restaurant. To top it off, the price of the food is unbeatable. Very reasonable especially for how much food you get. Do yourself a favour and visit this restaurant!

14/07/2026: Great place and very friendly staff! We spent a good 4 hours here and they were very attentive and friendly! Most of the staff is Italian and everyone looks like they love their job! Ask for David, great service 👍👍

09/08/2026: After last nights disaster of booking an ‘instagram’ restaurant (that cost about the same for half the food and wine at this establishment) it was such an enjoyable afternoon to have lunch at Les Bains Du Castel. A proper french dining experience with great food, wine, Atmosphere and service without a selfie in sight. The salads were fresh and my wife’s beef casserole was her best meal in the 3 weeks in Europe. It’s down a back laneway, sit inside if it’s hot, (it’s has good AC) and pls visit, eat and drink at this place. pS the staff were so friendly

03/08/2026: ⚠️ Recent update: Urgent, do something about your toilets!!! They're disgusting and smell awful, they're filthy, how are we supposed to manage with young children?! Help!! In my opinion, the best McDonald's in the area! I come all the way from Antibes to eat here. Friendly service. However, the hygiene needs to be reviewed because it's deteriorating significantly, and that's a shame!!!

01/08/2026: We were eating when the McDonald's employee asked us to leave the fast food restaurant. This is unacceptable!! Avoid at all costs!!

11/08/2026: Truly an excellent restaurant, with no buffet. Excellent service! Very attentive and friendly! Great value for money! Highly recommended! I'll be back every time I'm in Cannes.

09/07/2026: Very good pizza! Very friendly service! Very good wine! The place is a bit small, and there's no special atmosphere, but the rest is exceptional. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is smiling :)👍. We spent two days in the area and ate here every day. The white Provençal wine is endless – if you're staying closer to the center of Monaco, the route will be downhill towards Monte Carlo – a challenge. It's worth limiting the number of bottles 😂 We highly recommend it.

19/04/2026: Lunch was too noisy, the food was good, but the €10.50 bottle of generic water and €3.50 coffee ruined the bill. I felt like I was on the Champs-Élysées! What a shame.

30/04/2026: I ordered a pizza from the vending machine… and honestly, I probably shouldn't have. It really tasted like a frozen supermarket pizza. Frankly disappointing. Sure, it's convenient to wait a few minutes for it, but it's definitely not worth it. On the other hand, I've never tried the pizzas made in-store, and judging from the photos, they look much better than the ones from the vending machine.

02/08/2026: Decent products, awful service. You can get the exact same products elsewhere anyway. I walked in. At least 2 staff saw me, with the entry facing the front counter. All 3 staff that I could see were serving two groups. I waited patiently with my spouse. As soon as one paid, the one staff freed up ran over and joined the others!!! Fawning over a group of guys having a bachelor's. Very ick.

Tasting is a truly delightful experience, even if the selection is so vast that it becomes difficult to choose! The shop is very well-stocked, which adds to the appeal of the experience. But what makes this place truly magical is the warm welcome from the owner. Her smile, her in-depth knowledge of the products, and her way of advising customers create a positive and reassuring atmosphere. You immediately sense her passion for what she does.
