02/10/2026: I bought a so-called sweet chard tart that was inedible. Inside, there was absolutely no chard, just large black grapes, a layer of apples, and a tasteless, overly sweet jelly. (So, no chard, no pine nuts—that's not what you expect. A thick, tasteless crust. In short, it ended up in the bin, unfortunately.) I also got a club sandwich with chicken that wasn't even roasted. This isn't the Palanque pastry shop I remember from my grandfather's time, where everything was delicious. The grandson hasn't followed the family's good recipes. Thank you to the older generation, but not to the new generation. There are better pastry chefs in Vence with good homemade products.

26/09/2026: Disappointed by the cracker. Bought today, it was stale beyond belief; considering the price, it's frankly outrageous. As a loyal customer, I'm leaving this shop.

11/09/2026: Very good restaurant. The dish of the day is €13.90. The set menu is €18.90. That says it all. A quiet lunchtime with good food that won't break the bank. I recommend it if you're nearby.

26/08/2026: I highly recommend this Thai restaurant. A truly pleasant surprise. We stopped by on a whim and weren't disappointed. The service was excellent, especially the waitress who was fantastic from start to finish. The cocktails were delicious. The appetizers and main courses were very well presented. If you enjoy Thai food, you can go there without hesitation.

24/08/2026: Extremely disappointing experience with serious health consequences. ••• I specifically requested when ordering that my dish not be spicy at all, due to a serious medical condition (Crohn's disease). The waitress assured me that this would be respected. Unfortunately, the dish served was spicy, which caused immediate and particularly serious physical consequences for my health during the meal. The most shocking aspect was the staff's attitude: no apology, total indifference to the situation, and a bill taken without the slightest consideration of the problem caused. Adhering to dietary guidelines is not optional; it's a matter of customer safety. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

21/09/2026: I valiantly set upon a quest to procure for my beloved a succulent meal of proportions measuring of such hedonistic grandeur that a mere being of the 5 earthly senses could scarce resist. I, a simple, humble traveller, weary and forlorn, happened upon an establishment of such generous hospitality where I was vouchsafed with the safekeeping of nigh-forgotten secrets of culinary ecstasy, and chompy wompy-kins. In my darkest hour, when my famished beloved wasted away in our BnB, I was met with a shining beacon of providence. The kindest of shepherdesses granted me entry into the kingdom of wonder (and anchovies) and fortuitously informed me she would accept payment by credit card. With bated breath I attended patiently for my pizza to emerge fully realized in form and entity. I, a stranger in this land, mistook for my own order number: 97, for another’s, 37, and for a moment I feared that I and another man might come to blows in gentlemanly combat, yet it proved that my own produced itself swiftly, dissolving our dispute. I shall remain indebted, indefinitely, to this inn, for accepting my weary, wretched frame and restoring my body to a formidable, fabulous condition.

06/09/2026: The fried rice was dry and greasy. The spring rolls tasted like stale, overused oil. The staff wrongly added an extra portion that wasn't ordered, which had to be paid for at the register. Poor quality. Definitely not worth the 5 stars some reviews suggest.

17/08/2026: Avoid at all costs! The home delivery took almost 3 hours, and that wasn't even the worst part. The spring rolls had no flavor whatsoever, the sauce that was supposed to be slightly spicy tasted like strawberry candy, the spring rolls were rubbery and tasteless with no mint, and the chicken colonel dish (I can't remember which) was supposedly spicy but tasted like strawberry candy and was incredibly sweet! I rarely leave negative reviews, but this is truly disgusting. Almost €70 down the drain, a scandal!

12/09/2026: Two tourists, my boyfriend and I. We went to dinner there in August and were seated at a table right next to another couple. Throughout the entire meal, this couple made fun of us (we were speaking Italian, they were speaking French): first with thinly veiled remarks, then with increasingly unpleasant comments. The waiters walked between our tables and therefore understood perfectly what they were saying. The homophobic remarks became more and more offensive, until this couple went so far as to take our picture. The worst part was when the man took a langoustine from his plate, placed it on my boyfriend's cheek, mocking him and making faces. Not a single waiter reacted. At that point, I went to complain to the waiters and the owner, who immediately tried to hush up the matter by offering to move us to another table. When I told him it was the other couple who needed to be moved, since they were the ones harassing us, he insisted we be the ones to change seats. It was a shameful scene, and we were asked to pay the entire bill. The food was good, and we would have liked to have enjoyed it. But this place is absolutely not recommended because of its values ​​and its complete lack of customer service.

When we complained, the owner simply offered to move us to another table, refusing to move the couple responsible. The food was good, but that's not enough to compensate for such a lack of respect and consideration for customers. A deeply disappointing experience, and an establishment we absolutely do not recommend.

05/08/2026: A true Nice institution! This family business has been perpetuating the authentic culinary traditions of Nice for many years with remarkable expertise. The welcome is warm, friendly, and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. The cuisine is simple, quick, generous, but above all, of exceptional quality. Each specialty is prepared according to authentic recipes, with flavors that are sadly becoming increasingly rare. I could eat there every day without ever getting tired of it! Having always lived on the French Riviera, from Nice to Cannes, passing through Antibes and many villages in our region, I can say without hesitation that this is, by far, the best Niçoise cuisine I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. The prices are reasonable considering the quality, the generous portions, and the expertise on offer. The location is ideal, right across from the tram and a stone's throw from the Promenade des Anglais and the sea—a real plus. A must-visit address that I wholeheartedly recommend. Bravo to the whole family for your passion and dedication to true Niçoise traditions!

05/08/2026: The best Pan Bagnats in Nice! I go there every summer when I return to Nice and I'm never disappointed. Delicious. The service was much better this time, as I remembered a rather frosty welcome.

22/09/2026: The pasta was good though the pizza was just OK, the chorizo was a bit sparse and sliced too thinly, and there was a bit too much cheese. The service though was top notch - attentive, efficient and very friendly, so all in all we were happy we decided to eat here.

08/08/2026: A truly excellent bakery! After a week in the mountains, we were able to try the bread, sandwiches, and pastries, and everything was absolutely perfect. It was delicious, generous, and very good value for money. All this was topped off with incredibly friendly service. I highly recommend this bakery.
