23/10/2024: Un cambio bienvenido con respecto al abrumador número de Bouchons. Un poco desafiado con el proceso de reserva y en realidad hizo dos reservas por error cuando no recibí confirmación de la primera. Servidor de habla inglesa y profesional. Pedido un aperitivo de queso de cabra con tomates secos y aceitunas - - enorme y delicioso - - , entrecote y una hamburguesa. Carne cocinada a la perfección, patatas fritas sabrosas, haciendo una comida abundante. Pedí 46 cl de vino tinto, que era bastante bueno. Sin duda recomendaría cenar aquí para un buen cambio de ritmo en Lyon.

18/10/2024: Superbe découverte dans une petite rue du 15ème grâce à un ami. Très agréablement surpris par la qualité des burgers, des frites et desserts, tous faits maison. Des burgers créatifs avec de bons accords gustatifs selon les inspirations de pays ! Un restaurant qui ne paye pas de mine, où 2 personnes font parfaitement le travail de 4 personnes avec un service rapide et très chaleureux. Je recommande totalement !!

03/11/2025: Since 2005… pioneers and still going strong. I had the chance to have a pint there on Friday. The SPAR in Arbois (like the brewery, I assume) offers a triple IPA by the bottle, which I'm now enjoying in Paris and which is absolutely delightful. Bravo!

25/08/2025: Very good craft brewery. The recipes are well crafted and the range of flavors is quite broad. We happily return from time to time. August 2025: We still come back; by far, some of the best craft beers we've ever tasted. As a bonus, the owners are super friendly, cheerful, and always smiling—the best 👌🏻 Don't change a thing! PS: If you could remake your elderflower beer, that would be great 😉

03/09/2024: The dishes are getting colder and colder. The service leaves something to be desired I order in clicks and collect, I have to check on site if I have the right order because I often miss dishes. Some servers are rude.

Even the appetizer chips are homemade, the best guacamole I've eaten in my life. Meats, vegetables and even rice are incredibly crazy... The welcome is very warm and you feel that everything is done with love... Restaurants like you rarely see. A big thank you to the boss and staff! 🌈

10/11/2024: Welcome, service, dishes, aperitif: everything is successful in this restaurant. The boss who has been there for years is always there for the customers. He sits at your table to show you the menu and the dishes of the moment. As someone else would say: very very very good!!!
