03/08/2026: This american style diner is situated on the top floor of the Polygon Shopping Mall. We were there in the summer, so we ate on the terrace. The service was quick and the food was very tasty. The prices were also fair. About 16 Euros for a burger with fries and sauce. The staff was very friendly and spoke english. We ordered hamburgers - delicious, my kids ate the whole thing and we ordered the regular size burger, not the kids menu. I would definitely eat here again.

08/08/2026: Discovered the Coyote Burger with the regular cheeseburger. A real treat. Excellent. My only regret is that there was no homemade sauce for the fries. Nevertheless, I'll be back soon.

We felt like we were intruding since we didn't have a reservation, but everything was fine after that 😉 After that, the service was perfect, quick, and very pleasant. They gave my three daughters a free arcade game. Really happy! Everything was hot and delicious 🤩 Buffalo did reduce the portion sizes, but they couldn't raise the prices, so it's understandable 🤷🏻‍♀️ Can't wait to see the new decor and concept 👌

If you want to have a few beers with friends, watch a rugby or football match, or enjoy a Guinness or an Irish Kilkenny ☘️ (for tourists), it's the perfect place. However, it's much less ideal for a family meal. You order via a QR code, pay upfront, and are even asked for a tip before being served. It's more like a McDonald's with table service than a true pub-restaurant. The flank steak, ordered rare, arrived cold. The burgers were decent, but still very much in the fast-food vein. It's up to you to decide if the concept appeals to you or not.

Born and raised in Bordeaux, I've been to many bars, and this isn't the case in all establishments. P.S. They even accept American Express ;)
