28/08/2024: The restaurant is absolutely sumptuous, the atmosphere is very pleasant, the food is good and at a very advantageous price!! The service is quick too! We had Greg as a server, super cheerful, we can only recommend him!
21/06/2024: Chartier is just for those who are really in a hurry or who don't know. Once you have passed the entrance sign, which has already given you an idea of what awaits you inside, you will be directed to your table. You are asked to order quickly and consume just as quickly, your place being already coveted for the one the cerberus is making wait outside. Cooking won't kill you but it won't leave you with any memories. The atmosphere is very noisy and loaded with the stress of the waiters who move from table to table. Try to avoid the place but finding something better near the station is close to impossible.

Great choice and quality
Very accessible with excellent value for money.
The strawberry and rose cheesecake is really a plus, light, excellent and original: worth tasting.

15/09/2024: The waiter (Timéo, bald and mustachioed) after ordering, held a Liège chocolate in his hand which he was going to throw away. We offered to take it to avoid waste. The waiter told us that he was offering it to us and then 5 minutes later he came back and collected the dessert to throw it in the trash because he ultimately wanted to charge us for it.
Deplorable server and terrible service, customer service needs to be reviewed because the basics are not acquired

10/08/2024: We ate at Buffalo Grill Arras and we ordered a thick steak to medium rare and a rare sirloin, as a result we had a steak folded in two perfectly cooked and a sirloin more than medium rare...we informed the staff without results no information .. on payment he cheated me by 10€ invoice 56.4€ less holiday check 50€ on the credit card ticket 16.40€ after complaint the staff gives me 10€ back but nothing no excuses.... ..to avoid the kitchen is not good and the staff has nothing to do with the customer

08/09/2024: Découverte de ce restaurant via une Smartbox. Très bonne surprise. L'établissement ne paie pas de mine de l'extérieur, mais cela vaut le coup de s'y arrêter. Personnel chaleureux et accueillant. Burgers de bonne qualité, très copieux avec une mention spéciale pour les buns qui sont excellents. Gros coup de coeur pour les milk shake, gourmands et délicieux (vanille et Kinder bueno). N'hésitez pas à vous y arrêter!

Des burgers très goûteux, des frites, excellentes, des bières originales, et un accueil très sympa. La déco intérieure est bien représentative des « dinners » aux States.
Le tout pour une addition légère, nous recommandons fortement !

15/09/2024: I am never disappointed with my dishes! The service is fast, the team smiling and pleasant, all in an American setting from the 50s.
11/09/2024: We had a snack with ice cream, milkshakes and donuts, and everything was delicious. The staff were very welcoming and smiling, which was a real pleasure. We had a great time and we are already planning to return there for lunch or dinner.
