09/02/2026: There is clearly a lack of hygiene in this restaurant; I ordered an ice cream and it was brought to me with a completely dirty spoon. Frankly, that is not acceptable at all.

02/11/2025: The shop manager was very friendly! We were desperately looking for a restaurant/fast food place, and they welcomed us at 9:29 pm (roughly their closing time) and let us eat there 👌🏻 On top of that, the quality is much better than the well-known big fast-food chains. I recommend it 👍

01/02/2026: Good burger, excellent fries. The only problem is the noise. Not from the customers, we were alone (3 pm), but from the ventilation system motor which produces a continuous, high-pitched noise. It's unbearable. I feel sorry for the people who work there!

26/01/2026: Two fries and two burgers for a 50-minute wait, even though there was no one else there. We arrived first but were the last to be served. The burgers were terrible, and they were cold.

03/09/2024: The dishes are getting colder and colder. The service leaves something to be desired I order in clicks and collect, I have to check on site if I have the right order because I often miss dishes. Some servers are rude.

05/02/2026: This chain used to guarantee a minimum level of quality. Here in Toulouse, the management is disastrous. We were a table of 10. Our drinks arrived consistently 10 minutes late, despite our repeated reminders that something was missing. The inexperienced and haphazard service was indifferent and offered only fleeting glances. There was no manager to oversee the incompetence. The meal, like everything else, was disastrous due to missing dishes. The only time we saw any urgency was at the end of service. Then, everyone miraculously appeared. The bill was rushed through. I do not recommend this establishment, which is hampered by incompetent staff.

29/11/2025: Overall, it's pretty good; the burger is well-made, flavorful, and filling. I got it to go, and it's definitely not the best choice. The fries and the bun are soggy I couldn't stand the 15-minute wait. Either you reheat it to eat it hot but it's soggy, or you eat it lukewarm. I think it must be much better eaten there because the transport significantly reduces the quality.

18/01/2026: I am surprised by the behavior of one of the employees, including the group leader. Her attitude is unwelcoming, her manner of speaking is rude, and she packs food and drinks in bags unprofessionally, unlike the other employees and interns who work respectfully and with a smile. 03/10/2025: (This review only concerns the veggie burger.) Fast and friendly service. Pros: The bread, the sauce, and the fresh vegetables. Cons: Not hot enough, a very bland, textureless veggie burger. A real vegetable burger with chunks or a coating that would have added some crunch would have been nice.

23/08/2025: My girlfriend and I ordered here on a whim. We were expecting a "Burger King like" but no. It was good. We were pleasantly surprised, the burgers were all good, and the fries were a real good surprise (and yes, not Mc Cain McDo there) in short a good surprise at a fair price, I recommend.

12/12/2024: My colleagues and I have been going to Les Frangins regularly for years. The portions are generous, good quality/quantity/price ratio. The managers are very friendly. The retro gaming atmosphere is great
