08/03/2026: Back after a long absence, through my own fault. My mother, my 16-year-old son, and I were won over again.
We tried some appetizers and were blown away by the pickle roll.
My Caprice des Dieux burger was fabulous; my mother and son even tasted my breaded cheese.
As usual, there was no room for dessert. But my sister loved their Oreo milkshake.
Can't wait to come back.
Thank you for everything, Dave, and for your incredible kindness at all times.

The Great Canadian Pub

25/03/2026: This is the worst example of a pub that says it's Canadian. Not a chance, aside from a couple of hockey sweaters, there's nothing remotely Canadian. Very disappointed!!

20/03/2026: The bagels are good, but I don't know if it's just me, but the owner's use of the informal "tu" with all the customers, calling them "cocotte," "ma poule," and so on, I find that incredibly disrespectful! We're clearly not best friends.
And I've noticed that the employees are very respectful; it's really just the owner who behaves so inappropriately, even touching the customers?
Maybe some people like that kind of closeness, but it honestly made me uncomfortable. I won't be back.
