29/11/2025: My husband and I came this Saturday evening, Black Friday night. The restaurant was packed, and we were expecting a long wait for our food, so we were very surprised! The service was incredibly fast! Our waiter, Mr. Jules, was very friendly and helpful; we were delighted. We come to this restaurant quite regularly, and tonight was our most enjoyable evening yet. Thank you again for the excellent service, which makes all the difference compared to other establishments!

20/11/2025: Friendly staff but the state of the banquettes was disastrous. I didn't go and see the state of the whole restaurant, just where we were, near the entrance, the round table.

10/04/2026: That wasn't the burger I ordered!

07/04/2026: Seriously, I usually don't say anything because little oversights happen, but this time... I just bought a box of 9 burgers, I get home, 6 burgers, the McFlurry ones, I order extra topping, there isn't any, and no Chinese sauce either... so the prices are already getting worse and worse, and now I'm paying half of what I should be paying... I'd appreciate some kind of compensation, even though I know I won't get anything.

25/04/2026: I come to this Burger King frequently, and I'm always very happy with the quality of the service because it's very fast. The burgers are also well-made, and the fries are excellent. I recommend going to this Burger King, but I advise against eating at the one near the stadium; I've been disappointed every time, but it's OKAY! I congratulate the team at this Burger King, BRAVO!!

11/04/2026: Best place to grab a good beer, a bite to eat, soak up the last rays of sunshine ☀️, chat with your neighbor... If you have a concert at Nikaïa, come eat before or after; the kitchen stays open super late!!! I highly recommend it; the atmosphere is friendly!

19/04/2026: I highly recommend it! The team is so cool, super welcoming, the service is fast, and most importantly, the food is absolutely delicious! It's the perfect spot for takeout and watching the sunset over the ocean 🫶🏻🌊

18/04/2026: I'm still a regular at Jacks Burger. The burgers and sauces are much more original and of better quality than McDonald's or other places. However, it's a real shame to see the service decline over time, especially in Capbreton. The staff are behind the counter, but there's no welcome. It takes 10 minutes for someone to deign to speak to you, even after you've greeted them. Then tonight, there was a mistake with my order, but it's the second time I've been treated so badly: 15 minutes to get the right burger, no apology, "I can't take it back." Yes, but do what you want with that. You put something I'm allergic to in it, I can't help you. As if offering me a burger I won't eat is some kind of gift. I stand at the counter, and the young blonde woman shoves the bag in my face, rather roughly, without a "here you go," "sorry," or "have a good evening," or anything like that. A polite greeting wouldn't have gone amiss. In short, manage your recruitment Jacks, Capbreton is in decline

29/04/2026: Unpleasant employees, so much so that even the slightest word irritates them; they talk about customers in a purely exploitative way. If you're not happy, you quit! The customer, however, remains king ;)

10/05/2026: Great brunch and coffee. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. Unfortunately, the wait can sometimes be long and uncomfortable, especially with children, and the tables are a bit soiled by pigeons despite the staff's best efforts. Nevertheless, we'll gladly return.

27/02/2026: Really great! The food was pretty good (burgers, fries, and sausage were very good; I was less enthusiastic about the quality of the nuggets and ketchup). The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially towards the children, which was much appreciated. We also really enjoyed the crayons, coloring books, cardboard cars, candy, and board games! "Kids Friendly," as they say in Tennessee. 👍🏽😜
