A true local restaurant with artisanal products and a wide variety of flavors. Best artisan hot dogs, hand-cut fries with amazing French cheese, and delicious desserts. A true local gem run by a very nice couple. Great food made with high-quality ingredients and love. An Aix hidden gem! Best chocolate chip cookie with walnuts in Provence. The desserts here are fantastic, some are gluten-free. They also serve coffee in the morning, which is lovely on their wonderful patio overlooking the best farmers market in France. Even if you don't like hot dogs, try this place and you won't!

29/08/2024: Tourist factory cooking in 2 stages extremely dry meats when asked for explanations "they always did it like that, they were pre-cooked before" except that for meat it is forbidden to avoid!!!
27/08/2024: Welcoming restaurant with great ambiance and decor. Fast service with pleasant and friendly servers.
Burger El Dorado leaves something to be desired for the price... very fine ground steak, an industrial Burger sauce, and a tiny portion of "runny cheddar"... Great for fries

09/07/2025: We arrived at the restaurant and were escorted to our table by a very stressed-looking man. The young waitress was very nice and tried very hard to speak English with us. The food was delicious. However, when we were finished, no one else came to us. Since we wanted dessert, we went to the counter and tried to order it there. The man rudely slammed the bill down on us, we paid, and left without dessert. We had said that we wanted to order something else and didn't want to pay yet, but they seemed to be unable to understand us. We will not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

The desserts are excellent, the service is top notch and the setting is charming.
27/08/2024: I admit that it made me dive back into North American travel, on this point we are faithful to the atmosphere.
On the other hand, culinaryly, I would qualify. We're more interested in quiche than good, generous American pie.
Here it's a meager slice of pie with unseasoned iceberg salad for a price that is surely inflated in high season (sticker placed on the menu).
Totally outdated service. When we have around twenty seats, we try to take at least one other person in the kitchen or in the dining room even if I know that it is not easy and that the restaurant is cramped. Disappointed but it's still homemade and the owners do their best.

However, avoid it for morning coffee; the serene is as unpleasant as can be.
28/06/2025: The bartender was nice but the server was horrible, he spoke badly and pushed you to get through, so you did your best to be stuck at the bar, knowing that there were very few people. I had a simple lemonade, it wasn't even fizzy (check your PETs maybe?). I was just passing through, so I wouldn't recommend it. Have a nice day :).

21/05/2025: Hello, I am a customer at Memphis but I went to eat the disgusting meal today and they still dared to charge me €27. The Memphis sauce wasn't even fresh. I have the photos, they were all yellow.
