13/05/2026: We visited with a large group just before closing. The customer service was nice and took our order. The service was fast and friendly, we got our food served outside (take-away). The food was very good!

14/05/2026: Everything was filthy, even though we were the first customers of the day. On top of that, three people forgot to include in my order, and a waitress who didn't even say hello and grabbed the (also filthy) menu board when there were still menus available. I asked them to remove the onions and salad, but I think they misunderstood and piled on two more. The floor was sticky, and it was ridiculously expensive—a disgrace.

18/01/2026: The best pub in Périgueux, the Guinness is served to perfection, the burgers are incredible, the atmosphere is warm and the service is fast even when it's busy.

Special mention goes to the service and to Assan, who took excellent care of us, was attentive, and very thoughtful with our children. 09/05/2026: I had a fantastic time! I had a gourmet tea which was absolutely delicious; everything was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The Harry Potter theme was simply magnificent, the decor was immersive and incredibly well done—you really felt like you were in the Harry Potter universe. I absolutely loved the restaurant's atmosphere. A nice little bonus: we were given a Harry Potter mug, a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more memorable. A huge thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome, the service, and the cheerful atmosphere; you truly contributed to making this a perfect moment. I highly recommend it!

10/12/2025: A great spot in Bondy if you're looking for brasserie-style food and burgers. The butcher is fantastic! Parking can be difficult if you go on a weekend evening.

17/03/2026: This is my second time enjoying a meal in Coutances. The interior and exterior decor are fantastic. The food is excellent. The only downside to this chain is that there aren't any locations in the North! I'll definitely be back on my next trips to the region.

12/03/2026: A very good find. The American West theme is beautifully showcased and tastefully executed. Several dishes are out of the ordinary, and the portions are generous. The menus offer a variety of high-quality dishes. Reservations are not possible via Google, only by phone. I recommend this restaurant. The only area for improvement is the expansion of the number of restaurants and the regions where they are located. This restaurant is an hour and a half from my home. Opening locations in Ille-et-Vilaine would be a welcome addition.

28/10/2025: Don't go to this restaurant; they refuse service before the stated closing time, even though they close well before 2:30 PM, without any explanation, claiming they're having a meeting.??? If their supposed professionalism is anything like their service, I'll let you be the judge of the food.

27/10/2025: Unacceptable! They stop taking customers at 1:30 PM; it's the first time I've been refused lunch at a Buffalo Grill at this hour. A disgrace for a restaurant.

11/04/2026: I ordered using my wife's account on their website, so the order cost me 30 bucks. They brought it to me, and guess what? Three burgers were missing! I called them, and the woman, already unpleasant, answered, "Yeah, we can't do anything," etc. I said, "Oh yeah, so my kids aren't eating?" She said, "Well, we can't do anything..." And the worst part is, she told me to stop yelling, lol... Avoid this place; the manager is ungrateful. I'm never eating there again, that's it.

10/04/2026: Ordered takeout, result: undercooked fries, and instead of a steakhouse, they just served a measly hamburger. Shameful.

05/05/2026: Original and hearty burgers, but too much bread and not enough sauce. As a result, the whole thing lacks a bit of flavor. The homemade fries are rather thin and soggy. Pleasant atmosphere, welcome, and service. Just about satisfactory value for money.

08/05/2026: Really good experience. Burgers are yummy: bread is cloudy, beef like fried chicken are nice too. Since few weeks, they removed the little salad which was a plue value when you eat fries. A good place to eat a nice burger !!

23/04/2026: Appalling. Completely unprofessional. 1.5 hours between aperitif and meal. Fish-flavored cake. They cheated on the champagne. They call themselves a restaurant, but it's just a bistro.

14/05/2026: Based on my experience in the Batignolles neighborhood for the past year 😄😄😄. I'm a regular customer here. And I find it regrettable to read negative comments that reinforce the bad faith of some. I think it's important to change attitudes and tell the server directly if a dish isn't to your liking, so they can take action in a timely manner. The quality of the service and the food has never disappointed me, but mistakes happen, and they're not irreparable. I'll continue to enjoy spending pleasant afternoons there.
