30/06/2026: The staff were unpleasant and condescending, giving us dirty looks. They talked to colleagues while staring at us and then made head movements. They weren't happy we were there and made that clear. Every customer should be treated the same. We felt uncomfortable and lost all interest in staying, so we left and definitely won't be back.

27/06/2026: Undercooked fries, cold and dry sandwich with almost no sauce, terrible service, they're not friendly at all, the tables are dirty and they don't even clean them, plus there are people smoking in the middle of people eating and the staff doesn't say a word, never again, avoid at all costs! I usually go to the Quick in Mondeville, it's nothing like this, top-notch service, cleanliness and very good sandwiches

05/07/2026: We placed a €50 order through the drive-through, and when we got home, the sauces were missing. When we returned to the store, they refused to give them to us, even with the receipt. Completely unprofessional.

02/07/2026: I ordered a takeaway meal box, which was ready very quickly, but there was a mistake with the drink and the sauce listed in the menu was missing. I would have preferred my order to be ready in a few more minutes but complete, especially since it's a takeaway order.

24/05/2026: Good burgers, but €17 for the meal deal... It's still just a burger, a Coke, and fries... Between the overhead and electricity costs, why not, but I turned around and cooked myself a nice meal at home (I'd bought a whole sea bream at the Capbreton fish market that morning for €9...). This is reaching the limits of the burger concept: burgers that cost a fortune and force you to empty your savings account if you dare to bring your children... And I should point out that there are indeed two self-service kiosks at the entrance of the establishment. (See previous reviews). Apparently, it's too much to ask for someone to actually help you. The staff completely ignore you. In a small provincial town, you'd expect a bit more friendliness, but oh well... Another reason to turn around and leave. What a shame.

10/05/2026: We came specifically for the Harry Potter collaboration; the meal was good, and we had a great time. Special mention goes to the service and to Assan, who took excellent care of us, was attentive, and very thoughtful with our children. A big thank you to him for making this moment even more enjoyable.

09/05/2026: I had a fantastic time! I had a gourmet tea which was absolutely delicious; everything was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The Harry Potter theme was simply magnificent, the decor was immersive and incredibly well done—you really felt like you were in the Harry Potter universe. I absolutely loved the restaurant's atmosphere. A nice little bonus: we were given a Harry Potter mug, a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more memorable. A huge thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome, the service, and the cheerful atmosphere; you truly contributed to making this a perfect moment. I highly recommend it!

11/04/2026: I ordered using my wife's account on their website, so the order cost me 30 bucks. They brought it to me, and guess what? Three burgers were missing! I called them, and the woman, already unpleasant, answered, "Yeah, we can't do anything," etc. I said, "Oh yeah, so my kids aren't eating?" She said, "Well, we can't do anything..." And the worst part is, she told me to stop yelling, lol... Avoid this place; the manager is ungrateful. I'm never eating there again, that's it.

05/05/2026: Original and hearty burgers, but too much bread and not enough sauce. As a result, the whole thing lacks a bit of flavor. The homemade fries are rather thin and soggy. Pleasant atmosphere, welcome, and service. Just about satisfactory value for money.

05/07/2026: Sunday lunch at 6 a.m. Polite but somewhat impersonal welcome and service. We ordered the daily specials with the salad/cheese buffet. Very good and reasonably priced for the location.
