03/08/2026: First time at this Memphis location and we loved it. The atmosphere and decor are fantastic, the food is excellent, and the service is top-notch. Special mention to Charlotte, who is a lovely and very kind waitress. That's not always the case these days! We'll definitely be back 😊

21/07/2026: The decor now looks quite dated, and the entire restaurant gives an impression of neglect. The carpeting on some walls and the floor visibly retains odors accumulated over the years, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. The staff is very friendly but clearly lacks professional training. The tapas served as appetizers arrived at the same time as the main courses. The waiter couldn't open the bottle of wine, and we ended up having to do it ourselves. The plates were very hot, so they were brought on a tray, and then the waiter asked us to take them ourselves to avoid getting burned. The overall quality of the food was acceptable, but many details were overlooked. The baked potato was served without sour cream and was therefore particularly dry. The sauce was brought after we asked for it. The tapas seem to be essentially fried, mass-produced items, served without any real presentation in a simple basket. The dishes also lacked care, decoration, and presentation. The overall impression is rather impersonal and lacks ambition. This is a shame, because it's a well-known and proven concept, but one that now seems to be gradually declining. With better maintenance of the restaurant, more staff training, and greater attention to detail, the establishment could regain a significantly higher level of quality.

21/07/2026: I was served the starter and then the main course immediately, without even having time to finish the starter. Before the main course arrived, I had to ask for salt, then pepper, and on top of that, I hadn't even finished my meal when they came to ask me to pay, four times insistently. The service is terrible! I took the time to spend 10 minutes filling out the loyalty card to please the waiter, and he was ungrateful and pushy. I wanted a dessert and a coffee, but nothing. It's awful. To say the least.

10/07/2026: It had been 9 years since our last visit due to the distance, and we found the same warm welcome, the same quality of service, and above all, the same delicious food that brought us back. Thank you to Dave for everything.

20/08/2026: I think this KFC could be much better. I came recently and there was practically no one in the fast food restaurant. I ordered takeout and waited over 10 minutes in the kitchen. There were six or seven people working there, plus another person alone handling deliveries. They were arguing; it was very awkward. And despite the wait, I was still missing a hamburger. They used paper napkins as if they were rags. It's a shame.

19/08/2026: This Burger King is very good, well located, and it's pleasant to eat there. It just has one flaw that I find really frustrating: an incomplete menu. They don't have churros or waffle-shaped fries.

27/08/2026: Best burger in Chamonix, I highly recommend their smash burgers!!! Fair price, very reasonable portion size, and a unique atmosphere. Not much seating inside.

10/08/2026: A very disappointing experience. No smiles or empathy from the staff, and we felt like we were bothering them. The restaurant floor was so greasy that our shoes squeaked and slipped as we walked. In short, probably the worst Burger King I've ever been to. They need to seriously improve their customer service, cleanliness, and overall experience.

23/07/2026: A great evening in a nice, vintage spot. The burgers are good; I had a pulled pork burger and it was excellent. The kids' menu is well thought out. The waitresses were efficient and friendly. On the downside, the coleslaw and fries could have been more generous. Our son's fish and chips could have used a bit more batter, but overall it's a nice place 👍

18/07/2026: We'd walked past it many times without ever stopping. This time was the charm. As fans of the 50s in America, we weren't disappointed. The decor perfectly captures the theme, and the food, undeniably American, is both plentiful and high-quality (made with fresh ingredients). It's a welcome change from McDonald's! A big thumbs up for the delicious milkshakes. The staff was very friendly, and the place was spotless. We highly recommend this pleasant spot for a satisfying and delicious break.

26/08/2026: A big thank you for your warm welcome. The manager is a seasoned traveler who knows his ingredients perfectly and knows how to prepare them to create delicious dishes. The young woman who served us was also smiling and very friendly. We went there twice during a short stay in this beautiful region.

22/08/2026: The decor is nice, having lived in Texas and Mexico I can say that it's not far from the experience you might have there, even though the tortillas aren't made with corn, but anyway I find wheat much better...!

31/07/2026: During our stay we've eaten everywhere from Michelin stared restaurants to dive bars and this was hands down the best food and service of anywhere we've been all week.

18/07/2026: A DISASTER Incomplete order: not all the fries were there. Filth and hygiene: sauce was found in one of our drinks.... Service and order: drinks weren't properly sealed, so the bag ripped... In short, a disaster.
