13/04/2026: Clearly, it was a bad day for our visit... and choosing a burger as a main course was indeed the fatal mistake, because unlike the other customers, most of whom were regulars and seemingly very satisfied with their meals (the "daily special" appearing to be the required choice), we immediately started on the burger, offered in five variations... Given the quality of the service, we could only expect top-notch cuisine... A plane without a pilot is like a kitchen without a chef, it spins and crashes, and on top of that, it's really not good. "Homemade" fries, soaked in a murky bath of oil and greasy throughout, limp as they should be, delicately warmed over a flame, or microwaved depending on your preference, and burgers in two variations: the "mountain" rivaling the "country" with its thick, bland, and cold bun, its large, tasteless lettuce leaf, and its thin slice of tomato... As for the rest, I'm still looking... If I had to choose, I almost miss the pre-packaged maxi-burger that you can torch on a particularly hungry day. And as for the lovely shallot sauce served alongside, I'll refrain from commenting, thus avoiding a culinary faux pas... Poor shallot... In short, I'm still reeling from it, and I won't be going back.

15/05/2026: The staff were incredibly kind. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was calm and conducive to conversation. In short, one of the best Buffalo Grill restaurants I've ever been to.

15/05/2026: The team was fantastic, dynamic, and friendly! We arrived with two electric wheelchairs, a service dog, and one able-bodied person. They made sure we were comfortably settled in a quiet corner with good humor and kindness! Thank you, Aurélie.

26/04/2026: I sat down at a table on the terrace, I wanted to serve a glass of wine and a gentleman (beef waiter) told me that I can't serve wine without ordering food?. He told me to quickly vacate the table and I waited another 10 minutes because in a month I'm having meniscus surgery!!, then he insulted me, told me I was crazy (crezy)) pushed me, took my meal from me and even threatened me with death, that he was waiting for me tonight at the metro?? .This gentleman (beef waiter) does not honor!! this country so beautiful❤️!! Equality-Fraternity-Liberty!! VIVE LA FRANCE!!

15/05/2026: 10 attempts, 7 wrong orders! 20 minutes or more to be served—at this rate, it's no longer fast food, it's absurd! No compensation for the wait, nor for the repeated mistakes... Since the staff is mainly composed of non-EU nationals who speak very, very poor French and understand almost nothing of the language (Google doesn't allow you to specify nationality, anyway...), it's no wonder that sometimes 50% of the order is wrong, and that you regularly spend a good 5 minutes (no joke, I timed it) at the kiosk to order. Of course, when you don't speak or understand the language, it's also difficult to read the order on the board... In short, a complete rip-off!

14/05/2026: A quick snack break with my daughter (3 pm). SHAMEFUL! Almost all the tables weren't cleaned!!! Mayonnaise, food residue, and incredibly greasy tables... And the floor was even worse!!! Yet there were staff who weren't overworked!!! 🤢🤮 And then we had to wait.... We were very, very disappointed and I don't think we'll be going back....

05/05/2026: The manager present during order preparation on Tuesday, May 5th, around 7:10 PM, could certainly improve her skills, both in terms of order preparation accuracy and customer service. Oversights can happen, but an inappropriate attitude is unacceptable (thinking you're a manager is still an unattainable dream for some). I advise you to check your orders in person to avoid an unnecessary trip. It's a shame to see the service decline at this KFC!

30/04/2026: A very nice restaurant, the food is absolutely delicious, especially the Kefta sandwich. It smells like a good homemade sandwich, so tasty and comforting 🌞 The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the service is quick even during peak hours. Plus, the decor is lovely! Note that it's a bit pricey, €18 for a sandwich (but it's worth it!).

05/03/2026: A very pleasant experience, thank you. Varied menu and delicious dishes. The only downside was that, with such a large table (32 people), the two young servers could have used some help, as the service was unfortunately slow. We will return, next time with a smaller group.

28/02/2026: The restaurant is unassuming from the outside, but once inside, we immediately felt the American atmosphere with its superb decor! The service was excellent, with all the staff attentive and caring. A huge thank you to our waitress who was helpful and attentive throughout our meal.
