18/01/2026: We had booked for 35 people and ended up in an overcrowded bar (lots of group bookings, impossible to hear each other or move around) with only three tables, so it was completely impossible for everyone to sit down. Upon arrival, we were told they were out of lager and only had still wheat beer left (€2 more expensive, so €8, obviously with no discount), and then shortly after, they were out of beer altogether. Very disappointed despite the friendliness of the overworked waitresses.
11/12/2025: Mixed feelings.
I came on Saturday, December 6th, to join a reservation.
The cocktails are good (I recommend the basil smash), the staff is friendly, but a major drawback is the bouncer.
The welcome was unpleasant, even aggressive.
There are many other bars these days where you'll be treated much better.
I wouldn't recommend it for a birthday party given the reception given to guests.

We arrived with a large order, but all the staff were efficient, quick, and friendly. The meals were all excellent and generous. I highly recommend them!
10/12/2025: A great spot in Bondy if you're looking for brasserie-style food and burgers. The butcher is fantastic!
Parking can be difficult if you go on a weekend evening.

For less than €6 you "build" your own hot dog. You choose the base, the sausage (chicken, pork, or beef), your sauce, and your topping.
And all served with a smile!

15/12/2024: Wow! What can I say...an exceptional meal. Everything is incredibly well mastered, beautiful products, well presented, original and always delicious flavor combinations.
The service is very friendly and the place warm and cozy.
The price is affordable!
In short, I will come back during my next visit to the region. This restaurant ranked directly in my top addresses in Béziers!

The service is consistently quick, and the staff are attentive, always making sure your water is topped up. This time, we stopped by just for dessert and a smoothie, and once again, Schwartz didn’t disappoint. It’s a great choice for a tasty, casual bite while sightseeing—provided there isn’t a long queue at the entrance.
