20/07/2026: We came to this restaurant on a recommendation. I chose a burger and I wasn't disappointed at all: it was generous, well-prepared, and very tasty. I left completely satisfied. However, my friends, who had ordered mussels and a fish dish, were much less impressed. They found these dishes lacked flavor, which is a shame. Overall, my personal experience remains very positive thanks to my meal and the pleasant atmosphere. I simply hope that the other dishes will live up to expectations on a future visit.

17/06/2026: A pleasant surprise! We came in for a quick sandwich and a panini, and left feeling delighted. The sandwich was fresh, the bread was good, and the filling was generous with real raw vegetables. It's so rare to find a sandwich that's so delicious. My wife's panini was also very good. Finally, the warm welcome and friendly service will make you a regular. A place to share! 🥰

The service was pleasant, although the waitresses made a few inadvertent oversights – nothing serious, but we arrived at the end of service. We appreciated their interaction and the variety offered on the children's menu. The tagliatelle with chicken and mushrooms was delicious, as was the ribeye steak. We recommend it! 😁

The welcome lacks warmth and deserves a more professional approach to make visitors feel truly welcome. Furthermore, communication with the staff is very formal: it's best to stick to purely formal exchanges, as humor is frowned upon.

10/05/2026: We have enjoyed an excellent lunch on Sunday. The ceazar salad is recommended as is the fish gratin. The menu is great value and the food is very good, freshly prepared and simply delicious. The service is attentive, friendly and efficient. Booking the table was easy and this restaurant bistro is comfortable, clean and not to be missed.

16/07/2026: Lovely small winery. Stayed near carcassonne and was a short 30min drive. Booked lunch and tour / tasting in advance. Lunch was lovely in a nice setting. Enjoyed the tour + 6 wines to taste. Great day out.

11/08/2026: What can I say? The "cassoulet house" is a joke. It's a tourist trap. Apart from the order taking and the service, which were cordial, everything else was really bad. We asked to be seated inside to escape the heat, but there was no air conditioning; it was unbearably hot. According to the waitress, the air conditioning was broken, and the other one wasn't blowing anything at all, but according to the head waiter, a part had just failed. You need to get your act together next time. We finally got the much-anticipated cassoulet. Dry, no sauce, inedible. It was hard enough in the heat, but without any sauce, it was impossible. The cook must have been on break. We had gone there hoping for a nice meal with friends, but that didn't work out. First and last time. Even canned William Saurin is better. Okay, tourists, avoid this place, this food, etc. etc. I don't like being ripped off.

14/04/2026: A lovely hotel in the center of Quillan. An excellent stopover for hikers. Reasonable prices, very good evening meals, and a generous breakfast. Ample free parking nearby. Group bookings welcome.

15/05/2026: It's a shame that an XL platter only contains a dry sausage, two small pieces of cheese, two small slices of cured ham, and a lot of bread, all for 22 euros. It's really too little or too expensive; it's a real pity. The service was quick and without any problems.

15/05/2026: We arrived at the restaurant as a group of 16. The staff were fantastic and very pleasant, and we had a wonderful meal. The young woman at the till was very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend it.
