“We will redouble our efforts” Is this a joke?????? You've been supposed to "redouble your efforts" for months or even years.
Does Google allow the name of the owner of this franchise to be published? We'll check it out together.

You want me to say that no one waits too long at the Drive-Thru? You want me to say the tables are always clean? My opinion will change when your practices and ways of working change.
One star when it should be ZERO. I counted 10 people on staff today at 7 p.m. About ten customers, no more. The trash cans "put up", it's dirty. The manager, perhaps, because dressed in white, is laughing in the room with 2 customers. No one in the room to clean. As for the order, for dessert I had a very perfect one. Their recipe: take a 50 cl container, put the topping in the bottom, then come at least 30 cl of ice cream followed by the same quantity of whipped cream. Time? More than 5 minutes, poor thing looked completely lost, no one to help her or train her properly. We think we're dreaming.

07/12/2024: To avoid. Due to the Christmas market, we only offer you a Christmas buffet at 35 euros per person. As a starter: 3 kinds of salad, foie gras mousse, salmon, terrine. As a main course: doe stew, filet mignon or pollack fillet... The dishes have no flavor. There are no vegetables to accompany your dish. For dessert, there are only 2 types of vanilla or chocolate buttercream log. We asked for a jug of water which was not brought to us.
07/12/2024: We were passing through Bouxwiller for the Christmas market, and looked for a place to eat, mr. After several refusals in different restaurants due to lack of space, we ended up finding this address. When we got there we were told that today it was a Christmas buffet and that we were going to help ourselves, no worries. this level but hey 35€ for that is exaggerated. The starter was "ok" a bit of carrot salad, celery, cabbage, pâté and salmon. The dish: 3 possible choices, doe stew, pollock fillet or filet mignon, there were 4 of us and we were able to try the 3 possibilities, nothing transcendent, for my part I took the filet mignon, the meat was dry and the sauce that came with it had no taste. In summary, an expensive meal of lower quality, I really do not recommend.

Plus one of the waitresses drops a glass of soda, so it happens but at the very least it means saying sorry..

06/09/2024: Fries are often cold and the salad is rotten for the second time in a row.
Today the new charging station does not mention the menu that I have in the application wanting to pay through the application it does not work wait 5 minutes for a payment at the checkout and that a person supposedly rushing past you I find the U-turn unacceptable and nothing ordered.
Fed up with this incompetence!
03/09/2024: the large fries are always half full, the hamburgers are tiny, you should think about changing your employees to put in more competent people because everyone is complaining about this McDonald's which is really bad.

03/09/2024: Were on the terrace on Sunday after the boat trip. We were able to get a free table in the shade under the trees. Our waitress was a bit stressed, but friendly and attentive. The drinks and food were served promptly. We enjoyed the tarte flambée and the salad with goat cheese. The prices are absolutely fine for this location. Gladly again.

07/07/2024: Restaurant to avoid!!! Inside it smelled musty, we were all alone in the restaurant. The tartes flambées were not good, the cheese in the gratin was dripping and yellow, the mushrooms let's not talk about it, they had a very strange smell. The cans of Coke had expired since November 2023. The Vacherins look like tires. The boss was super rude to us, making excuses instead of making us worry.
The only positive point are the two people who work there, super nice and do everything to make us satisfied.
