09/05/2026: Very expensive for what you get. Dishes were barely warm. Very small portions. The new potatoes had clearly been cooked for a long time... undoubtedly reheated. Not recommended.

The dishes are absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor, and the cocktails are simply extraordinary. A must-try! A little tip: I would love to see Borgoña on the menu someday... 19/04/2026: What a fantastic discovery this restaurant is, located on the 7th floor of the Sofitel hotel! You step out of the elevator and into the restaurant, and you're immediately struck by the experience; you know it's going to be extraordinary! The view is breathtaking, and we were perfectly seated to fully appreciate it. The service was exceptional, attentive without being intrusive. The entire staff was incredibly kind, and the dishes were served at perfect timing—neither too fast nor too slow. We had time to eat, savor the meal, and chat. As for the meal itself, we opted for the €89 set menu. Clearly, it's not a price we could afford regularly, but we thoroughly enjoyed every single dish shown in the photos. The portion sizes were perfect. I'm quite a big eater, and there's always the worry of leaving this kind of restaurant feeling like I haven't had enough. Clearly, that wasn't the case here; each dish was perfectly portioned. We left the meal feeling full but not heavy. I also want to thank the restaurant for the thoughtful touch at the end of our meal: small appetizers and a marzipan plaque wishing us a happy anniversary (wedding). Simply flawless! We will return as soon as possible with the greatest pleasure, perhaps one evening to enjoy the sunset with that magnificent view.

14/04/2026: We went to Chez Gilda last Saturday and were absolutely thrilled. The restaurant is only open three evenings a week, so you should definitely arrive promptly at 7 pm to avoid a long wait. We had the famous Panisse Marseillaise, octopus salad, prawns, hummus, and fish. The octopus salad was especially delicious, a 12/10, and the other dishes were also excellent, perfectly seasoned and prepared. Plus, it was very reasonably priced, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual, right on the street, with warm weather and plenty of laughter and good conversation. We highly recommend this place.

05/04/2026: A very good restaurant. I've been a regular for many years and often get takeout. The quality is excellent and consistent. Just a word of caution about the calamari salad: I barely had any dressing last time (perhaps they forgot). A very good place to eat.

30/12/2025: Always a top-notch welcome. Delicious pastries, but for me, my heart is completely won over by their chocolates—a special mention for the dark/raspberry ones. I go several times a month; don't hesitate to call them for any special requests.
