05/09/2026: The owner is incredibly kind, even to children. The ingredients are top-quality, with an honorable mention for Le Pariesien, simple but very successful, with exceptional bread. The hotdog is less special (I would have preferred a German-style sausage), but it's still saved by the sauces. The fries are amazing.

30/08/2026: The owner gave us a very warm welcome. We ordered three pan bagnat sandwiches and thoroughly enjoyed them. They used only fresh ingredients, and the pan bagnat was generous and true to the original recipe. The prices were reasonable. If you're passing through town, this is a place to remember.

01/10/2026: Classic and generous, a brasserie like they used to be – 5/5 My experience at Le Wilson was very satisfying. It's a spacious, bright establishment with tasteful decor that retains the charm of a traditional Provençal brasserie. We opted for the house burger and a salad. First and foremost, the generous portions stand out, noticeably larger than average, without compromising on quality. The burger, well-made and juicy, is accompanied by natural-cut fries, perfectly fried, and a fresh, well-dressed salad. Local, honest, and well-prepared ingredients. We ate on the outdoor terrace overlooking Boulevard Georges Clemenceau. It's a prime location for observing the city's atmosphere, although the proximity to traffic generates a certain level of noise during peak hours. The interior of the restaurant, as well as the covered and heated rooftop terrace, offer a more intimate and tranquil setting, highly recommended for a leisurely meal. Attentive and efficient service, a friendly atmosphere, and excellent value for money. A solid establishment in Arles that we will definitely return to.

09/09/2026: Everything was perfect! We had dinner last night, risotto and ribeye steak, both very good. The owner was very professional and had a nice, lighthearted sense of humor, like the names of the dishes on the menu. The waitress was also very kind and attentive. Thank you! We live in Paris, but we'll definitely keep this address in mind.

09/08/2026: The setting isn't anything special, but the culinary journey is incredible. The ingredients are fresh. You can see and taste it when you eat, because you don't just eat, you savor. The dishes are prepared with immense skill and meticulous attention to presentation. The welcome and service are impeccable. The staff is very attentive and caring. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely return.

14/10/2026: A very pleasant meal marred by poor service. The food itself was excellent: the dishes were high-quality and well-prepared. However, the dining experience was very disappointing. We spent 2 hours and 10 minutes at the table for just a starter and a main course. We had to ask for water, and our meals were clearly forgotten without anyone seeming to care or monitor the service. When we inquired again, we were simply told there was a computer problem affecting only our table, without the slightest apology. It's a real shame, given the potential of the food.

03/10/2026: For my first private birthday party at this unique little restaurant, the tapas aperitif was simply sumptuous. From tenders in homemade Thai herb sauce to risottos flambéed with Ricard, followed by homemade desserts, we had one of the best evenings of recent late summer.
