27/07/2026: Café Du Commerce is without a doubt the most authentic French restaurant in the wider area that we have visited. The spacious terrace under the plane trees, overlooking the petanque courts, is truly picturesque. The grilled dishes are delicious and served promptly. What makes this restaurant extra special are the owners: honest, professional, and warm people who run their business with passion and make their guests feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommended for anyone on holiday in this region!

22/07/2026: Beautiful place and the meal was perfect. Be aware that the coconut ice cream isn't always delivered 😉. Seriously, a quintessential Provençal spot where the service is also top-notch. A lovely break at lunchtime to go for lunch. I highly recommend it.

01/08/2026: A tiny restaurant tucked away on a side street near the Rotonde, but the food is of exceptional quality. The cuisine is refined and flavorful, with dishes freshly prepared individually. The LucLac beef is simply divine! The portions are a bit higher than elsewhere, but the quality is far superior to other restaurants of its kind. I highly recommend it if you enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine...

08/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. We were able to have lunch on their terrace. Be sure to book in advance if you want to be seated there. The staff is very attentive, from the young woman serving us to the gentleman behind the bar who gives a very warm welcome. The meal was excellent, with delicious dishes. We've included photos. We'll be back. I've included photos of the food and the terrace.

14/07/2026: Always a good time, smiling and pleasant staff. It's a shame, we had dinner there last night, and the heat was barely bearable. We asked to be moved because we were seated right next to the glass door. The answer was no. Yet half the restaurant was supposed to be empty. The waitress admitted she was suffocating. We almost left before drinks. All we had to do was open the door to let in some air. Sorry, it wasn't a good experience. We won't be back. No management, no attention to customers. What a shame.

12/07/2026: Unsurprisingly, it's still top-notch! Thanks to Morgane (among others) for her unfailing smile and friendliness. In 2026, the new waiters (and waitresses) and the head waiter (who was promoted) are still very friendly. Same comment about the lukewarm waffle... Very good, fast and very friendly service, excellent meat cooked to perfection; the new owners are very welcoming; no intrusive music, plenty of space between the tables, in short, impeccable. Just one small point: the dessert waffles are almost cold (served on a slate; a warmed plate would be better).

30/07/2026: Very disappointing service tonight; the organization needs improvement. > I regularly come to this restaurant, and while everything isn't perfect, this is the first time the experience has been so disastrous. The only customer in the dining room around 8:30 pm, it took me almost 30 minutes to leave with a simple sandwich. > The two staff members on duty completely prioritized delivery orders, leaving me waiting several times in the middle of my order being prepared. It's a shame to let the restaurant's reputation suffer because of such poor management and task allocation by tonight's team. I hope things will return to normal on my next visits.

21/08/2026: This restaurant, ideally located on the harbor, offers high-quality seafood platters. The portions were a bit small, however; it's the first time we've had room for dessert after our platter. A shame, considering the price.

16/08/2026: Excellent restaurant on the port of Cassis! A very warm welcome, a magnificent setting, fast service, and above all… fresh, high-quality ingredients! Shellfish, Breton lobster: everything was excellent. Finally, a real restaurant that showcases beautiful, fresh produce. A wonderful discovery! I highly recommend it! 👌

27/06/2026: We celebrated my sweetheart's surprise 25th birthday. We booked the room for 40 people with the €25/person cocktail reception package. The buffet was excellent and homemade; we thoroughly enjoyed it. There was more than enough food, and it was replenished at just the right time by the waitress who was taking care of us. The cakes were excellent; we had chocolate and speculoos, and we loved them. The team at Pajuto is exceptional, attentive, and responsive. They made our evening perfect. Everyone was delighted. A huge thank you to the entire Pajuto team; it was a wonderful evening. And a special mention to the waitress who took such good care of us with the buffet, cakes, and drinks from the fridge. She was incredibly professional, with excellent interpersonal and practical skills, always kind and smiling. A huge thank you! And a big thank you to the manager of Pajuto who answered every call and question, who was always there for us whenever we needed to come to the venue to help with preparations, and who was always there to assist us. 10/08/2026: We must not have gone on the right night. The welcome was very friendly. We ordered two rare rib-eye steaks with fries. The service was very pleasant. However, the first cut revealed frozen meat (recognizable by its texture) and, to make matters worse, overcooked. The fries had clearly been soaked several times. It's a shame the chef's skill level didn't match the waiter's friendliness.

04/07/2026: The best place to eat in Aix-en-Provence for a reasonable price while still being guaranteed a delicious meal! My personal favorite is the shawarma, which for me is undoubtedly the best sandwich in Aix in terms of taste, price, and generous fillings. The chef is also very friendly. I highly recommend it!
