23/09/2024: Bonne trouvaille lors de notre séjour à Carry-le-Rouet. Comme nous n'avions pas trouvé de "restaurant" à notre goût à Carry-le-Rouet l'année derniere,et que nous avions envie d'explorer Sausset-les-Pins, nous avons fait une sympathique trouvaille cette année, et pour finir, nous y avons été 3 fois à pied de Carry...malgré les grands vents de ce mi-septembre. Bons tapas de la mer, très bonnes moules et bon accueil du patron et de son équipe..... What else...? Nous reviendrons loger en septembre 2025 pour 15 jours à Sausset-les-Pins, cette fois-ci...et nous reviendrons encore dans ce resto sympathique.

30/08/2024: Enceinte de 9 mois sous les grosses chaleurs, Je prend quand même mon courage à deux mains pour mon anniversaire en sortant avec mon compagnon de notre grotte pour aller manger un plat de moules au roquefort au bord de l’eau, Une idée que j’avais en tête depuis des jours et dont je rêvais la nuit. Étant au cœur de la Provence, On décide d’aller à Sausset les Pins sur les conseils d’une amie sans savoir à quoi s’attendre. Après quelques pas on tombe sur « l’Ocean ». Il y a du monde, Ça sent bon et les sourires sont présents sur les visages des clients, PARFAIT. Seul bémol : Plus de place en bord de terrasse, et manger sous cette chaleur en intérieur ou même simplement au centre d’autres tables me paraît compliqué, Donc nous décidons de faire un tour et de revenir. On nous trouve une table sympa, entre la terrasse et l’intérieur, mais très au centre de la terrasse. J’explique gentiment que ça ira, on m’amène des cartes pour que je puisse me faire de l’air, Le serveur, la runneuse et la patronne sont aux petits soins avec moi et m’amènent immédiatement une grande carafe d’eau alors même que je ne sais pas si mon état va me permettre de rester manger. Une table pour 4 s’en va en bordure de terrasse et le personnel ainsi que la patronne décident de nous y placer bien sûr nous ne soyons que deux ! De vrais anges. Ainsi j’ai pu manger mes moules au roquefort au bord de l’eau, mon compagnon a prit l’assiette de tapas de la mer qui étaient superbe ! Tout était parfait, l’endroit, l’équipe, les assiettes, Pour sûr nous reviendrons souvent !

04/07/2025: The tapas are really good and the restaurant is pleasant, hence the 4 stars! However, do not trust the menus in Google photos because they are no longer up to date. This is a tapas bar and not a restaurant with "unique" dishes!

04/07/2025: We came in May when I left I said I was going to write a review as I had enjoyed it but I forgot then I remembered the delicious sea bream ceviche and here I am 2 months later with my 5 stars.

01/02/2026: Shopping mall with a wide variety of stores. Access to the parking lot is poor and slow.

31/01/2026: The parking lot pay stations. Too few and, above all, too slow. In the 21st century, you should be able to pay in 3 seconds; here, it takes 3 minutes. Everyone is complaining.

04/01/2026: Fast service with staff who were attentive, discreet, and responsive. Regarding the quality of the meal, there wasn't a single flaw: we ordered the Cours du Théâtre salad and the foie gras mille-feuille, linguine with bottarga, and monkfish medallions. The appetizers and main courses were generous, and the cooking was perfectly executed. The dishes were refined, flawlessly prepared, and beautifully presented. We were blown away by the dessert: a clementine and yuzu entremet on a Breton shortbread base—excellent! Highly recommended.

21/12/2025: Absolutely excellent. What a delight! Everything we ate reflected the quality of the ingredients, the generosity, and the expertise. Thank you for giving us such pleasure with dishes that we have rarely had the opportunity to experience at this level of taste, price, and quality.

14/12/2025: I've been to this restaurant five times before and I usually appreciate it for the quality of the meat and the service. Unfortunately, this past Saturday I was disappointed. The service was rather mediocre, the wait for the main course was very long, the ribeye steak wasn't up to par, and the person in charge of the brazier in the center of the restaurant was very nervous around the customers. Furthermore, the presence of children near the brazier was inappropriate. This is just my personal opinion.

29/08/2024: A beautiful shaded terrace, nice food, a reasonable price. Everything is there to have a good time. I would just note as a slight defect a service that could be improved. But there were a lot of people that evening. Plus a large parking lot in the shade right in front.

Une décoration juste incroyable, un repas succulent, un service pétillant de joie..... je pourrai en dire encore mais je ne peux que vous conseiller de vous y rendre. 11/12/2024: I'm not a fan of reviewing the places I frequent, but this time I'm angry. The price of take-out portions borders on indecency given the content. Disappointment shared by my friend who called me at dinner time to share his unpleasant surprise at the value for money of the portions. The young waiters are friendly and its manager (it seems) should follow the example because when you make fun of the customers you do it with politeness and a smile. Our taste buds, accustomed to Asian flavors, were not seduced either.
