The welcome was warm and pleasant.
We also chose to have lunch there and were all served together (there were 16 of us).
The dishes were excellent, simple and beautifully presented, as were the desserts.

18/08/2026: Google said it was open, but when we got there, it was clearly closed. Disappointed not to be able to try this restaurant and to have come all this way for nothing! I even tried calling, but the answering machine was only in French.

17/08/2026: The pizzas weren't amazing, to be honest, but they were okay. The servers were super friendly and very welcoming. They really enjoyed our meal. So it's worth it, you'll leave with a smile!

NO WAY CLEAN.
Rubbish, unprofessional; we had to wash our own cutlery. The price was low considering the quality, thankfully.

11/09/2026: The boss is very unpleasant and spoke to us very rudely. I understand that the end of the season is difficult, but that's no reason to be insulted.
04/09/2026: We had a delicious lunch of aioli with the catch of the day. Ours was swordfish! It was accompanied by local drinks to suit all tastes.
We thoroughly enjoyed it.
Highly recommended.

09/08/2026: Double espresso with a splash of milk, cow's milk! (double hazelnuts, basically) with two slices of bread, tomato sauce, and a drizzle of olive oil, all for 15 euros 😳 In short, any Spaniard's breakfast for 3.5 euros (and I'm being generous). How did we get to this point?!? I don't think they even know themselves. I pay, vowing never to set foot on that terrace in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Marseille again…

25/08/2026: We went to La Siesta to end the week with a couple of friends and had a great evening with a band called What Else who created an amazing atmosphere!!! The waiters were smiling and looked fantastic with their suspenders, in short, a great place to have a good time.

Everything was perfect: delivery on time, excellent meal (appetizers, menu, and dessert), and very generous portions. I absolutely recommend this establishment.

11/09/2026: The location is superb. The service staff are friendly. However, the restaurant prices are truly exorbitant compared to the quality served. The dishes are bland and greasy, the desserts are very average, and the wine by the glass is very expensive. What a shame!
