10/12/2025: This McDonald's has gone downhill! Two orders in two weeks. And nothing but mistakes. The first order was a disaster. Wrong burgers. Missing nuggets, missing sauces! And tonight we placed another order, added a small fish ketchup, it wasn't even on the receipt... very slow service.

02/12/2025: Disappointed with the food, undercooked steak, slow service and an indifferent waiter, I do not recommend it.

20/08/2025: We found this place very well located, right in the tourist area, but the experience was downhill... the menu is only in French, and the blonde waitress was very rude when we tried to communicate in: English, Spanish, and Italian. It was a problem just getting drinks, so we understood it would be even more difficult when ordering food. Not recommended at all!!!👎

04/12/2024: More than a year ago, my mother went to see the head of the dermatologist department about an exgrowth on her forehead. She reprimanded him, telling him that she was taking up his time and that of the hospital. She didn't even hide it. The session that he had to pay for as a liberal was nevertheless billed to him. Today she just had this exgrowth removed by a “good” private dermatologist. We have just received the analysis results, it is CANCER!!! She will have to have another operation to dig and investigate if additional treatment is needed. My mother is going to be disfigured. This could have been dealt with earlier and with less serious consequences, if this INCOMPETENT head of dermatologist department had done her job instead of dwelling for 20 minutes on working conditions etc and then being paid €55. It's shameful. That day, I accompanied my mother and I also had an appointment with the head of department who behaved in the same way towards me.

18/11/2025: A dream location for this private beach situated at the beginning of the Kennedy Corniche. However, the place needs some maintenance, especially the very rusty metalwork. Sun lounger prices are quite high outside of peak season, and the owner isn't very friendly... But hey, the view quickly makes you forget all that!

14/10/2025: Avoid!!! Terrible service and very, very mediocre pizzas. What a shame for such a beautiful place.

20/12/2025: A chicken curry with a tomato base and potatoes—what was the point of this creation? As for the goat cheese and honey, you can taste neither honey nor goat cheese; very disappointing…

15/11/2025: The pizzas are fine. However, don't mess up the points; after 3 months and ONE day, the free points are gone. (November 15th) I've been a customer for years; my last order on August 14th was around 60 euros, but oh well, no freebie. Small customers aren't worth much; it's the price of success. The phone reception today was disdainful. Bravo.

09/12/2024: Friendliness not expected from a brunette waitress. To get a smile that leaves something to be desired. Also regarding the 2 other waitresses. We see that he doesn't like customers to flee!!! And what's more, this long-haired brunette waitress takes customers on high without ever seeing them. And the other waitress with glasses blows to give the dishes to the customer.. and a blonde at the cash register and totally unpleasant she just said to her colleague I'm hungry, hello or nothing!!!! To flee, to flee!!! I recommend Columbus Vitrolles!!!!

While my mother was taking her order as she usually does in other stores without worry, here, an employee (or even the manager, I don't know) took the liberty of waving his hand in front of my mother's eyes. mother to make her “react”, rather than just ask her nicely what to do next. The service and welcome there are deplorable. I think that some people should be better trained in customer service because regardless of the person, disabled or not, you don't wave your hand like that...it's neither professional nor civilized and all the more hurtful in our case . 20/01/2026: A disgrace to this McDonald's! On Saturday evening, January 17th, I bought a meal for a young homeless man. He was clean and well-presented, a well-mannered young man who had been dealt a harsh hand by life. The staff asked him to leave, even though it was cold outside, claiming he had been staying in the "restaurant" for two days, until 10 PM, the establishment's closing time. Shame on you! I hope you run into trouble and end up like this young man, on the street, with no one to help you. There is no humanity left in this country.

25/11/2025: Where to begin… When I arrived, two employees were smoking outside the shop—nothing dramatic, everyone's entitled to a break. So I placed my order with the person inside. • The chicken salad looked far from fresh: the grated carrots were dry, giving the impression that it wasn't fresh. • The chicken and mozzarella panini was served to me by another employee who was returning from her cigarette break. She first mopped the floor and then picked up the mop by hand before taking my panini directly, which hadn't even had time to heat up. The employee who took my order was supposed to tell me when the panini would be ready. The result: a cold panini and a salad that looked like it was from the day before. I did, however, get a greeting, a thank you, and a "bon appétit," but the experience was clearly disappointing.

08/12/2025: You're a disgrace to the people of Marseille! The food is awful! Even the mussels and fries! Tiny mussels, more than half of them closed, and the sauce was disgusting! The toilets didn't flush and were full of urine… Over €90 for this?! We beg you tourists, go somewhere else; our city is beautiful and welcoming!

03/12/2025: Dishonest restaurant owner. Poorly explained menu. Dry fish with a strong taste that didn't seem fresh. I've never paid €22 for a plate of mussels marinière when most of the shells were empty! A rip-off. You're paying for the view. Furthermore, the restaurant only takes cash. €70 without drinks for 2 adults and 1 child. Avoid at all costs. A shame because the location is great.
