19/08/2024: The room was full of live and dead mosquitoes...on the walls and curtains...the guy at the reception in the afternoon was lovely, but the guy in the morning was just the opposite, he had a bad face when we told him it was over. orange juice...there was also little oil in the oil jug and we didn't dare ask for it...and when we left to return the hotel key card I had to wait at least 5 minutes because there was no one at reception...

19/08/2024: Dirty room air conditioning makes noise and doesn't work

02/09/2024: Totem for order = dirty No easel available, it turns out that they are not collected and therefore monopolize empty tables that we think are occupied. Tables = dirty 50 minutes of waiting, many of us found ourselves at the checkout calling out to the overwhelmed staff BUT the wait was normal given the number of staff present. Trays which remained for many minutes on the counter where some people even “bite” into them while waiting. Some people brought back their cold fries, then reserved them with cold ones which came back again... Cold fries that I saw being put back in the fries dish!!! Do you want some fries, here they are, on the floor, near the drinks machine... A Nutella ice cream ordered with wafer supplement (wafer absent, too bad, we're not close to that anymore) My dissatisfaction goes towards the management of this restaurant, the staff gave, I think, the maximum given the number of unhappy customers. Limited may be the drive or the room. Quick closed at 8 p.m. the week before due to lack of staff

01/09/2024: There is a real management problem, understaffing, endless waiting (2-3 employees to manage a KFC alone, etc.). The ice machine that never works, half of the menu that is not available... KFC in total decline, I pity the employees...

08/07/2025: A little disappointed with our restaurant experience. The food was rather disappointing because the quality wasn't up to scratch. The burger was very classic, the fries were industrial, and the gnocchi were not very refined. Furthermore, we were really disappointed by the staff, who were very unwelcoming. The value for money is disappointing.

03/07/2025: I expected nothing but I'm still disappointed, we'll start with the wine, a white nothing special without any flavor they don't even present us with the bottle during service and even worse the waiter serves us the glasses on the fly he barely gives us a glance (it's not as if there were people to serve in addition) for my beef tartare it lacks seasoning oxidized meat moreover given the speed of service and the pieces of meat I strongly doubt that it is made with a knife with that a salad without sauce just placed on the plate and fries from the freezer we left having just the impression of having paid for the setting of the port, I strongly advise against it you are taken for a walking wallet

09/09/2024: Eravamo a Arles per la 'Feria di Riz' e, come al solito, abbiamo dato un'occhiata alle recensioni TripAdvisor per pranzare. Tra i tanti locali recensiti abbiamo deciso per questo cafè-restaurant in pieno centro. E abbiamo azzeccato la scelta! Abbiamo mangiato due 'Confit de cuisse de canard' (Confit di coscia d'anatra), due patatine fritte e due insalate miste. Poi 2 dolci: una 'Creme Brulée a la vanille bourbon' e un 'Soufflé yosu avec chantilly'. Bevuto due birre e presi 2 caffè espressi. Tutto davvero ottimo. Spesi euro 44,50. Rapporto qualità/prezzo più che ottimo. Se poi ci aggiungiamo la gentilezza e simpatia del cameriere, la caratteristicità del locale e l'aria tipicamente arlesiana che ci si respira, é sicuramente da provare. Vivamente consigliato! Dimenticavo: il bagno è pulitissimo (noi teniamo all'igiene)

04/09/2024: Un espace convivial au centre d'Arles. Terrasse ombragée, le service incluant le déplacement de parasol en fonction du soleil. Service rapide et souriant. Carte réduite mais de qualité. Excellents desserts.

28/09/2024: We had the mussels, they were really good. Fast service. Nice servers.

22/09/2024: The food was good and tasty but a very terrible service. We waited for 1.5 hours for the starter to arrive. The waiter forgot what we ordered because he did not write anything down. We were a group of 4 people and the main course was not served for the whole group together. When the last 2 plates arrived, the first two had already finished eating. All people in the restaurant were complaining for the long wait.

01/11/2024: Restaurant permanently closed!! While you can book on their site. No indication of closure. We had nothing to do with it. Very disappointed. It’s the least we can do to indicate that it’s closed.

12/10/2024: We booked and received a booking confirmation. Arrived in front of a closed restaurant.

04/02/2026: I was frankly disappointed with this McDonald's McCrispy I ordered today. The chicken had a huge bone inside. I complained to the manager, who had the audacity to tell me it was normal for chicken to have bones. She didn't even have the professionalism to say, "I'm sorry, Madam, for this inconvenience; we'll make you a new one right away." Shame on this manager!

05/12/2024: Very good atmosphere Excellent pizza Welcoming and very pleasant staff We ate on the covered terrace under the heat lamps which was very pleasant. (also possible to eat indoors or on an uncovered terrace)

02/11/2024: We were particularly disappointed by the service: the waiter was unpleasant as soon as we arrived, giving the impression that our presence bothered him.

16/11/2025: We had a drink on the terrace at this bar. The terrace is very pleasant, with a magnificent view of Marseille, and it's very quiet. The service was a little slow, however, despite it being very quiet when we went. The non-alcoholic cocktails we ordered were excellent!

15/11/2025: We shared lunch at Captain Bar. The view is incredible, but that doesn't justify such prices. €25 for a club sandwich and €9 for a Coke. The dessert platter is generous, but they all taste the same :-) The service is mediocre. And the coffee doesn't even come with a little snack… what a shame. A mixed experience.

01/02/2026: Avoid this place. Tourist trap. The food was frozen and very poorly thawed. For this price, you can find much better elsewhere. Aside from the view, this place is a restaurant in name only. Check the TripAdvisor reviews... I should have looked beforehand...

01/02/2026: Absolutely avoid this place. We were disappointed on all fronts: food, service, and hygiene. A "pre-packaged" and industrial-style kitchen. Don't be fooled by the chalkboards mentioning "fresh produce." It's a complete surprise; taste is optional. You have to pay extra for a sauce with your dish or even for honey on your Camembert... The Camembert was white, barely melted, and lukewarm. The panna cotta was a diluted powder mix. Furthermore, the waitress insisted heavily on differentiating the sea bream from the "set menu" and the "à la carte" option. Upon arrival, the plates were identical. Does this imply that the set menu item is less premium or less fresh? Very suspicious. Invisible once we've finished eating: As soon as we've finished, we become intruders. We had to ask six different servers for a carafe of water. Since we were no longer "profitable," they showed no consideration whatsoever: we finally received the bare minimum of three glasses after much insistence. Atmosphere and hygiene: The waitress became irritated as soon as we asked to split the bill. As for cleanliness, the waiter shook crumb-covered placemats directly onto the chairs of future customers. The interior of the dining room is also quite subpar. They charge you for every single condiment, which is tasteless, while making it clear that you're taking up space at the table once you've finished dessert. Avoid this place.

27/11/2025: Outrageous. We ate in the cold, in the middle of November, because there was simply no heating. The appetizers were dry and rubbery, the main courses cold and of very poor quality. Furthermore, the hygiene was appalling: the place was filthy. Absolutely avoid this place.

22/11/2025: This restaurant leaves much to be desired. The atmosphere is far from welcoming, and it's freezing cold; we had to eat in our jackets. The buffet is nothing special, the wok dishes are mediocre, and the cleanliness is appalling. I wouldn't recommend using the restrooms. Basically, spend your money somewhere worthwhile.

26/07/2025: The tennis club managers are below par. I've never seen clay courts in this state; it's shameful! The mother and son are as friendly as prison doors... Stay away.

25/06/2025: A poor experience. The clay courts are in poor condition. Children run around, shout, and interrupt matches to ask when the court will be free. We've been playing on clay for years, and I don't understand why a tennis club that claims to be of a certain standing would neglect its courts and the welcoming and practice environment to such an extent.
