22/01/2026: I just saw the negative reviews about this establishment… I find it very strange. I come here very often, and on the contrary, the welcome has always been very warm and pleasant, and the value for money is perfectly in line with expectations. I can even say that the curries, which are my favorite dish, are much better and more generous than before. I don't know who is behind these messages (which are all rather similar…), but they don't reflect reality at all.

29/12/2025: Worst sushi of my life in Aix. The waiter was awful, didn't offer wasabi or ginger, had a sour look on his face, and didn't even say thank you or welcome. The worst part was when he started watching TikToks loudly behind the counter. The sushi was bland, the wasabi had no flavor whatsoever. A huge disappointment.

01/12/2024: Service is awful. Staff is friendly but has trouble with maintaining accuracy of drink orders and minimal crowd.

28/12/2025: We arrived at the restaurant at 1:00 PM, and no one came to seat us. We had to ask ourselves if we could be seated. We finally got our menus 20 minutes later, after asking a waiter. The food was served an hour and a half later! I had to go inside to complain! This is unacceptable, especially since other people (who arrived after us) were served before us, and we were with a child! The waiters pretend not to look at you when you signal to them and couldn't care less about your complaints. AVOID THIS PLACE! Only one waiter was friendly; the others were very arrogant.

27/12/2025: They refused to refill my water bottle even though I'd eaten a crepe there! They lectured me about how they pay for the water. How pathetic!

14/01/2026: Absolutely horrible. The restaurant was completely empty, everything was broken, and the hygiene was appalling. The toilets didn't even flush; everything just accumulated. The waitress was on her phone and told us she was finishing her meal before taking our order. It was a nightmare. They added extra things to the bill and made us pay for bread and a jug of water because we were tourists and didn't speak French. It was simply robbery. You ruined our trip and disgusted us.

We wanted to have a simple coffee at 6 a.m., and despite customers already seated on the terrace (obviously regulars), we were curtly refused without any politeness. The owner didn't even say hello, brushing us off as if we were bothering him. No consideration for passing visitors. Deplorable welcome — I do not recommend this establishment at all.

08/12/2024: Last night, my friend and I ordered 2 banh bao, pho soup and caramel pork. It was good but we had a lot of trouble digesting and had cramps… This morning I woke up sick with excruciating stomach aches (I'll let you imagine what happened in the bathroom☠️) and my girlfriend the same. Besides, it's been two days and I still have unpleasant stomach cramps.

29/09/2024: Unfriendly waiter who places the dish on the empty table behind when only two people on a table of 5 heard him announce the dish to be put on the table and pushes the customers before asking for forgiveness when he wants to navigate between the tables. (we thank the other two servers out of three who were much more friendly)

28/09/2024: First time as a family and unfortunately the last. The staff is very nice and the place is really nice, but the meat is really not good. I had to send back the ordered steak, I couldn't even cut it with the meat knife. So I had a hamburger steak which was terrible. And sadly for me even the sugar crepe wasn't good! Dry, very dry. Too bad, very disappointed 😞

11/12/2024: Good morning My experience of the day and the following: When we entered your store, I had to deal with hostesses who were joking among themselves and who did not know how to answer my questions about the contents of the sandwiches. Once I made my choice, the hostess dropped the sandwiches on the ground in their packaging and immediately charged me for them without asking the question of hygiene and without any embarrassment. It seems to me that before being the ambassadors of taste it would be better to be the ambassador of the good trader. The price of your formulas and the care you put in makes your brand a brand of service and greatly devalued by the behavior of your employees. Too bad you lose a customer. Be careful, hygiene is important in a business where food is prepared. I can't even imagine what's going on behind the scenes when we see this type of behavior in front of customers.

08/11/2025: The Too Good To Go baskets are disgusting. We ordered maki rolls as shown in the description on the app, but ended up with a mixture of stale tuna. We only ate the cucumber ones (8 out of 20 sushi) because we had nothing else to eat.

Room closed at 9:15 p.m. with all the employees on a smoke break on the bench outside on a Saturday evening, how is such an event possible on the most profitable evening of the week, McDo Rognac finished for me, heading to Fare les Oliviers from now on. Fed up with this McDonald's always having problems

27/09/2024: What a nice surprise this 12 p.m., a surprising welcome at the drive-thru, I almost believed it was a Relais et château, where I usually go, and yes the contrast MCDO and relay et château and even the starred ones . But after my order at the drive and this beautiful welcome I ask is it new? to be so well received? and yes a new manager (in training) who welcomes you, as long as it lasts, in any case well done because we like the MCDO or not but with this Welcome it's even better, we'll come back only for that
