30/08/2024: Very pleasant welcome, very informative course. Really nice and patient teacher. On the other hand, 11 for a sushi workshop, no personal work plan, we move around 2 stainless steel tables, half discussing and royally ignoring the instructions. When it's time to bring back your sushi, everything is mixed and you leave with the work of others, not necessarily the best works of art. My wife only eats vegetarians, I prepared some for her, proud of myself, and I couldn't bring her back, that sucks!! Experience to repeat but in private lesson.

31/08/2024: Very friendly welcome. From the aperitif to the dessert everything was perfect, very good. An excellent tarte flambée worthy of the brotherhood. Very good value for money. I recommend.

24/09/2024: A great discovery, an exceptional veal liver served with homemade pasta and to finish with a real homemade chocolate mousse, all this with a passionate boss. And to accompany that, very good service. Well done.

12/09/2024: We came for lunch. Very simple and warm welcome. Impeccable service. We were on the terrace. Extra. We chose the formulas of the day: soup, Bavarian tomatoes, 1/2 cockerel rösti salad, chocolate pear tiramisu with a Château Lamothe Mandrone 2020 then espressos. Excellent cuisine. Tasty, tasty. There is work. This excellent table is worth trying. No pretense here. Everything is authentic. We will come back. We highly recommend this beautiful establishment.

06/09/2024: Bar-brasserie which has managed to preserve all the authenticity of the place, the Café de la Poste and it's really nice to take a step back in time. The dishes are of excellent quality with a desire for homemade, fresh local produce. Special mention for cooking the duck breasts. Thank you for this good moment of sharing during an unplanned stop, keep it up.

31/07/2024: Nous avons souvent en France dans les "Arrières Pays" des lieux d'exception. Notre Pépite se situent au cœur des Vosges du Nord : le "Biergarten" en été et sa grande sœur le "Grès du marché" en hiver. Un endroit rêvé pour passer un moment romantique à 2, avec sa petite famille ou entre vrais amis.. accueillit chaleureusement par Estelle et Frédéric et leurs chers Enfants. On s'y sent magnifiquement bien. L'instant d'un repas est une ambiance de vacances mais aussi de déconnection totale où chaque détail est minutieusement pensé. 16/06/2024: Quel bel endroit magnifique village très bon restaurant très bon accueil des plats originaux magnifiques fraîcheur assurée présentation au top du début à la fin franchement j’y retournerai sans aucune hésitation. Très bon repas de fête des pères et amabilité du personnel. Un plaisir de vous revoir .

14/12/2024: A hotel that I visited with pleasure a few years ago for its inn with its aperitifs by the fire and whose service has changed a lot. The place is always clean and pleasant, the rooms comfortable even if a little old. On the other hand, on the catering side, it's a disaster, not informed that the restaurant was closed, we were treated to poor jars that were frankly mediocre reheated in the microwave... the breakfast was acceptable, except for all the bread and pastries which came out of the freezer. In short, I won't come back.

11/12/2024: We spent a very pleasant night in a comfortable and cozy bed Varied and quality breakfast We had the pleasure of making pressed oranges using a machine made available to us. A real treat

21/07/2024: Restaurant ,enfin si on peut appeler ça un restaurant,plus que basique!choix très limité,aucune suggestion ,aucun légume juste un minimun de salade avec l'andouillette (gigantesque!) frites .Appétit délicat fuyez!et pour finir mauvais café! seul point positf la gentillesse des serveuses .
