28/08/2024: Rude and discriminatory service I came on vacation to Biarritz and I had the bad idea of ​​stopping at this restaurant. As soon as I arrived, the waiter invited me in to consult the menu, even though the interior of the restaurant was empty with many free tables. Naturally, I ask him if there is room, to which he replies, laughing, with a big smile: “No no, there is no room. » Thinking he was joking, I sit down at a table. And then he comes back to tell me, still in a mocking tone: “No, no, miss, it’s reserved, there is no room. » What made this experience even more unpleasant is that I am Asian, and I couldn't help but wonder if this treatment was related to my origins. Why invite me into the restaurant to see the menu if it ends up refusing me a seat, when the restaurant was empty? This attitude is incomprehensible, disrespectful, and, unfortunately, it leaves a bitter taste of discrimination. I strongly advise against this restaurant to anyone looking for a welcome worthy of the name.

26/08/2024: I’m giving four stars because it’s a very small restaurant. It’s not child-friendly unless you sit on the terrace. Since we arrived at 9 PM, we managed to sit inside, bringing our baby along with the stroller. Overall, the prices are good and the food is tasty. The staff was friendly and attentive to details.

26/06/2024: Restaurant a éviter, car serveuse ne connaisse pas les cuissons et n'accepte pas la moindre remarque. Plat magret de canard demandé 2 fois car cuisson pas bonnes. Je demande un Chablis, plus de Chablis alors que non rayé sur la carte. Le même Champagne inscrit 2 fois a la carte, une fois a 50€ et une deuxième a 59,90€ et nous le fais payer a 59,90€ malgré notre interpellation, et un aveu de la serveuse indiquant que le patron reconnaît avoir fait une erreur. Je trouve ça inadmissible.

21/06/2024: Restaurant très sympa, on y mange très bien, bon rapport qualité/prix dans un endroit assez cosy et calme; un très bon accueil, c'est bien simple j'y mange avec mes enfants ou des amis quasiment toutes les semaines !!

13/09/2024: Being in Bignoux with my partner we ate Thursday evening this evening, we simply enjoyed the food is excellent from starter to dessert🥰. The welcome is top notch. When we come back to the area, we will be very happy to eat in this restaurant again. PS the homemade whipped cream is a real delight. Thank you for your warm and kind welcome

03/12/2024: Ici au bureau, on rentre et c'est ambiance anglo-saxone. Entre New York et Toronto Les plats sont délicieux et la carte des cocktails sans ou avec alcool à tomber par terre. Les salariés font régner une super ambiance la bas. Jamais déçu ou peut être de l'addition. Un poil chère. Mais tout y est A la hauteur. On comprends pourquoi et comment ils résistent à Del Arte

30/09/2024: Nous sommes venus tôt (18h30) un mercredi en semaine, le personnel était super cool et la nourriture parfaite. La musique n'est pas si forte que ça, la salle est décorée avec soin. Nous reviendrons

02/06/2024: endroit super, la musique est génial également, mais alors la raison pour laquelle je ne retournerai jamais dans cet endroit, c’est le videur. En sortant, voulant fumer, une cigarette, il nous a mis un coup de pression, donc je suis allé simplement lui poser la question du pourquoi du comment, et il m’a directement agressé verbalement. Je trouve ça inadmissible de m’être un videur comme celui-ci, pour que vous puissiez le reconnaître, c’était le samedi 2 juin vers 1h du matin. Cette personne est censée assurer la sécurité de tout le monde et là c’est directement lui qui provoque les embrouilles. Je suis vraiment déçue car j’adore ce bar mais pour que j’y revienne il faut absolument changer de videur. En plus en regardant les avis je vois que je ne suis pas la seule à me plaindre, il faut donc prendre une décision immédiate.

28/03/2024: Petit déjeuner très complet, avec de très bons produits, locaux et frais. Personnel accueillant et très sympathique. Très joli décor également, nous avons passé un excellent moment. Je recommande fortement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

28/03/2024: Endroit parfait pour un moment entre amis, nous avons été très bien accueillis par le peronnel souriant et très aimable, je recommande mille fois! Gros + pour le petit déjeuner qui est plus que copieux et délicieux!
