15/02/2026: We just enjoyed the Valentine's Day menu, and we were absolutely delighted, from the canapés to the petit four (homemade fruit jellies). The dishes were divine. The seasoning, the cooking times, the blend of flavors, and above all, the quality of the ingredients—everything was perfectly executed. We wanted to congratulate the entire team, both the kitchen and the service staff! Well done, and keep up the good work! I highly recommend Les Sources Du Moulin and Le Bonnet d’Âne. The octopus was magnificent, beautifully cooked, generous, nothing to complain about, and the Corsican platter was fantastic!
