The octopus was magnificent, beautifully cooked, generous, nothing to complain about, and the Corsican platter was fantastic! The seasoning, the cooking times, the blend of flavors, and above all, the quality of the ingredients—everything was perfectly executed. We had the special Valentine's Day truffle menu, which perfectly reflected the restaurant's style. The six courses served in this truffle menu were delicious and surprising. 16/02/2026: If you're looking for a restaurant that's both friendly and refined, Le Moussaillon is perfect for you. We booked a table for a belated Valentine's Day dinner, and the setting is magnificent: blues and jazz music playing softly in the background, dim lighting… it was perfect. The food is delicious and homemade: we opted for the foie gras, squid, and floating island dessert. The foie gras was excellent, the best I've ever had. The dessert was incredible: a cloud on top of homemade crème anglaise. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is impeccable. We had a wonderful evening; thank you for the warm welcome. Next time, we'll come for lunch to enjoy the view. See you soon!
