06/10/2026: Not having time to choose your pizza and having to force yourself to take what you don't want because they're in a hurry to get the order processed, barely disappointed at first. I didn't even want to try one. And they'll respond to this bad review by saying I was drunk, just like with the other bad reviews they've received, because they don't accept criticism. And considering the other comments I've read, I'm glad I left before ordering. If you hate working Sunday evenings at 8 pm, change jobs or close on Sundays, thank you. I think it's more likely that you're the ones with a frustration and feel compelled to vent on people who give their opinions. We only have to look at your reviews. You drown out the bad ones with the good ones so we don't see anything. Of course, I'm unhappy, and I say so whether you like it or not. But I also say it when it's good. Like the other comments mentioned before, you don't accept criticism. Furthermore, there were excessive wait times and you were impolite to boot.

05/06/2026: A two-night stay at this very well-located hotel, perfect for exploring the area, as we did, partly using bicycles rented on-site. The welcome and service were top-notch, thank you! We appreciated the convenient on-site parking and the overall tranquility. There's a swimming pool if you'd like to stay in the hotel. Breakfast was very good. I highly recommend it.

25/05/2026: A beautiful, well-maintained garden. A few minor issues in the rooms (no light in the bathroom, toilet paper holder poorly attached, wall lights not working). We apologized when you explained that you had just taken over the property. The restaurant offered excellent food. The welcome was very friendly.

13/09/2026: We were greeted by a waiter who was incredibly rude to all the other customers. You need to take some time off or change your attitude. It was a bad experience; we can't comment on the menu as we didn't stay for lunch.

15/10/2026: Having been a Subway customer for many years, I am very disappointed to see employees left on duty without fully understanding the procedures. First of all, the buns are poorly made: they are under-risen and the seasonings spill over the edges. This raises questions about the cleaning of the baking pans and adherence to hygiene standards. Regarding the service, while there were two employees on site for only two customers, one employee could easily have handled both our orders from start to finish. However, the second employee suddenly intervened while our sandwiches were in the toaster to ask if we wanted a meal and a dessert, even though we hadn't yet ordered our vegetables. This second person then took over our vegetables, leaving the employee who had prepared the buns and meats completely idle, as they had simply taken their customers away. Adherence to preparation steps and better coordination between employees are essential to ensure smooth and consistent service. And please, when cutting the bread in half, avoid slamming it with your hand like a bull in a china shop! Simply place your hand on it, with one finger to the side, while wearing gloves, then run the blade right through the middle of the sandwich to cut it, holding the bread securely to prevent the filling from falling onto the paper and the sandwich from getting squashed. This step is supposed to be mastered by all Subway employees, as it is crucial to the final appearance of the sandwich. It's one of the fundamentals of the job, after all. I find this truly unfortunate, because adherence to procedures, product quality, cleanliness, and efficient service should be priorities in every Subway restaurant, without exception.

18/08/2026: The food: The food was simply inedible. The ingredients were woefully unfresh, the seasoning was nonexistent, and the cooking was a complete disaster. You're practically guaranteed food poisoning with every bite. The service: A frosty welcome and appallingly amateurish staff. Slow, haughty, and visibly annoyed by the mere presence of customers. Hygiene: Cleanliness was appalling, from the sticky tables to the disgustingly filthy restrooms.

11/08/2026: I lived in Rochefort for three years, and Kivahan was a real comfort! It was the perfect place to relax, whether alone or with friends. The service was always excellent, and absolutely everything there was delicious! I'll cherish the memories.

05/09/2026: Mr. Manager, What would you say if I came to your restaurant and threw my freshly finished cigarette in the window, then told you that if you weren't happy, you could just pick it up? Why do you throw your cigarettes out of your car window on Cours National in Saintes? You are surely aware that approximately 100,000 hectares burned this summer in France alone. It's a shame, I really liked your restaurant. I won't be setting foot in it again with that kind of attitude.
