08/07/2026: Strange boss, but good, maybe some people will like him.

29/08/2026: The welcome was quick; you can really see the team is attentive to customers, as another person came to take our order while we were still waiting. However, the service felt a bit rushed. The service itself was also fast. The downside: my 6-year-old daughter's ice cream, which was sticking out of the cone, fell to the floor at the first lick. After a sigh from the employee, we were kindly given some paper to clean up the ice cream, leaving us with the disappointment and tears in our little girl's eyes. Given the prices, refilling the cone wasn't critical to the establishment's profitability. If the policy on this matter is strict, we would have appreciated being offered another ice cream, even if it meant paying for it.

26/08/2026: Disgusting milkshake that tasted like water. A milkshake is milk with ice cream; they need to learn the basics. And the saleswomen were so haughty they criticized dissatisfied customers after they left! I had to give it one star, but it doesn't even deserve that! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

06/07/2026: Had a great meal here. The owner was so kind letting us in, even though the restaurant was only open for takeout. Amazing couscous and lamb. Well, everything really. Would 100% go back... even though I live thousands of miles away. 🔥

05/09/2026: The salad was honestly embarrassing. Such a small morsel of lobster perched on a huge bowl of iceberg lettuce. We deconstructed it to see what the portion really was and here’s the photo. 3 small lumps of lobster and a sprinkling of crawfish for 18€.

25/08/2026: Delicious breakfast, thank you to the chef. The prices are reasonable. The service by the seasonal staff is very pleasant, and everyone is smiling. However, the owner is very difficult with his employees… The condition of the machines leaves much to be desired; beware of limescale in the coffee…

25/08/2026: A well-located restaurant offering quality cuisine. The atmosphere and service would be perfect if the owner were less aggressive towards the staff in front of customers (shouting, verbal abuse, etc.). Overall hygiene is good, apart from a few minor issues (poorly washed cups, food scraps in our dish, poorly cleaned equipment, etc.).

15/07/2026: Very nice bakery. We went here every morning for breakfast for a week. Really good bread, sandwiches and pasteries.

07/08/2026: The brioche was wonderfully soft and delicious, the chocolate flute was crispy with little pieces of chocolate. Good baguettes.

20/08/2026: A good restaurant, but the portion sizes are a bit small...😏 The plates could be a little more generous... and the "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts served with coffee) is anything but gourmet, which is a shame... Otherwise, the quality of the food is excellent.

20/08/2026: It's a shame we can't give zero stars. We came to Fouras today as a family with three teenagers and were refused drinks for five people because our daughter was eating a crêpe from a competitor. It was our first visit, but you won't be coming back. You are unpleasant and not at all customer-oriented! We come from the Médoc, which is also a very touristy region, and we have never encountered this kind of behavior! Thank you very much.

27/12/2025: Excellent restaurant, we were welcomed with our dog without any problems, the staff are very kind and attentive, and the food is superb.

13/08/2026: We arrived on August 13th at 9:28 PM and immediately understood that we were not welcome! As soon as we entered, we overheard a waitress say to her junior colleague, "Tell the next customers not to come in because we're already busy." (The hours indicated 10:30 PM; I think she meant to have closed the store by 10:30 PM, cleaning included.) Feeling that we weren't accepted, we decided to leave without ordering. It's less revenue for them, but it's not a big deal. Anyway, given how other customers were treated, we'll do without this lack of friendliness, politeness, and respect...

20/08/2026: Visited during the week, perfect meal, and you'll eat very well! Very nice decor. But I have to give credit to the waiter who has to manage taking orders, seating people, bringing the food and orders, and handling payments all in a packed restaurant! I think you could at least add one more waiter because yours isn't a robot; he can't be everywhere at once! I even saw customers leaving the restaurant; it's truly shameful to leave one person to manage everything. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ All my best to the waiter! 😤

16/07/2026: Honestly, a fantastic experience! The dishes were excellent, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. But above all, a huge plus for the service: the waitress was absolutely amazing, incredibly kind, smiling, and attentive from beginning to end. It makes all the difference and makes me want to come back without hesitation. I highly recommend it!

24/06/2026: The welcome was excellent 👍 Be aware that even a simple map of the island costs 50 cents... That's the first time I've seen that... And as for the collectible coins, 4.50 cents... That's a bit much, really 🙄🙄

17/08/2026: Passing through the area before picking someone up in La Rochelle, I stopped by New Asie for a bite to eat. I was very happy with my visit. It's an all-you-can-eat buffet with a good selection and excellent value for money. The drinks are also reasonably priced. The service was very good, pleasant, and especially responsive, particularly with the drinks. In the end, I had a great meal, the service was efficient, and the bill was very reasonable. No complaints, I had a good time.
