We bought the house in January 2025, and a few months later, we realized we had bought 86 m² instead of 145, and there was no certificate of completion of works… even though the agency had invoices for windows and an energy performance certificate (DPE) showing square meters exceeding 86 square meters… At no point, and due to a lack of professionalism, did they realize these discrepancies, even though it's their job, and we paid €16,000 in agency fees. It's shameful for a professional… Absolutely avoid this agency, because apart from smiles and empty promises, there's nothing behind it! When we sold our house previously, I saw the professionalism of the agency that sold it to us, which asked for all the documents and during the house viewing, asking for many details. And now, when you compare it to this agency, there's a huge difference in professionalism… I call that amateurish... And on top of that, he remains silent in the face of certain actions... It's shameful and scandalous for an agency with a physical presence! One thing is certain: we won't let this go!

17/07/2026: Despite the pleasant atmosphere by the harbor, the service was unpleasant. We were overcharged by one euro for two grenadines (which can obviously happen, as it was a small mistake), but when I pointed it out to the waitress, she responded haughtily, handed us the receipt, and then left immediately (there was indeed one euro too much). This was unacceptable behavior towards customers. Furthermore, the grenadines barely had any syrup. I do not recommend it.

17/07/2026: Very pleasant staff. Perfectly cooked. Will do it again.

06/05/2026: A warm welcome and delicious homemade products. I started with a salted butter and sugar crepe and finished with three scoops of artisanal ice cream with whipped cream. A real treat for the taste buds. I highly recommend it.

17/02/2026: I went to the store, and everything was really great. I felt like I was back at my roots, back in my homeland of French Guiana, and I could also smell Suriname. Everything was at low prices, don't hesitate to go check it out.

06/06/2026: Overpriced, mediocre, pretentious, and unpleasant service. I do not recommend it.

25/05/2026: Great restaurant. The pizzas were delicious, even though we couldn't finish them all because they were so huge. I don't understand the comments saying they weren't good because it's quite the opposite; they were soft and fluffy, and you can tell they're made with quality ingredients. The staff was very kind and even offered to save our leftover pizza while we did what we had to do afterward. The restaurant has a quiet outdoor area, which is very pleasant. We'll be back.

17/07/2026: A picturesque spot with 1900s decor, or a must-visit for anyone wanting to enjoy a coffee on a terrace overlooking Place de Verdun. Friendly waiter and standard prices.

06/04/2026: Great sandwiches, delicious desserts, and top-notch service. The staff were incredibly attentive and polite.

11/01/2026: Hello, your cookies are very good, however, on the morning of January 11th, we encountered an extremely unpleasant saleswoman who was cold and responded to us in an indecent manner for no apparent reason. I absolutely do not recommend this experience. I never leave reviews, but this attitude left me speechless. I will not be returning to this bakery. Have a good day.

26/07/2026: Well-equipped but deserves to be showcased, and the surrounding area needs updating, including the parking lot.

23/07/2026: The tracks are good quality, even if the display system is a bit outdated. On the other hand, I really enjoyed the arcade area: all games are €1, which is a real plus. The staff, however, weren't very welcoming—no smiles, no politeness. I can understand that misspelling a name happens, but to this extent, it really seemed deliberate. Finally, I was surprised to find that there was no shoe-cleaning system between players, which is regrettable from a hygiene standpoint.

09/07/2026: The owner was rude, maybe a bad day. We just want to order some drinks, and he said no so we had to go. After that he was making jokes about us. Don't go here please

09/07/2026: We initially wanted to have a quiet drink before deciding whether to stay for dinner. According to the owner or staff, this was apparently not the intention, but instead of explaining this in a normal and friendly manner, we were treated very unpleasantly. Afterwards, so-called “funny” remarks were made about us, making us feel ridiculed and not taken seriously. Humor is fine, but not when it comes at the expense of guests. A pub should be a place where you feel welcome, even if you only want to have a drink first. Unfortunately, that was absolutely not the case here. Due to the unprofessional and disrespectful attitude of the staff, we will not be returning here and therefore cannot recommend this establishment.

14/04/2026: The welcome and service were very unpleasant; the staff were not motivated by their work. No greeting, you had to ask to be served! Some people didn't know the price per kilo of their chocolates; especially this morning, April 14, 2026.

12/04/2026: As a regular customer, I appreciate the products and the professionalism of most of the sales staff. However, I must mention two much less pleasant salespeople, those on duty on April 12, 2026, at 6:30 PM. They were not pleasant at all.

04/06/2026: A truly delightful experience and an excellent meal; no matter the dish, it was a treat. The quality and price are well-deserved because, in addition to the excellent food, there's also the exceptional service, with polite, kind, smiling, and humorous communication. I highly recommend Le Chiquito.

19/05/2026: Very nice bar/restaurant. Terrace overlooking the square and shaded by trees. Perfect for an afternoon drink.

26/11/2025: A very nice place. Warm and the food is very, very good. That said, it's a little spicy. Perhaps offer pepper on the side. Otherwise, it's great.

12/06/2026: Well located. Attentive staff. The rooms are clean, pleasant, and spacious. A few minor repairs to some of the electrical outlets would be helpful, but it's not a major issue.

08/06/2026: Hotel near Lyon Part-Dieu train station. The rooms are spacious but lack decoration. There are no pictures on the walls. The bathroom is also small and very basic. However, the common areas and the breakfast room are much more well-maintained. The breakfast itself is varied, including a selection of Lyonnais specialties. I recommend this hotel; the staff is welcoming.
