09/10/2025: No real catering, aperitif plate (cold meats/cheeses), tapas alone or to share, kebab on site or to take away. The decor has been redone in a friendly and well-being atmosphere. Don't hesitate to make a little stop plus very nice draft beer.

01/03/2026: A rat greeted us on the terrace, we hesitated... but went in anyway. The upstairs room was filthy: disgusting floor, uncleaned tables, toilets with feces on the seat, cold burgers, fries without salt, tenders that looked like reheated chicken. We did see someone empty the bins, but they didn't even glance at the room. It was 9:15 PM, and the upstairs room was blocked off with two stools blocking access downstairs. I had to move them to leave! Anyway! It used to be much better. They need to review the management training! And maybe a little health inspection?

28/02/2026: The service was exceptionally slow: we received our order after waiting for over half an hour, and the food arrived cold. From the outset, we pointed out that a children's menu was missing; one of the waitresses replied, "That's not my problem." Fortunately, another member of the team was more courteous and took charge of the situation.

30/12/2025: The takeaway pizza was perfectly fine, with generous and tasty toppings, and a thin, crispy crust. The Napoli and Parma pizzas were delicious. We forgot to ask for the pizzas to be cut.

02/01/2026: Long wait. Cold meal. Stressed and disorganized staff. They don't help each other. Luckily, the gourmet coffee made up for it. More of a bar than a place to eat. Expensive.

01/06/2025: The sandwiches and pastries were good and reflected the brand's image. The difference was the welcome and service, which were perfect. A friendly smile, a kind word upon arrival and departure at the checkout, which is quite rare at a motorway service station. Thank you, ladies.

26/01/2026: Cold and somewhat questionable in terms of cleanliness. Tasteless cocktails heavily diluted with ice. Slow and unfriendly service. In short, avoid this place!

24/01/2026: The waitress was very good. There was little to no heating, and many customers kept their jackets on. The food was so-so.

28/11/2025: The reception's opening hours were ludicrous, and the staircase was incredibly steep and narrow, leading to an intermediate door where you had to call to get to the reception desk further up. The receptionist was incredibly over-the-top; it was ridiculous to try and make you believe you were in a five-star hotel. Finally, after a narrow flight of stairs or two, you reached your room, which was fairly clean and nicely decorated. Out of habit, we glanced at the sheets, which looked a bit worn with a few stains, so we wondered about the mattress. And there it was... indescribably filthy, covered in numerous and varied stains whose nature I dare not even imagine. We were told that this was normal wear and tear on hotel mattresses. After heated discussions, we were offered another room, with the mattress in the same condition. Naturally, we didn't sleep on those piles of filth and cut our stay short. Of course, we couldn't get a refund because we had booked directly. A tip: ask for a photo of the mattresses before booking. LOL.

23/08/2025: The setting is very nice but it's a shame not to have really sparkling water because the date on the bottle is out of date (same problem with the date and gas after it was replaced)

10/07/2025: I stop there on my commute to take advantage of the Izivia charging stations. The short charging time makes it easy to grab a bite to eat or a light snack.

11/10/2025: Experience of October 8, 2025, on the Beach at the Paillotte A young man and two young women serving in the "paillotte." Professionalism, attentiveness, and smiles are nonexistent. I ordered a Piña Colada, paid €9, but a few minutes later I was told they were out of coconut milk, so I had to choose something else; the only choice at the same price was a Mojito. I waited a good 5 minutes standing in front of "the bar" for my order. The result of the drink (because it wasn't a Mojito): Lots of ice cubes, mint leaves, brown sugar, and sparkling water, but the rum had probably evaporated by the time I sat down. It's a good thing there was a straw, as the hygiene around the rim of the glass was questionable. Certainly an idyllic location, but otherwise, avoid it; it's a shame.

25/02/2026: We were very disappointed with this experience. The tagliatelle was overcooked, the seafood was frozen, the sardines were too dry, the crème brûlée was cold straight from the fridge...in short, nothing was good. Furthermore, the toilets in the men's restroom are very old and desperately need renovation. Apart from the sea view, there was nothing very pleasant about it. We do not recommend this establishment.
