16/01/2026: The Scorlion is a very good address, with a chic and elegant interior (individual cotton towels for drying your hands at the restroom sink are definitely a good sign), professional and attentive service, excellent cuisine, clearly prepared on-site, sophisticated yet unpretentious, and top-notch value for money, with a set lunch menu (starter, main course, dessert) for €24. In short, really good!

We highly recommend making a reservation. Exemplary service, expertly crafted cocktails, quality wines, and above all, exquisite dishes in just the right portion size—neither too much nor too little. The prices are extremely reasonable considering the quality and flavor. I highly recommend booking a table at this establishment if you appreciate good food.

11/11/2025: Wonderful atmosphere! It's the second time I've eaten here and it's always good. My friends had the fish if the day and my husband and I each had a steak, I wasn't impressed with the cut of steak because it was too thin and steaks should never be thin in my onion. I must point out that the last time I had a steak here it was incredible, so maybe I just ordered the wrong steak this time.

The aperitif was original (lemonade/amber rum), the food was excellent, including Norwegian flatbreads accompanied by a bottle of very good quality sweet cider 👍, and to finish, two gourmet coffees with three mini crepes and three small pots of sauce (salted caramel, Nutella, and jam). Moreover, the value for money was very good. We will definitely return. Thank you.

However, there were a few drawbacks: the wait was a bit long, but I was especially surprised to see customers who arrived after us being served before us, and to have to ask for bread that hadn't been brought with our food. I was also surprised to see that you can bring your dog to eat there, but why not?

No frills here, just the charm of a local farmer. The restaurant is also located directly on the excellent cycle path, for example, on the route from La Flotte to Ars de Ré.

31/01/2026: A superb evening, everything was perfect! From the moment we arrived, the welcome from the manager and the waitress was exemplary: very friendly and warm. As for the food, a huge congratulations to the chef: from the aperitif to the dessert, it was truly excellent. The octopus and prawns were particularly delicious, a real treat! As a bonus, we were treated to a small flambé to complete the experience. In short, an absolutely "MUST-TRY" place for those who don't know it, and one we'll definitely be returning to. The dessert crêpes are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious; the balance is perfect between the rich, crunchy, crispy texture and just the right amount of sweetness!
