04/04/2024: Friday March 6 in the evening we went to the restaurant in Royan. When booking we made it clear that we were two couples but that each paid their part, i.e. two separate bills. Benefiting from a reduction put on the newspaper le pedlar: "One formula purchased, the second at 50%; only one coupon per visit" we saw ourselves reproached at the cash register or even at the beginning refusing the application of this one to each couple in a very non-commercial way. It was necessary to negotiate in order to obtain this discount. We regret the manager's uncommercial attitude because if he is not satisfied with the advertising placed in this free newspaper, it is up to him to see exactly how the discount is written. He wanted to apply the reduction to only one formula out of the 4 instead of 2. Loyal customer of this place, we will see in the future to return there. The manager's response is not frank and honest and we are frankly thinking of coming back to this restaurant if he is there. Why do I say not honest or frank, he forgets to specify that during the meal having made a remark about the quality of the meat he assured us he would come back in a few moments but he never came except to intervene in a somewhat commercial way at the checkout To say that he still took the coupons is true but he had to fight hard and it was up to him to review his advertising. Regret, we were used to this restaurant but we can rest assured that it will be able to continue its method of intimidation at the cash register on vulnerable people. Take the coupons in the Colporteur this month of March and try to experience two couples different tables while being close to share a friendly moment. We still returned to this restaurant and we congratulate the manager for the reorganization of the installation of the room following COVID: brighter, large space between tables and always welcoming and smiling staff. We appreciate the holiday suggestion of unlimited carpaccio but we still regret the one with tapenade not served but no problem everything is good.

06/03/2024: We had lunch this afternoon in this restaurant and it was a real treat! The burgers and panini are excellent, with quality products, and very generous! We were also made very welcome. Don't hesitate to stop there during your vacation!

11/05/2024: Nous nous sommes arrêtés par hasard dans ce charmant restaurant à l'architecture art deco, où nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Romuald et Maïté. Tous les plats et les desserts proposés sont fait maison et excellents, servis généreusement. Un vrai régal pour les papilles dans une ambiance conviviale. Nous avons passés un excellent moment. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !!!

06/04/2024: Nice place without fuss, I will come back with my in-laws. Delicious pizza and burger test. Coffee served with its little biscuit. Terrace and restaurant well located. For the next time, I know where to go.

04/11/2023: The best pizzeria I've ever been to! We have been coming on vacation to St Palais/mer since 2013 and eating at Coyote is a must: never disappointed, always well received, very good, generous and tasty pizzas...we will need the same in QUIMPER, hence the we’re coming 🙂

21/05/2024: I advise you to start with the house cocktail, a real delight. For the meal, the dishes are up to par on the menu. Tasty cuisine full of taste with excellent quality products. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. Restaurant that lives up to its reputation.

20/05/2024: Very pleasant place. Welcome and friendly, professional service. But the value for money is not completely satisfactory. A beef dish certainly of quality with the only accompaniment of fries at €35 from memory… A salmon and risotto between 28 and 30€… The tasty dessert, Pavlova with red fruits, is served in portions which do not satisfy the sweet tooth even for a small appetite 😉.

12/05/2024: Go to the end of rue Désiles and you will find this little restaurant. Warm and smiling welcome. The room is nicely decorated. My partner had the Gersoise pizza and she didn't regret it. For my part, excellent carbonara pasta. All accompanied by a small pitcher of rosé. And to finish, a crème brûlée. We had a great time. So don't hesitate!!! Go for it☺️
